We visited again today and tried the dinuguan this time (to go). It was very good, though a little spicier than I'm used to, so that's something to keep in mind if sharing with little ones. I'm also used to there being more organ meat present. Their version of dinuguan seems to include lean pork belly (presumably) which is good, just my personal preference I supposed.

They have more menu. Just ask

Adobo Shack is the spot if you're craving real Filipino food! The pandit is packed with flavor, the inasal is tender and smoky, and the kalderata is rich and hearty. Everything tastes fresh and homemade. Super nice people here too--always friendly and welcoming. If you love adobo, pandit, inasal, or kalderata, this place will hit the spot every time.

Yelp said they were open but was closed. Not docking points for that. Make sure your Yelp page is updated.

Great pork adobo, lumpia, pancit. Closest authentic Filipino food in the area. Give them a try!

They had one special menu and the manapua man noodles and gaugee caught my eye. That's like the perfect combo. But we skipped out on gaugee and got the manapua man noodles. Wish the options for the additions was one fried chicken but instead it was either pork belly or sweet sour chicken. Which isn't usually the kind of combo I would get. Especially if you label it manapua man noodles. The noodles tasted more like fried noodle / fried saimin style since it was cooked on a wok. I do miss the simplicity of a manapua noodle where you dress it with shoyu and sirracha. But these noodles weren't bad. They were super flavorful. Portion was huge! My husband said he could've gone without the pork belly. The pork belly was meh. The noodles tho, ono! I also went with the japolo chicken and kalbi combo, which is my go to. Kalbi is saucy and so flavorful! The chicken is nice and crispy. My only thing is that my plate was swimming in sauce. And when it touches the rice, it's a no for me. Wish had some buffer like cabbage to catch the sauce. Other than that, food is always ono here. Service is also friendly and the place is nice and clean with lots of seating!

My partner and I got the grilled bbq chicken and the bbq short ribs + marinated beef. Unfortunately, the deep fried chicken was sold out for the day (we came in about 45 minutes until closing so perhaps our fault). I think because of the time we came in- we got kitchen scraps. The short ribs were 90% fat and 10% actual meat. The macaroni salad was incredibly plain, it needed more seasoning - pepper something because it straight up looked it was pasta with slabbed mayo. I will however give a shot out to their poke because I don't eat seafood nor like it and I did give this a try for the fun of it and it was delicious. Again I think because we came in 40-45 minutes before closing closing the service was not great either. I saw the self service bottles of sauce and when I came back I asked the lady for one and she said she had run out when it was pretty clear she was just cleaning up. Fair- you want to get out of there on time. So I asked the lady for hot sauce and she said it was extra and charged me $1.00 per 2.5oz container which is just diabolical in my opinion- I still paid none the less so it's my dusky for contribution to the fiasco. Overall it was mid, I'm used to much more flavorful food in Los Angeles. Ill give it another go whenever I'm in the area at a different time. Perhaps it was a one off day for them.

But today, I had the time to swing by and fortunately he was open, but SOLD OUT. Fortunately, he had a few things left over. So I said yes to a mix plate. Nolan's Hawaii accent is still thick it made me feel like I was back home on the west side for a second (!!!!thank you!!!!) I met some people outside the food stand, a business man from Hawaii and some California people I mistaken were from Hawaii as well, lol. It was an awesome interaction, from the moment I got there I got greeted by strangers waiting for food, to going up to the window and asking "so what? No more nuttin left?" Nolan's response was "Nah I only get mochicko chicken and kalua, you likem?" Haha that was a definite yes! Won't miss out on home food esp if word of mouth was already out there. So I waited a few minutes for my food, and the box was heavy. Haha it felt like when you would eat at your aunty and uncles house and they pack you the party left overs. I opened my plate lunch and I was greeted by a huge portion of chicken, pork rice and Mac salad. And let me tell you, the Mac salad didn't have so much frills like what you would see in a Portland Hawaii food joint. It was sauced, and seasoned. PERFECT! No need for all the extra add ons. As I started eating, let me say that kalua pork was no joke so moist and easy to eat not even close to dried out. The chicken tasted nice and crispy with just enough marinate and fluff. I haven't found this anywhere in Oregon..until here. Yeah sure there's a poke and katsu bar in the shopping center next door... but I take the random food cart in the parking lot any day over something franchised

Bright, lively, good music, FANTASTIC food, EXCELLENT drinks, fun servers... yassss kweeen! We happened upon Coral Club at the recommendation of a friend about a year ago. Their food is solid. We've done the Shrimp Skewer, Lumpia, Coral Platter, and Lava Fries. They were DELISH! My gang tried the Spam Musubi... I wasn't brave enough, but they loved it! When the good ole PNW gets you down, give it a try. When the outside is grey and gloomy with just weeks of rain ahead, this place will put you in a perfect little happy Hawaiian mood!

We wanted a drink and bite before thrifting and going to the book store. One other couple was inside. Waiter was nice but not hospitable. The ambiance is amazing - 10/10 love the vibe and decor. I ordered a drink of the mixed drinks and my husband got a margarita. The drink was so bad - neither one of us could drink it. I don't think I've ever returned a drink I can't pound before haha. It was 10 minutes before I went home to the bar to ask for something different - no one came by to ask how things were. The guava choice I picked for the second - not good. Watered down flavors of who knows. The drinks at Wahi Hanna are amazing in comparison - especially with the Dole Whip vibe. The spam fries were $9 for half a can of spam cut up and put in the oven with a side of mayo? The loco moco was promising but tasted like something you'd get at Kenjis - not a Hawaiian spot. I feel like with a lot of tweaks in flavor - this could be a great spot.
