Later, there were automated reminder texts, which I appreciated. Now to the actual work, this guy is an artist! Plain and simple. I would challenge anyone to find where the dent was located. It took him about two hours repair but it came out perfect. I had to get his business card before I left and I would not hesitate to come back for more repairs, and neither should you. Confirmed the appointment this morning but changed the location because our kids are home, sick. No problem for The Dent Guy! He arrived a bit early, super pleasant to work with and had my dent corrected in no time. A total pleasure. Going to follow all of this up by saying that I do have a local body shop that I like. They do great work and I've never felt overcharged. Downside is that a trip to the body shop means that I'll be without my vehicle for the day while it's being worked on. This guy did a terrible job on my car. His work was totally unprofessional. Here are the details of…read morehow he screwed up every step along the way: 1. He was a sweet talker until he got the job but once he arrived he was extremely rude. 2. He used the wrong tools to fix a dent (instead of pulling it out he beat it from inside with a hammer and then beat around it on the outside leaving scratch marks. 3. When it was time to do the filler, he did a shoddy job, instead of filling and sanding a few time until the surface is smooth he pulled a fast one leaving the surface looking uneven, scratchy and with noticeable depressions. 4. He did not use a primer at all. 5. He did not bring enough paint to cover the full area of damage and haphazardly sprayed the paint. 6. He told me earlier that he is buying 300$ worth of paint and in the end when I asked to leave some paint for me to touch up he even dared to use a racial slur. Included images as proof of his shoddy work. Bottom line: Do yourself a favor and find someone else who is a professional.

He's now even claiming we never paid the $600 for his service in the first place. Is he just a very convincing scammer, or has he genuinely lost track of events? Either way, it's clear we're not getting paid back, so I guess he got us this time. Hopefully, this review will help prevent others from going through the same experience.

Kevin's let me do an overnight drop off so I could get to work on time while they did the estimate. The result: a quote almost $150 LESS and the entire repair was done in the same day!!!! These guys know customer service. The work was top-notch, super friendly staff, and very clean shop.
