Chip and his NWO Renovations team did Quotes and They Followed through KEEPING THEIR PROMISE TO GET THE WORK COMPLETED IN A TIMELY WAY. Chip kept the Promise and that has built a Trust that cannot be bought, cause its not for sale, It is Trust. The quality of workmanship and products (windows and doors here) and finishing siding work left behind was excellent. Cannot say enough good about my personal experience with Chip and his team of experts. I want to say this also, Chip did not swoop down on a community in their confusion and need. I and neighbors saw to many out of state "contractors" arrive with their pads and pens in hand ready to quote and get a handshake and in many cases GET $$$$$$ A-DEPOSIT.an then you may or may not see some if these guys again. I personally had a contractor BEFORE CHIP NWO RENOVATIONS THAT I SIGNED WITH AND THE COMPANY AS IT TURNED OUT SUB CONTRACTED WITH A CONTRACTOR JESSIE WHOM PROCEEDED TO RIP ME OFF FOR $2,600.00 for a window down payment I Never got the window. Then I called Jessies Boss in Hudson Mi. only to discovered Jessie was going around doing this to others in my community. Unfortunately, Jessie was not the only one! . I really do not care if Jessie ever sees his name here as he has a-lot to answer for. Then a true God answered prayer I found NWO Renovations and Chip. It was then that all the repair work went so simple and well. I could not believe that there really are Honest Good People in this World. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NWO RENOVATIONS AND CHIP OWNER. In near future, Chip will be my Contractor of choice to replace my Kitchen.

Even after the windows were made, I still received a weekly email until they were ready to schedule us. The installers, Lou, Jon, and Calvin, were nothing short of professional and kind people. Not only did they do a fantastic job of removing the old windows and installing the new ones, but they cleaned up absolutely every speck of dirt that accumulated from the install. My home was even cleaner than when they arrived!! I absolutely love my new windows and loved the entire process. I cannot recommend them enough!! 10 out of 10!

I was asked if there would be a significant other attending sales pitch meeting and I politely indicated I'm a single mom and will make the final decision myself. Yet, I understood the reason behind the inquiry and had no problems with it. The sales guy was straight to the point didn't really try to sell me the product just provided information regarding the product and answered questions I had accordingly. Which I was grateful for! He let me know that there would be about an 8-week fabrication Lead time which I was fine with. The windows did end up ready for installation within that time frame. Empire graciously set the installation date according to my schedule. And I can't rave enough about the three person team who came out and completed the install. Dave and his crew were on time, addressed my concern about placing down floor protection- which they had already anticipated. They were knowledgeable with the product and how to install the windows and the back patio door. Hard consistent workers, there was no downtime during the install. the framework after the bay window was removed was done very professionally and looks amazing. They answered my questions professionally and didn't make me feel stupid for asking very simple questions at times. I cant say enough about this crew, I hope they see this review and see how appreciative this single mom is. They cut no corners and provided exceptional install service that gives this mom a peace of mind! Plus they graciously accepted to take a photo in front of my new front windows!! Thanks Empire for the new windows and patio door!

Highly recommend Tony and Rob! They are your one stop shop for everything you need!…read more We started with our windows fixed by them. Instead of replacing all the windows around the house like all the window selling people are telling us, Rob offered to fix the windows for a much better pricing. We are so happy with the result we asked them to remodel our three bathrooms. Again, their quote was better than the other 8 companies we compared with. Their timing and flexibility was better as well! Throughout the process of bathroom remodeling, they were extremely helpful, accommodating and easy to work with. From picking tiles and helping us with the pickup (usually pretty expensive), to going out of their ways to seal cracks for us on the wall and hanging paintings for my mom. They even offered to walk my dog when they were working with us. They are excellent at what they do. See images for the before and after of the bathrooms. We love our 3 bathrooms now. They were able to accommodate everything we asked them too. Including changing old electric outlets, adding a shower in the guest bathroom, and switching the vent to a heated vent. They even helped to fix my kitchen sink that a plumber failed after trying for 3 days! They are also honest people. I did notice a cracked window and Rob immediately ordered a new one and covered the cost. So they do honor their warranty on their work. Overall, would highly recommend them for their excellent work, very fair pricing, and being such good nature people!
