One piece of equipment they brought onsite, a dehumidifier, was actually faulty and added to the mess I already had. I had to stay up all night and babysit a leaking $135 per day dehumidifier. They arrived at our home promptly at 8AM and went right to it. Because they're familiar with the home, they already know where to start, how we like our beds maid, and give a little extra care in our bathroom because of our kiddos. They clean our home for about 2-2.5 hours and honestly it's worth the price because honestly we just don't have the time.

Ellie the office manager is super helpful and transparent about the entire renovation process every step of the way. The workers are fabulous. Jose, the worker that did the flooring, did an excellent job. When he told me how much time he spent making sure everything is perfect from the layout and design to the little details setting, I was flabbergasted! The floors look amazing. One of the coordinators, also named Jose, was in constant contact with me through the entire process making sure all the work was precise and coordinating with the condo association and other workers. I found out that I had purchased a thin set and no mortar for my tiles and since I was in a time crunch, the company was able to make arrangements for the mortar so the work would not be delayed. Their prices were totally reasonable so that's yet another plus. Lastly, Oliver Tabban is totally a perfectionist and a professional. In the end of the process you totally feel that the company becomes kind of like family and your family helped you fix up your place.
