Reluctantly I waited and they never showed. Gieco called them again and they declined their calls and when they finally answered they said thirty more minutes. They never showed and disbatch gave me the drivers number directly. The driver was very honest with me and gave me the real wait time of six hours. Gieco called them back and they said they had no eta for me. Disbatcher will say anything to get you off the phone... Leaving a young woman on the side of the road for hours alone with no confirmation anyone is coming... Won't foresee using them in the future.
