When I brought vehicle back he said the "Seal" for the door would protect it. Bull !!! Every time you shut a door it would put pressure on the wiring and degrade it. This is 12 gauge wiring and thin as it is horrible treatment of customers in front of me as well !! Now I'm worried about my vehicle all together!!!!

I reserved my truck online for a 9 am pick-up. I went in to grab it and there was a long line with only one person working. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes before we got our actually truck. They did extend out return time 30 minutes to compensate. The lady working didn't seem super friendly. She was a bit annoyed (I get it, long line & you're the only one working) & you could defiantly tell when she spoke. Overall it was a decent experience. I would go back but maybe get there early or try to do a phone pick up.

They wrapped a lot of items in plastic. We moved from a 2nd level 2-bed 1-bath apt. to a 1-story home. I would have appreciated better estimates from the company. We were quoted an hourly rate and a 1-hr travel fee. The estimated time was 2 hours and for arrival at 3 PM. The arrival time was 5 PM, and the move lasted until after 10 PM. So the time estimates were not correct. This also increased the travel fee. So 5 hours labor, the travel fee, plus gas mileage expense, and some supplies, for everything including the $100 deposit, it was $1,300 to move. I was a bit shocked but maybe that's normal with today's prices. There were no issues with the move.

Created a misery situation for the movers so we'd tip them big na demanded a 5 star review for tips on Google. So their Google reviews look far better than they are. Didn't really finish the job and broke a number of furniture. We had to file a police report as our 2 big screen TV's didn't make it to our house. That following Monday someone else brought us our TV's that strangely didn't make the truck or stay in our other house. Avoid like the plague. 5 star review tipping is a scam.

They left two college girls without movers and without a storage unit and were less than helpful with advice. Other than offering for them to move out a day later, but the girls lease was already up, and they had already turned all their stuff in. You can't just stay an extra day in an apartment for free, and it's Memorial Day weekend and it's not like they could go extend their lease. Didnt even offer to help in trying to find other movers or another storage unit. We are not from the area and this was just a really disappointing experience. we offered to help them load the truck ourselves and begged them to still move them because the lease was up and the girls HAD to move out. I am speechless at the lack of professionalism, and instead of offering guidance or another moving company number, they got upset and raised their voice at us instead like we were at fault. I understand things come up, but you could at least be a decent business person and try to offer solutions, especially for people who are out of town.
