I specifically asked my representative on the phone when I booked if I am able to cancel for a full refund and he said that they would absolutely refund me if they didn't do the move. In the cancelling back and forth emails, they informed me that they record all phone calls. But when I brought up the promise that my rep made, they went radio silent. I told them to send me the call recording and I would find it on there if they didn't want to, but they said their policy is to keep the recordings for themselves and not release them to customers. So they kept my deposit in full for absolutely no service rendered. I'm out over $2,500. In the cancellation process, they were very aggressive and tried to get back on the phone and off email at every opportunity. They told us that they would still be sending the movers to come and facilitate the move even after 4-5 emails back and forth, which was just extremely annoying. The general experience we had is very inline with what you've already read online. They are not honest, hard pushing sales people who are just trying to make a quick buck. They will say whatever they need to on the phone to get you to sign the docs, because they know they control the call recording and don't have to release the recording if it would hold them accountable for any promises made. My recommendation, do business with an actual moving company and not a dishonest moving broker with a customer service nightmare track record.

The lack of communication alone created unnecessary stress. The movers arrived late with no call, and when they finally showed up, they went to the wrong address--adding extra time to my bill for an error that was not mine. Once the move began, the issues continued. The crew did not use furniture pads and instead used tape in several instances, which resulted in a piece of my furniture being broken. They did not communicate the damage until the very end, and they left the broken item in the hallway of my apartment building. Because of this, my apartment complex charged me a fee for leaving damaged goods behind. Per my contract, the movers were supposed to pack the kitchen, but the crew was unaware of this and said they didn't have time to complete it. They were also contracted to disassemble and reassemble furniture; however, at the new location they were reluctant to reassemble anything, causing further delays and additional charges. Although they moved items down from a third-floor apartment, they refused to bring several pieces to the second floor of my townhome, leaving them on the first floor. I had to find additional help to get the furniture where it needed to go. No paperwork was completed on-site before the move began, and at the end I was only asked to initial one document. Even though payment had already been pre-authorized, I was required to provide my credit card information again over the phone. When the invoice finally arrived days later, the time listed was inaccurate and appeared to include the period when they were at the wrong address as well as a dinner break before delivering my furniture. This experience was unprofessional, costly, and stressful. Save your money and your peace of mind--look elsewhere for your move.

Moved some things into storage so I could have some free space. They were so nice, worked hard and took care of all of my items, And took the little extra time to make sure everything was secure in their truck. Speaking of their truck - I've never seen a cleaner moving truck and when we were all done after I paid they took the time to organize, fold the moving blankets and remove the tape used on them - it was so organized! NOT properly climate controlled since new management came in August 2023. It used to be 74 degs…read more+/- and 47-52% humidity inside. Now, new management raised the thermostats to 78 degs which lets humidity climb into the upper 60s to 70s. Mold and mildew ranges that are not good for fabrics, furniture and bedding.. I've run a recording thermometer / hygrometer since day one and it was very consistent before August. New manager says corp made them raise thermometer to 78 and won't budge. Also, he said he was "not allowed" to share corporate contact info. WTH? We like this location; it's safe, clean, convenient, and the staff have been awesome. Now, it is starting to smell bad inside and other tenants have commented the same to me.
