Had a pedicure on a Monday and there was nearly no one at this place. This place has a lot of potential. The inside is very nice. The chairs has a good selection of settings. The murals on the walls are beautiful. It smells nice and the people are friendly. How ever the order and quality of which i received their highest priced pedicure package was not good. Callous removing? What is that? Sucked! So i have had worse but not high on my list. I might give it one more try with a different pedicurist. read more

I really wanted to like this place. They were nice and took me as a walk in on Friday night with no wait. Pedicure was decent. I waited to write the review for 2 weeks to see if my full set would last. Well it didn't. Every nail lifted. I think she forgot a step when applying my new set. For $70 for pedi and full set. My favorite spa. Had facial done today. It felt so good. It is a popular place every station was filled, but a short wait they got to me.

This place was horrible. I waited over 45 minutes (they initially said 20 mins because there were a couple people in the chairs) to get a bad full set. The lady was rushed even though there were literally 3 other clients in besides myself and a lot more workers and those clients were already being worked on. At one point another client before me disturbed my time and I was left sitting there while she worked on the other lady. I was there for over 2 hours and was late for work. I really didn't want to even pay for the work I had done because it was rushed and ugly! Not to mention they never even payed attention to my mom who came in with me to get her fill done. She left without any work, but thank god because it would've been just as bad as mine I'm sure. read more

I started going to adore nails in 2007. A few weeks ago they changed owners . Was asked to try the new eyelash extensions. I was told they last 3 months and there's a special for 25 dollars . So I tried them . I've had eyelash extensions before ... just not there . So I was aware of the process enough to know lasting 3 days wasn't ok . The third day the lashes started coming off . The next day I went in and told the owner . The owner said she would fix for me . She fixed them then charged me for a full set of extensions . Another 25 . I was irritated at the fact she sold me on 3 months and they lasted 3 days then she charged me again . I went on my trip and sure enough 3 days later the extensions started coming off again . I just feel the new owner is misleading by saying they last 3 months . Not very good business practice. Also got a fill and tried their new gel metallic color which was 12 dollars more and my nails were chipping after a week . I'm changing salons . Sad because I will miss Helen who does awesome pedicures !! read more

I decided to go back and try Adore nails for the second time, I haven't been there in a few years. I got a fill and a pedicure, $73 later (including the tips), but one week later I was back because the nails were chipping and polish was coming off. When I went back and told them they were so willing to help me out and repair everything, then when I was getting ready to leave they charged me full price AGAIN. If they would've gotten it right the first time I would be back in one week, I can't afford to have my nails done every week because of their cheap product. I will NEVER step foot in this place again. BEWARE... their product is very cheap and it will make you spend more money by having to come back more often. read more

this location literally nickle and dimes you! i went in three days ago and finally got the chance to write. i got my daughters and i nails/toes does and when it comes to them charging me they literally stole extra money! my pedicure at the cost of 31, i was charged 32 which i let go because maybe i didnt notice it was 31.99 (which it isnt) then the lady doing my pedicure was constantly standing up walking away taking calls, grabbing things for others so it was not a great pedicure experience... besides that she charged me an extra 2 dollars for them "supplying supplies" like what??!! all they had when you walk in was a bottle of hand sanitzer with a sign that said put some on when you walk in ... so a pinch of sanitizer was $2? not only did she charge me $2 but for my daughter an extra $4 because two dollars of supply for each service ... no it should be $2 per person. its not about the money its about the attitudes followed and the poor experience! read more

Went in here to get a pedicure with my daughter. The water was cold and i had to find the controll to turn the chair on myself. After 20 min of sitting there with my feet in cold water i got up to leave. Then they said they were ready to help us. Sorry but no thanks. read more

