Install of two windows and patio door in March 2019…read more My husband and I are completely satisfied and highly recommend their services. I will definitely use them again if needed. I found them on Yelp one afternoon while searching for window repair/replacement services. They had nothing but glowing reviews so I took a chance and am so glad that I went with them. Tom and his installers are professional and knowledgeable. Installation took six hours, the crew minimized the mess (which I greatly appreciate), and cleanup was thoroughly. Thank you to Jasmin and team for the great installation experience.

Jasmin was able to give me an estimate based on my description and photos (and the price did not change once he saw it in person), and he handled the repair the next day. He cut not only a new piece of glass but also a new wooden stopper that was a very close match to our previous one. He even had the foresight to move the wooden stoppers around to make the new one less noticeable. I would not have thought to ask him to do that! The work was terrific and the cost was very reasonable. Extremely quick, skilled, and personable. I would certainly hire Jasmin for future window installations and repairs!

Deyonker Window and Door, did our smaller house windows and large bedroom windows back about 11…read moreyears ago, they were terrific, so we knew we could trust them, and a few years later, they did our door wall on our walk out, so now, we had them do our large picture front window at our home, Dan came out and gave us the estimate, he then came out a second time to double check measurements, take a deposit, then they ordered the window from the factory and approximately 4 months later they were here to install it. This was a custom order, thats why it took so long. My other windows didnt take this long, they were in stock. As you can see from the pictures its is very large. They came with a very large crew and had it done in about 7 hours. This included the custom molding that they cut on site and put on, all we had to do was paint it. The crew was very polite and respectful, they laid out tarps before they even started, and they brought in and used an air compressor that was so quiet i could talk right next to it. Mark and some of the crew had been here before on our previous install. This to me indicates a company who not only keeps employees who do good work, but gives us customers an excellent job. Thank you DeYonker Window My first picture in this review is them just starting to put the trim on, the other one is the finished window, and the last pic is the front window with our side window, and these are all Anderson Windows. They also did the window in our closet on the same day, which was the last window in the house to be replaced.

He did a quick and thorough quote and didn't push at all. Very well communicated throughout the project. The install team of Derek, Jason and Pat were super efficient and clean. I had high anxieties due to the size of windows and working in bedrooms but it was kept SO clean. Total of 17 windows (some were 3-piece sets) were replaced within 2 days. They laid plastic on the carpet and cleaned every room fully before moving on. Even 2 windows which were found to have serious framing damage within the wall from years of leak were repaired without concern. Interior and exterior trim work is 100% quality and they did so great matching to existing. We are so happy with our project, reassured to know our home is protected from leaks on these windows and we will be back for the second half of our home as phase 2.

This company has been nothing short of amazing to work for. They actually offer competitive pay,…read morealongside decent benefits and a ton of unspoken perks here and there. 40 hours a week and work is ALWAYS guaranteed. Unfortunately there's always a few people who feel they're above the rules and company as a whole and need to be weeded out. This company, from my standpoint, just wants to see the job done in the safest/most efficient way possible. They have no problem sending extra men to get the job done, and if the job is unsafe we usually don't deliver until the job site is made safe for us. They pay you based off experience, and even if you have none, as long as you pit your best foot forward they'll appreciate it and you will be rewarded. With quite a few jobs under my belt, this has easily been the most fair/rewarding of them all. The company also gives you a TON of chances to fix yourself up before they let you go, so if you can't stop smoking or complaining that's on you. Everyone is also expected to pull their own weight to a certain degree. This being a labor intensive job means that there will be a fair amount of lifting, pulling, and pushing. You're not expected to be Superman, but you also can't put every single window, big or small, on the blue cart because of your inability to lift. Standing around your phone and then latching on to someone else's work does not suffice. The management is ALWAYS around to talk and can usually give you advice to solve your problems. The supervisor is also very fair across the board. There's also no secret benefits to being a POC because they are vastly outnumbered. If you'd like to come work here, please come see for yourself. It's easy to make a disgruntled review when you've never had accountability. Threatening to badmouth us to your "local" community isn't the way to go either. I've been with MDW long enough to see that it'll be worth it to be here in the long run. The customers are happy, Us(the employees) are happy and everything's working out.
