There are way more options and it's still really easy to get something healthy without spending a ton. I got the Chicken Protein Bowl XL with brown rice, avocado, sweet potatoes, pepperoncinis, a hard boiled egg and extra chicken. The portions were really good, especially for the price. You can't really tell from the picture, but there was an insane amount of chicken buried underneath the rice. I kept thinking I was almost done with the chicken and then finding more underneath which was definitely a nice surprise. Everything in the bowl tasted fresh and the chicken was probably my favorite part. I also liked how customizable everything was. There are enough different proteins and toppings that you could come here pretty often without having to get the same thing every time. I've also tried the lobster rolls here in the past. I thought those were pretty average, but definitely not bad considering the price. I'd probably stick with the bowls going forward though. I'm really happy to have another healthy fast food option around here, good portions, lots of protein, plenty of choices and the prices are actually reasonable.

That location is close to a place I go to frequently, so this is another option for me if I should need some food and don't want to do Salad & Go, but want something healthy. I got an Asian Grilled Burrito with Wild Salmon. Was driving so a bowl I could not do. I could barely eat the burrito driving because it's sort of flat and had rice. It was very yummy. Something I learned was Angie's does not have straws and if you order a Refresher, they give you a packet of something to put in the cup. You have to figure out how to make the Refresher, which I saw at the soda fountain dispenser there was sparkling water, so I did that and some Vanilla Torino's. I went about 11 am, and the Torino's were nearly gone and the little table that it was on was fairly unclean. The area to order, where you pickup the order, the soda area, and the metal table by the soda area were all really close and crowded. Since this was my first time there, I didn't even understand that you had to order at some kiosk. They had one by the pickup area and 2 more on the east wall. Felt overwhelming for me. I did not see what the dining area looked like. My burrito was $11-12 and the Refresher was $2. My daughter said their prices were much better than Salad and Go and other places, but I found my meal similar. Oh, I guess the getting wild salmon was the costly thing. Had I gotten chicken, it would've been much less. My daughter said she's never had their burritos, only their salads. A lady that had ordered many times there did help me with some things I didn't understand and she said she loves their food. Turns out the owner of Angie's named the places after his mom who passed away about 5 yrs ago. He also started Salad and Go and this is upscale from Salad and Go. I'm glad this is an option. But maybe they can keep prices good is to cut on the things that don't really matter as much and focus on the food. I'm good with that. The next time I go to an Angie's, I will be better prepared. There isn't one too close to me like there are lots of Salad and Go's, so I hope they open some in Gilbert, Mesa, and Scottsdale. Oh, parking is not that great at this location. You basically need to be heading east on Thomas before 1st Ave as there are a few parking spots on the diagonal. Don't park in the First Watch parking lot. If you're coming west on Thomas, make a u-turn after you pass 1st Ave.

We've been here a few other times but we try to visit when in the area, the food has always been very good and with the variety of tacos they serve I'm sure there will be something for you to enjoy, we did start off with chips & salsa before the main dishes, l had the Baja Fish tacos and they didn't disappoint along with that I also had the infused habanero corn on the cob a must try if you haven't had it, Jen went with the Pork Taco and it was a really good choice, just an FYI these tacos are packed so when ordering might want to do 2 rather then 3. The service was good we never had a empty glass and was asked if everything was good. The building is really cool and the interior is very cool with all the stained glass windows, this was once a church and later bought and converted to a restaurant. Well, you heard it from me so all you need is to try it out for yourself and let us know what you think.

Since it's the weekend, we tried to get there early, around 8:30am, to beat the crowds. Luckily, we did. When we arrived, there were plenty of tables open and we were quickly seated. First impressions: The vibes are really nice. The decor is very aesthetic and picturesque. The staff were really nice. Since it was our first time, they guided us through the menu and went over their seasonal items. I ordered a Classic Breakfast and a Banana Walnut Latte. My fiancée ordered the Lydia's Seasonal Scramble and a Vanilla Waffle Cone latte. We shared a stack of the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes. We were very impressed with the taste of the food. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the potatoes were crispy and flavorful. The pancakes were absolutely delicious! Probably some of the best we've had. The lattes were okay. Overall, it was a nice experience. We'd definitely go back.

My friend was finishing her pancakes and said she wanted to order something else to eat at the table. When she tried to order more, the server immediately responded, "Oh, to go?" Shortly afterward, the server and hostess were standing together and repeatedly looking directly at our table, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. Because of the pressure we kept feeling to leave, we asked whether there was a time limit on reservations. We were told there was not and that they were actually slower than normal, which made the repeated pressure to leave even more confusing and disappointing. We had also brought in 2 gifts and wanted to open them while celebrating, the server suggested that we could go across the way to Berdena's to do that instead and she would close us out. That really reinforced the feeling that they wanted us to finish up and leave rather than enjoy our time there. The decor is cute and the space itself is lovely, but we came to celebrate a birthday and expected to be able to sit, eat, talk, open gifts, and enjoy our time without feeling like we were taking up space. Sadly, that was not our experience. I don't think I'll be back.

We decided today we wanted to try the wraps for the first time. My husband ordered the fajita wrap and Decided he wanted steak so there was a $1.25 uplift for that. He said it was tasty, but some of the steak pieces were a bit chewy. He loved the heat level and it was chock full of fajita type veggies I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and I enjoy the hot sauce and blue cheese mix of dressing. I only have one complaint and that is I had opted out of carrots and they gave me a choice to add something else so I said tomatoes and they basically put whole cherry tomatoes in my wrap, which were kind of impossible to eat . Those really need to be sliced up or use a different kind of tomato, but I'll not make that mistake again! All in all- great option when you want to eat fresh and decently healthy food- I order the dressing on the side to keep it lighter as well.

Their prices are great and for the portion size, you can't complain. This time around, I went to the drive-thru and ordered the Cobb Salad with ranch dressing (instead of blue cheese). The lady over the intercom said, "oohhkayyy." When I got to the window, the guy asked if it was okay if it had blue cheese crumbles on top. I wasn't feeling blue cheese, but I kept quiet to avoid confrontation, plus it seems the salads are pre-made that way. Other than that, this place was quick and the drive-thru was efficient and convenient for me. The salads here are always on point and today's Cobb was no exception. I also like their flavored lemonades, but resisted temptation today, lol.

Not because we…read moredidn't expect it to be great, but because it was just so unique and unlike anywhere else in the area. The decor, the atmosphere, the overall vibe -- impeccable. We've only been a couple of times during the day so far, but we absolutely love it. It's the kind of place where you could come play a game of pool with friends, bring your laptop and get some work done, sit with a book for a few hours, or just enjoy some really good coffee. The menu is great too, with so many fun options. We're already looking forward to coming back and experiencing the nighttime atmosphere because I can only imagine how good the vibes are at night. What really stood out to us, though, was the staff. Everyone has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Any questions we had about the drinks, they were more than happy to answer. We also asked if we could come in during the day to do a small birthday photoshoot, and they were completely accommodating. They even helped us out with a drink to use as a prop for some of the photos, which was so sweet and really appreciated. Between the atmosphere, the drinks, the staff, and just how unique the entire place is, I genuinely couldn't recommend it more. Definitely one of those places you want to tell people about, and we can't wait to come back!
