However, my car wasn't cleaned after two $20 washes . I got all the way home and noticed my car was still dirty so I went back and they let me back through for free and still no difference. I asked the guy if he had a rag and explained that he didn't have one and that I would have to call to talk to the manager the next day. Hence, the phone number provided doesn't even work.

We pulled up and was greeted by a very friendly employee and we told him we wanted the works. They do a very good job at spraying the car down first and the was did a great job bit the sap was still on the car. They has two signs at the exit. One said Free Hand towel drying around the side and the if not happy run it through again. We did and unfortunately the tree sap on the battle after they sprayed and tired rubbing the sap off. I have been to many car washes around the state and I have to admit it's one of the better one's. If your in the area in need of a car wash pay them a visit. You won't be disappointed.

I tip the guy at the beginning so he does some extra scrubbing around my grill and under my spoiler on the back-toughest part to get clean. The one star deduction was because there is no one at the end to give a quick towel dry. So off you go in a water streaked, but clean, car.

I'm used to having a set timer for a set price, and then having to add one dollar at a time if the timer is about to expire. That's a fine approach in my book. Tough at times, but you get good at it. This place gives you a set time, then continuously charges you beyond that time without your need for input. That's great that I dont have to add a dollar if running out of time, but I'd rather have it stop when time is up. Here, however, if you pay credit it'll let it keep charging, and if you drive away when done without hitting stop, your bill will keep climbing. If you try to add more money before the time ends after paying with credit, nothing happens, but it'll stop service and take your cash until you pay again for full service. I stupidly paid credit, visually saw the timer approaching limit and added a physical dollar bill to finish my clean up. Instead of adding time it STOPPED the clock. I was out of singles and had to swipe my card again to rinse the soap off. End result was a $6-7 self serve wash job cost me $21. Could you get a decent deal here? Sure...just know the games they're playing if you pay credit. ...I should note that the credit agreement on the wall explains some of this so long as you actually read it and don't just assume the industry standard rules apply, but they still fail to explain the billing structure beyond the minimum time charged. It says the maximum charge, but no indication of the increments between the minimum and maximum charges.

I then swipe my card and use another and I decide to give them the benefit of the doubt. A few days later I get mud on my new car and figure I can run over there and just wash it off quick. I made sure I did not exceed the 5 minute minimum for $5 but what do you know I look at my statement and they have charged me the full $15 maximum charge. Not happy. It cost me $15 to spend les then 5 minutes washing my car MYSELF. Negative Stars for you.. I do not recommend.

I did end up purchasing a membership, so... great sales tactic! The monthly price is very reasonable, and my car has never looked better. I love the dedicated "members only" express lane. A camera scans my license plate and opens the gate; then I just drive onto the smooth conveyor belt and drive out with a sparkling car. This system is so much gentler on my car than the traditional rail. Everyone I've dealt with has been ultra friendly and polite. Best of all, FREE VACS for everyone!