I went in at 6 not knowing they closed at 7, but they were more than welcoming. Vanessa was the one to do my nails and gave me lots of choices for the tips I might want and I just went for a traditional pink and white tips. She was very thorough and made sure everything was smooth shiny and pretty. Since there was no "menu" of services posted anywhere she went over my pricing and services when she was done which no one has ever done before in the many times I've gotten manicures before. I'd wish I could give it no stars but the fact that I absolutely leaves me no choice. First off, I called earlier in the day to make an appointment to insure that my services were able to be performed secondly when I arrived the lady stated she only had time to do my full set when I clearly told her I was in need of a pedicure and and a full set. So as the two ladies consulted with each other yelling at one another in their language I stood there uncomfortable with the situation. I interrupted their very intense conversation to suggest that if they weren't able to do what I needed I could easily drive to next nail salon. She insisted that id stay and she would take care of it. My pedicure lasted all but ten minutes . It was the worst pedicure of my life and the quickest. Then a gentlemen came over to start my nails which seemed frustrated, annoyed and angry, at some point he said " next time you come I won't do your nails " like what ?????? Who says that to a customer everyone is so Rude I don't understand why they all choose to speak in their language in front of people who don't understand it. It's completely disrespectful. Not to mention after the lady was done with my pedicure she repackaged the tools she used on my toes and went to the next client :/ the gentlemen did the same with the tools that were used on my nails. Let me start off with saying this place is definately nothing to do with customer service last week me and my co worker went in to get her a pedi and her nails (full set) I was going in for an eye bra wax. My friend had made an appt and we arrived early. First off when I walked in I told her about my eyebrows like 3 times and the owner of the shop was like ok will be right with you. More like someone walked in right after 10 min and they totally skipped me. She literally forgot about me I was so disgusted its like hello im sitting here waitting. My friend mean time has some girl start on her toes let me say the longest pedi ever & half fast left all her skin and nails painted messy!! They totally didnt have someone start off on her nails and by the time once again the owner realized she was thier for nails too they had already started on other customers after her once again no custmer service they dont know how to run that shop and the workers are in a bad mood their was a lady getting a pedi across from where we were sitting and she was telling one of the girls your hurting me are you in a bad mood. The girl doing her toes changed her attitude real quick after that the whole experience was horrible and over priced for what my friend paid $25 dollars for a regular pedi with just color lol!! This place is a mess and I wouldnt recommend it to anybody unless you like over priced half fast service and having to repeat what you want. read more

WORST customer service EVER. The employees are RUDE. Aside from so expensive they do crappy work. They left my friends nails looking disgusting & didn't want to repaint them. When they finally did so, they were talking about her to all the other customers in there, and not in Vietnamese, in English. Then while the sign on the door shows they accept Visa/MC/Discover, they tell you they don't accept credit cards, only ATM cards. Which is because they want you to use their ATM machine which charges you $2.75, even though it says only $.75. This place is bull*. They're crooks. In hindsight I should have said I didn't have an ATM card, so either they accept my card as a credit card or don't get paid. I bet the story would change at that point. Isn't worth going there when they have such bad service & customer service. I'm sticking to (South) Orange County, where service is better and believe it or not, CHEAPER. read more

By far the best place I've found that does a excellent job. The shop is clean as a whistle. The staff is very polite and know how to do their job. The owner did my gel nails and I love them. The deluxe pedicure is incredibly relaxing and so well done. They don't skimp on getting your feet feeling and looking beautiful. I will be going here from now on. It's a breath of fresh air amongst so many of the rush thru the process shops I've been to. Don't know about you all but I much prefer quality over a quick slap it together nail job. read more

They are a little pricy but well worth it! My fiancé and I went to have our nails done for our bridal shower and we were happy with the services. We both got deluxe pedicures and manicures with gel polish on both hands and toes and our nails looked great! Exactly what we were looking for!!! I'm giving this place a 2 only because the atmosphere was nice and so were the people. I got a full set gel nails and I am dissapointed. They are so thick and really lumpy. Also I came in with nail polish on and they barely took it off. They left parts of my red polish on the sides off nails and layed the gel over them sealing in my old polish. The woman was also very rough. She made me want to scream many times from the way she tried to file the sides. This was also the first place I've been to where the person had to use a special metal tool to do my colored tip (pink sparkles) she couldn't do it by hand like I'm used to seeing and she didn't even get them looking that great with the tool. Also my husband got a manicure because he's a mechanic and needed his cuticles trimmed. The lady cut his finger and made him bleed and pretended like nothing happened and avoided eye contact the rest of the time. I won't be going back. read more
