I had my roof replaced over 3 years ago and had no problems during installation or after. Twice i had some issue with the wall under the roof and I called in case it was their work; concluded it was not related to the roof or the work done for the roof and instead related to older paint and the shutter installation. Either way they came to asses and offered to help and even resealed and pained the wall despite it being unrelated to the roof and helped me root cause the issue with the shutter installation. Highly recommend.

Costinel Pasat was recommended to me by a neighbor and colleague, he responded within minutes and was going over the options at my house within an hour. After comparing all quotes, they clearly use the highest quality materials, put care into their work, and reinforce regions of natural weakness to a significantly higher degree than their competitors. They were quick, extremely clean every day of work, transparent, and made sure it not only looks amazing but will last as long as possible. If I ever need work done I will definitely reach out to them, though I suspect I won't be needing it for a long long time. 100% recommend, completely satisfied.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. We had a stamped concrete patio done by General Concrete Services. They…read morefinished in one day. They returned the next morning to seal the concrete. While the slab appeared dry, and hardened, there is still a lot of moisture in the concrete. It appears the oil-based sealer displaced the moisture and created an appearance of water spots. (I have since been told it should have been allowed to dry for a few days to a week). Also, probably because there was no ground preparation done, there are two low spots where standing water puddles, one being right outside the main sliding glass door exit to the backyard. After it rains, we must let our dogs in and out through a puddle of standing water. Also, again because of lack of ground prep, they cut a relief line across the slab to "keep it from cracking" they said. You can see where the saw blade ran off the line and was re-cut. It looks terrible. Roberto Cazan initially said he could fix the sealer spots, but never set up a time to do it. After that initial conversation he refuses to address our concerns and will not answer his phone.

We had a major rewire job (for average homeowner) that included replacement of 2 sub panels and…read moreservice/panel along with rewiring 10 of older household circuits. This included wiring for detached garage which isn't ready just yet so they ran the future underground circuits and terminated, (waiting for the general contractor to be ready for electric). I am experienced with residential electrical work, (just physically unable to do this job). We had several other electrical contractors give us quotes that were about half of Jeff's, but I knew they couldn't do the job properly for the quoted amount. I found that interesting, but it was almost scripted from 3 other contractors. All of the other electricians provided information that I knew to be incorrect (about AFCI/GFCI combination breakers, which I insisted on using for older ungrounded circuits to be safe) but Jeff from Ocean was straight on with his knowledge and made no attempt to BS this customer. I have never signed with the highest bidder before, but am glad that we did this time. At this point, most of the work is completed, except for some minor plaster repairs which we are holding off on until the drywall people are here working in the garage (a much bigger job). Overall, Jeff and Ernie did a great job. The permits were pulled from the city within a week and they were able to start work a few days later. This project required more rewiring than expected, as they changed plans in the middle of the project after finding some unexpected conditions (with old wiring). These changes made for a better, neater job and a safer/more professional electrical system than what we originally planned on. Ocean Electric did a great job in the attics which was my biggest concern (their generally hot and hard to work in). The 3 electricians were very thorough and careful with all their work. Extra care was taken whenever the work involved generating lots of dust (as in cutting plaster and drilling holes). The wiring and connections inside each panel are neat and professionally organized. The service replacement went very smooth and they did an excellent job removing the old equipment and rebuilding boxes that were more functional and better organized. They were careful and cleaned up after themselves each day. Fort Lauderdale was here for the final inspection 2 days ago (there had been 2 other inspections which were immediately signed off). Everything was up to code on final and the permit was signed off and closed. I have not heard from Jeff about final payment, so we sent a check to the office for the balance.

So a little over 10 years ago, when I had a huge ant and and black widow spider infestation, I really needed help! There were so many pest control companies to choose from , I really didn't know who would be best for the job! Luckily, there was a sticker in the garage of the house I was living in, that had TERMICON PEST CONTROL with the phone number! And even though they were located outside of my city, I figured they had been here before so, I called. I spoke with a very nice young lady that understood my panic and she arranged to have someone come out the next day at a very reasonable price! She was very kind and sympathetic to my fears and needs. The person that came out to my house , was very friendly and was able to explain exactly what he was going to do and where he was going to inspect to make sure he found as many pest problems as possible . At the time , I had two young kids and a puppy running around so, it was very important for me to have the safest and most effective chemical used. I saw a big difference in the first month and stuck to a monthly service in the summer and a little less in the winter. I liked that I didn't need to "sign up" with a contract and in fact, I never had to remember to make the appointment, I always got a follow up call to help me remember! I actually looked forward to confirming my appointments because I could always ask questions and add additional spraying if I needed . I find Termicon Pest Control to be very accommodating! Oh, and that "nice young lady" on the phone that first day ?... well it turned out she just happened to be the OWNER ! A pleasure to talk to and a nice touch to know how invested she is not only with her customers, but the business as well ! I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a smaller, no nonsense and honest pest control company that can really get the job done!
