However, my car wasn't cleaned after two $20 washes . I got all the way home and noticed my car was still dirty so I went back and they let me back through for free and still no difference. I asked the guy if he had a rag and explained that he didn't have one and that I would have to call to talk to the manager the next day. Hence, the phone number provided doesn't even work.

We pulled up and was greeted by a very friendly employee and we told him we wanted the works. They do a very good job at spraying the car down first and the was did a great job bit the sap was still on the car. They has two signs at the exit. One said Free Hand towel drying around the side and the if not happy run it through again. We did and unfortunately the tree sap on the battle after they sprayed and tired rubbing the sap off. I have been to many car washes around the state and I have to admit it's one of the better one's. If your in the area in need of a car wash pay them a visit. You won't be disappointed.

It did take about 30 minutes, but was totally worth it. I just went back today and for $17 (plus the $3 tip I gave them), the outside of my truck is spotless again. Tires and wheels shined. Everything. All by hand. I can't say enough good things about these guys. They are my new go-to car wash and I'm happy to travel 30 minutes to get to them. There are no hand washes closer to me and none of the automated ones even come close to the quality work these guys do. The first time I lost money here is when I put cash in the Machine for an $8 wash, I put a $10 bill in and it didn't give me change back. I did speak with the owner and she offered to give me the money back. The most recent time however I went to vacuum my car out and put four quarter in to activate it and ... it wouldn't come on. So, I lost money in there and had to use another machine and put more money in. The second vacuum worked fortunately. No point in trying to get it back. I will not go back here.
