July 26, 2026 On June 16, 2026, I met with a Tittle Brothers…read moresales representative regarding replacement windows. The salesperson was professional, courteous, and I paid a deposit after receiving a quote. After that, however, communication virtually stopped. I sent several text messages requesting an update but received only automated responses. No one contacted me to schedule measurements or provide any information about the next steps. On July 8, 2026, I finally called the company to ask why no one had contacted me to schedule measurements. An appointment was then scheduled. On July 9, 2026, I spoke with Chelsey regarding the $500 window coupon advertised on the company's website. I asked whether the coupon could be applied to my order since no measurements had been taken, no windows had been ordered, and no work had begun. She told me I could not use the coupon because I had already signed a contract. I never received a copy of the contract. I explained that I had only received a quote and paid a deposit, and that I live on a fixed income. Rather than showing any understanding or attempting to help, Chelsey told me to "take out a loan." I found that comment insensitive and unprofessional. Her tone throughout the conversation was condescending and dismissive, and she spoke to me in a manner that I found disrespectful. The conversation upset me to the point of tears. No customer should be treated this way, especially after experiencing weeks of poor communication. For additional context, I also contacted Tittle Brothers on October 23, 2024 regarding a roof replacement. I never received a response to that inquiry and ultimately hired another company. While I appreciated the professionalism of the salesperson and the gentleman that finally measured my windows, my experience with the company's customer service has been extremely disappointing. I am submitting this complaint because I believe customers deserve timely communication, respectful treatment, and professional customer service. I hope Tittle Brothers reviews how customers are treated and takes steps to ensure others do not have a similar experience. Requested Resolution: I would like Tittle Brothers to review this matter, address the unprofessional customer service I experienced, and honor the $500 window coupon, given that no measurements had been taken, no materials had been ordered, and no installation work had begun when I made my request. The communication and scheduling was lacking, so we were a little frustrated, but it didn't prepare us for the ordeal we were going to be dealing with. We live in an old house, 1920's. My husband expressed this many times, that appropriate measures would have to be taken as we had lead in our old windows and trim. I heard him over the phone as well as in person and he was assured they would take the steps necessary. The day the windows were to be replaced, my kids and I left the house. Two windows were in our daughters room, the other in our guest bedroom. One window was oriented the wrong way and still installed. The worst part was, after removing the old windows, the workers took leaf blowers out to blow debris out into the yard below and all over the rooms. My husband ran upstairs and yelled at them to stop, that once again, there was lead paint involved. They stopped and cleaned up, but not well enough. My husband wiped everything down afterwards, not trusting it was cleaned properly. A few months later, my daughter received test results showing elevated levels of lead in her blood. It was quick and not a single other person in our family had any detectable levels. I was livid. I'm still livid. I don't care that one of our windows is wrong or that it took forever to arrange communication. I'm livid that lead safe practices weren't followed as promised and my child had to pay for it. You can't put a price on that. Thankfully, she's grown, and the situation is under control now, but if you have an old house, I would absolutely not recommend this company. To the owner, if your business gives homeowners your word that things will be done safely and following safe standards, you need to follow through. Safety should be top priority. This could have had a very poor outcome.

When I called for service, I was initially offered an appointment in early August. After I objected, I was offered July 23. Only after I asked to speak with a supervisor and repeatedly emphasized that this was a three-day-old installation involving an exterior door that could not be secured did they arrange for someone to come the next day. The windows were also left with noticeable smudges, grime, and adhesive residue that I had to clean myself. I also received no useful walkthrough on how to remove the sliding sash for exterior cleaning. I appreciate that they eventually scheduled a next-day visit, but I should not have had to push multiple times for a basic security problem on a brand-new installation to be treated urgently. At this point, my overall experience is about 6/10, pending whether the service visit actually resolves the problem. Update: Wallside sent someone out next day to address all my issues. Instead of replacing all the windows around the house like all the window selling people are telling us, Rob offered to fix the windows for a much better pricing. We are so happy with the result we asked them to remodel our three bathrooms. Again, their quote was better than the other 8 companies we compared with. Their timing and flexibility was better as well! Throughout the process of bathroom remodeling, they were extremely helpful, accommodating and easy to work with. From picking tiles and helping us with the pickup (usually pretty expensive), to going out of their ways to seal cracks for us on the wall and hanging paintings for my mom. They even offered to walk my dog when they were working with us. They are excellent at what they do. See images for the before and after of the bathrooms. We love our 3 bathrooms now. They were able to accommodate everything we asked them too. Including changing old electric outlets, adding a shower in the guest bathroom, and switching the vent to a heated vent. I did notice a cracked window and Rob immediately ordered a new one and covered the cost. So they do honor their warranty on their work.
