I received fast and courteous responses and a good detailing job at a fair price. My only "complaint" is that the front doors on the '15 Passat have some faux speaker grill to make them look bigger and I noticed there was still some cruft in some of the cavities a few days after my service. I'm just going to mention it when booking next time so a bit more attention can be paid but I will definitely be back.
