After they apologized for missing my first email, they stopped responding after a few back and fourth emails when I provided them with design detail details for a quote they requested. If you're not interested in the job, just tell me, but it's very frustrating when a company won't even get back to you. I was ready and willing to pay for your services. Even if you try to claim that an email you sent got lost or something ( received no response) it would be customary and in your best interest as an owner to follow up with a customer, especially after the first email went unnoticed for weeks initially and was called out. I don't like to write reviews like this, but it's frustrating when 3 to 4 companies that do wraps provide the same experience and leave me hanging to the point where I buy a vinyl cutting machine and do it myself. These reviews should reflect your great vinyl wrap service shown in the portfolio... unfortunately, I didn't even get the opportunity to be serviced. I'm not trying to be a dick, but hopefully this will help improve the communication so the next client doesn't have to go through what I did and keep calling around to be ignored.

Attention to detail is second to none. For example lockout button activated to deactivate the other passengers window controls and a danger sticker placed on the drivers side control to not accidentally open the windows for the next three days while it cures. Everything was explained. Went over all the options for levels of tint choose a technically illegal tint but doubt I'll ever see an issue for it. Would def recommend.

The tint jobs on my previous cars came out perfect -- clean edges, no bubbles, no flaws, and exactly what was discussed. Everything was done carefully and correctly the first time. Because of that experience, I'm now bringing in my newest car to have the windows tinted and a dashcam installed. That alone should say a lot about the level of trust and quality of work here. Communication is always clear, turnaround time is as promised, and the shop is clean and organized. It's refreshing to deal with someone who treats your car with care and doesn't cut corners. If you're looking for tint or electronics work in the Milford area, I highly recommend Speed of Sound. I wouldn't hesitate to keep bringing my vehicles here.

The staff was seemingly rushing through the job with zero attention to detail. On top of all this my sensors started out with an issue where they were too sensitive now they don't work at all after this last visit. The sensors that they did find looks like a puppy chewed the the little circles off the car. It took 4 visits and 3 appointments to get it "finished," and even then, it looked sloppy. Their customer service was friendly but could never get the job right. Innovation is completely filled with incompetence. $11,500 for such shoddy work. They've turned this exciting experience into me feeling like my vehicle has been devalued by innovation doing the work. It's embarrassing to me and my family to show the car we worked so hard to get. I've been patient, understanding and professional throughout this whole process. And even now after 5 weeks of having my truck (over the last 3 months) the work looks ridiculous. I did reach out to the owner through text message one week ago asking for a fair number as far as reimbursement, and I would be on my way, but to no surprise radio silence. Pictures below, you decide where to take your vehicle. One star just because the Tint came out decent. Terrible. 12 Innovation, instead of paying a company to "Ghost" my original google review why not offer me a fair number to just take it down. I'm a fair customer. In fact, the only reason how I knew my review had been taken down to EVERYONE but me was because I was recommending your company for tint. Do the right thing.

The best car detailing ever!…read more I will continue to use this business & only this business, as long as I remain 3 hours away! Moving to another state would be the only way I stop going here! I purchased my new Jeep Cherokee in January 2019. It hadn't been professional cleaned since March 2019. I stopped gettting it detailed locally in Wilkes-Barre because I had no means of transportation during the detailing. I felt embarrassed anytime someone got into my car, but it was so inconvenient with my life/schedule... You could never imagine the filth and caked-on dirt from my daily life of shuttling 2 teenagers around, transporting 4 dogs to parks and pet stores, enjoying my retirement lifestyle all while maintaining my household. In December, I took a trip to Fairfield, CT and came across his business. When I contacted Dylan via Facebook, he was professional and responded in a timely manner. I told him I was visiting from out of town and would get a rental car to use while he had it because it was out of control and I couldn't take it anymore. He offered to pick up my Jeep from my hotel when I had turned in for the night. I ordered the full package, so my filthy Jeep took about 5 hours. He returned it to the hotel parking lot, left my keys in the console and locked it. When I woke up and ran down to my Jeep like it was Christmas, I was speechless! It smelled new! It looked amazing inside and out! My sealed window treatment was reflecting the rain like he said. I could see my reflection in every angle of the car. The leather was glistening and every dog paw print was gone! Every inch of my car had been touched, cleaned and polished by this detailing guru!!! I recommend this business for all of your car detailing needs! Unfortunately, I'm moving to another state in June and I'll be missing 2 things: Philly cheesesteaks and Dylan's Auto Detailing!

I researched the materials fully afterwards and found them to be not only truthful about the benefits but completely honest about the results ( no, ceramic doesn't make it scratch proof). I was then given a tour of the facility and allowed to wander a bit. The confidence of a shop owner to allow an "open-door" to a customer is refreshing to say the least. The shop was immaculate and the quiet, intense mood on the floor spoke to its professionalism and scrutiny of the work being performed. I immediately saw why he was so confident, if I had a shop and crew like his I would be unafraid as well. I have never owned a new car as nice as the one I had brought in and I was nervous. Christian and Mariana both reassured me throughout. My car is done, gorgeous and in my driveway. They exceeded my expectations and what I thought was an expensive endeavor feels like a bargain.
