Second, the female owner always has a tone. She isn't very nice and is hardly approachable. The male, he is nicer and more accommodating. The male cook in the back is also rude and seems to be unhappy at everything. You can tell that he is very frustrated with himself (or others) and takes it out on the customers. Third, they... lie? Lol seems funny, but really. They have shared that they would be open until 8 pm on multiple occasions, only to find out they closed at 3. It's so inconvenient because it's the only place to grab food in the building. Also, they are always on the phone talking and sometimes don't even pay attention to what's going on. One time, the female lady asked me who took a box of food in the pick up area because she was busy talking angon the phone. In general, I think there is room for improvement.
