I asked him to send a binding estimate and to let me know the different cost levels in addition for Full Value Protection. Over the course of several days, he continued to respond but without giving me anything in writing. I also received a series of generic reminder emails. When I responded via text, my texts suddenly began to bounce as undeliverable. When I tried to pin him down for a quote, he said it would be $2,500 for a binding estimate. I asked why the huge sudden bump, and he said, "because of all your requirements." I told him nothing had changed from our call except me asking for his verbal promise in writing. I have yet to hear back, but my assumption is he would have done a non-binding estimate for $1,775 and then have a million surprise charges upon pickup and delivery, sending me way over that. Bottom line: Untrustworthy as they come!

What was supposed to be a…read moreprofessional move turned into an extremely stressful, expensive, and damaging ordeal that I am still trying to resolve through a formal claim. The condition in which many of my belongings arrived was unacceptable. Multiple pieces of furniture and personal property were damaged, including bedroom furniture, beds/frames, mattresses, sofas, tables, dining furniture, a desk, shelving/bookcases, luggage, decorative pieces and ceramics, a Buddha statue, a kitchen light fixture, cabinet glass, and other household items. My dogs' crates were also damaged, to the point that one of my dogs got access to and ingested pieces of broken plastic. Several personal items were also missing after the move, including perfumes/colognes and other belongings. A Garmin device was among the items I reported missing. Of my coffee equipment, the only coffee maker that ultimately appeared does not work, and my Aeroccino was also an issue/missing among the items being accounted for. The packing/unpacking condition was equally disturbing. Boxes were not kept organized in any meaningful way. Items from completely different rooms and categories were mixed together indiscriminately. Fragile objects, household goods, personal belongings, miscellaneous items, and what felt like absolutely everything they could throw together were packed into the same boxes. Opening them has been a nightmare because there was no logical organization and items that should never have been packed together were mixed in the same containers. This has made it significantly more difficult to determine what is damaged, what is missing, and what may have been placed somewhere completely unrelated. And unfortunately, the property damage is not even the most serious part of my complaint. When I reviewed the moving documentation, I discovered signatures attributed to me that I dispute and that I did NOT knowingly place on those documents. My signature appears to have been reproduced/used multiple times on paperwork in a manner that I did not authorize. I have formally raised this issue with the company and consider it extremely serious. Consumers should be able to trust that their signature will never appear on contractual or moving documents unless they actually reviewed and signed them. Despite the extensive damage, missing property, disorganized packing, and the serious signature dispute, I was still facing approximately $1,400 in charges for this move. I do not believe a customer should be expected to simply pay a substantial bill and remain silent after receiving their property in this condition. I have submitted a formal claim with photographs, documentation, lists of damaged and missing items, and information regarding the disputed signatures. I am preserving all records associated with this move while the claim is being investigated. Moving is already stressful enough. A customer hires professional movers specifically because they are trusting strangers with furniture, valuables, sentimental belongings, and essentially the contents of their home. That trust comes with a basic expectation: handle the property with reasonable care, keep belongings organized, accurately document the transaction, and obtain legitimate authorization for anything requiring a customer's signature. In my experience, those basic expectations were not met. I sincerely hope All My Sons takes responsibility for the full extent of the documented damage and missing property and resolves my claim appropriately. Until that happens, I absolutely cannot recommend this company. I encourage anyone considering this company to photograph and inventory EVERYTHING before the move, photograph items again immediately after delivery, keep copies of every document, carefully review every signature attributed to you, and verify the contents of every box as soon as possible. I wish I had done even more documentation beforehand. I never imagined I would need it to this extent.

Moved some things into storage so I could have some free space. They were so nice, worked hard and took care of all of my items, And took the little extra time to make sure everything was secure in their truck. Speaking of their truck - I've never seen a cleaner moving truck and when we were all done after I paid they took the time to organize, fold the moving blankets and remove the tape used on them - it was so organized!
