I'm very clear on when I ask " unmount, mount, balance + tire specs ". I was very surprised when 3 other shops in the area were reluctant to do it unless I bought tires from them and their quotes were ridiculously high (and my baseline pricing is based on California prices). Had to wait for repair. Truck had low tire, needed replaced. Had wheel bearing go out on trailer during the trip. Our reservation was for 8:30 am got a call at 8 wanting to change the time to 11. Was then told they could get it at 9:30. Truck and hauler still not there. Got another truck that was on the lot. Car hauler arrived at 2 pm. Person at the pickup location went to move the truck without checking and snapped the brake line. By 10:30 pm we were still waiting for the tire to be replaced. 7am went to see if ready had tech come out he checked tire pressure and it was low. He assisted with loading the car. Got on the road at 10 am. Leaving indianapolis getting to Elizabeth Town ky and the bearing went out on the car hauler. We stopped at a gas station, called roadside assistance someone came out in 30 minutes to tell us it was the bearing and we needed a new hauler. We waited from 2:00 to 6:00 to find out the replacement car hauler is snowed in. Now they are looking for another one. Finally received a call back saying it could be another 45 minutes to 1 hour to get here. I would NOT!!!!!!!!! recommend anyone ever use this company.

I called you on October 9, 2023, at 10:53 AM and left a message to tell you that I was pulling my boat out on November 6, 2023, to put it in winter storage. You called me back at 12:03 PM the same day and told me that I would have to pay for the entire month of November. I had no problem with that. You said that you normally get a 30-day written notice of departing your facility but since we were talking, you would accept the verbal notice (this should have been in your notes). My wife accidentally paid you twice and you admit it.  On November 6th I pulled my boat off your property and moved it to winter storage.  When I got home my wife told me about the double payment. I called you at 1:27 PM on November 6th to inform you about the double payment. You told me you posted the double payment for November and December, and I was covered for December storage fee even though I was not storing anything on your property, and you were not giving me my money back. I posted my review on YELP on November 6th to warn others of your corrupt business practice. You called me at 2:09 PM after reading the review on YELP on the 6th and left me a voice mail which included the following: "Hey Bruce, Todd Payne here, I went back and looked at all my records, NOTES, and everything and I don't see anything that you've notified me that you were leaving for 30 days but what I can do is take that EXTRA PAYMENT THAT YOUR WIFE MADE that I posted for December and KEEP IT and hold your spot for you. You'll start back up in the summer and make payments. Just give me a call back".  These are your words, Todd. You are admitting to keeping the extra payment and not returning my money even though you were notified in October. Why don't you have any records and I do. I am warning everyone to stay away, or you will have to shut your MONTH!
