I'm not going to lie. I have way too many Adidas pants and shorts. I just love the fit and feel of them. They're great for both loungewear and active wear. With that said, I don't like to spend a lot of money on them so that's where this outlet store comes in to save the day. Almost every time I come here every piece of clothing I am looking for is around 50% off. Some of the team branded or newer style items are excluded, but if you're looking for just general clothing, this place is an absolute home run every single time. I also like their shoes and will come here to pick up my walking/running shoes when needed. I will say, however, that's where things fall apart a bit. I don't always like the styles they have or they won't have several in my size. There have been a few times when I've somewhat settled on a style simply because I needed new shoes. With that said, there have been a few times when I have had a hard time deciding between a few shoes. Generally, the shoe department can be hit or miss for my taste. Staff here is friendly, but often are manning the checkout counter as this location is usually busy. I have had hard times finding employees. It looks like the few people they do have roaming the floor are running to the back to check on shoe size inventory & helping other customers. So, if you know you are going to need assistance, please note that it might not be a quick in and out of this location. But if you're more than happy to just shop on your own, this place is an absolute must visit in the outlets in my opinion. read more

I like this brand. I have been shopping at different outlets. But sometimes you don't find something. I came in and went straight to the back where the clearance rack for the shoes is. I looked but none caught my eye. So I moved to the clearance rack. I found a hoodie and a jogger. With additional 50% off on top of the clearance price plus 15% off for the entire purchase. Wow!!! Called the store a couple times during non peak hours, in advance before making the 50 minute drive for an even exchange. Never got an answer each phone call. When I arrived to the store. One person who worked there was super great, knowledgeable, smart, professional and guided me to get assistance on the shoe I needed on the right size.... She however left for lunch then the entire store fell apart. The 3 additional employees including manager that was in the store didn't seem to like customers or their jobs. I've purchased alot of adidas merchandise over the few years -- but am no longer interested in supporting the brand based on my in store experience after driving 100 minutes round trip. Perhaps just my experience but doubtful as I can tell other customers looked frustrated. Pop some patience pills and make sure you have thick skin if you shop at this location on a busy Saturday. Went back to school shopping with my teenage son and he was able to find shoes he likes for under $100 . We also got some socks that were on sale and a nice tshirt. Overall very happy with my purchase this weekend. Sometimes you go in and you can't find anything you like. From David in the footwear going out of his way pulling a few shoes from the back and checking in to ensure we didn't need anything else to the register with Christian and Alexis (Luna) who were absolutely amazing and very patient helping with uncertainties we had on pricing. We have not left an adidas store this happy and satisfied. We admire the warm and welcoming atmosphere Luna has brought to this store as the manager and will most definitely make our trip back to the outlets from Orange County more often because we know we will be taken care of here. Just visited the store this afternoon 5-15-2025 and the store clerk is okay and very helpful, however when we are paying, the cashier by the name of Natalie is very rude, we asked some nice questions and she is kinda arrogant when answering, very rude, it is like she doesn't like her job and attending people. If I could leave negative stars I definitely would. I pretty much haven't left any negative reviews on Yelp but this management is HORRENDOUS! We went before the Christmas rush on a Sunday morning. We stood in front of the store and a line started forming. We waited, and waited, and waited. We start checking our watches and notice the "manager" continuing her morning staff meeting while the line of about 30 people wait outside the store. What time was it at this point? 10 mins after the store should be open!! Not only have I worked retail in the past myself, but I'm also a business owner. I know that there's no way they should be having customers wait on them to finish up their meeting unless maybe it was just a minute or so. Typically malls and shopping centers will fine stores for not opening on time. And I confirmed this as a fact afterwards as well. I mention it to Brittany, the "manager" opening the doors and the way she attacked me I should have just left there and then. Oh we don't need to open up right at 10 and goes off on me. So much so that as we enter the store with my 2 small children other patrons are talking back to her. And I told her I will make sure to call corporate to let them know of the situation. Instead of becoming more respectful she becomes even more disrespectful and starts yelling across the store oh don't worry, corporate loveeess me! And the other patrons started almost cussing at her because she just kept pushing me. And I stopped myself and realized I didn't even want to shop there. Why was I going to put myself through this crap? I will definitely be calling corporate right after the new year. To be honest I was so shook up about it for at least a whole week. I regret not calling mall security because I seriously felt attacked. I went to the Under Armor store just a few stores down and had a wonderful experience. The assistant manager helped me with the prior situation and helped calm my nerves down a little bit. I hope they can get a a handle on things at this store as I came to leave this review I noticed quite a bit of unhappy reviews. I have been to my fair share of Adidas Outlet locations and this one is extremely subpar. When it comes to the availability of products, unless you are a small or double extra large the chances of finding something in your size is slim. Items are also not neatly displayed and generally are scattered around the store. Organization of merchandise could also use some work. It is not uncommon to see shirts and pants on the floor or on top of other clothing. In the back part of the store, you will find all the shoes - either on the shelves, on the floor or on top of seats. It can feel like a scavenger hunt looking for the right shoe size or shoe. The only redeeming factor of this place are the workers. I understand that working at an outlet location can be hectic, but the workers here do try their best to help out customers. They are also kind and not rude. I think the next time I come to the Camarillo Outlet, I will just skip Adidas unless things change. read more

No this isn't related to the song by Korn .... This is related to the apparel brand. Not my favorite brand name, they do occasionally have stuff at this store that I don't mind. Variety of t-shirts is usually stuff that is the last version of t-shirts and other clothing (so it seems anyway). They do have a decent selection of shoes, which can be a little hit or miss for me (not that yo asked, but a lot of Adidas are a little narrow for me - but Nike fits perfect everytime). Every once in awhile I come across a pair that is a good price and fits well. Kind of like most outlet shopping experiences, it can be hit or miss. The staff is plenty friendly enough when you check out. Good chance that is the only interaction you will have with them, unless you seek them out with questions. For me, I don't mind checking them out quickly when I'm at Camarillo Outlets ... if you like the brand you should make sure to see what they have on hand. read more

I said what time do you close and he confirms 6pm. I look at my watch, it's 5:40pm. So I ask, you're still open? He confirms, but they won't take anyone in past 5:30pm. I went in and wanted a workout shirt, I was looking around and could not find anything. I went up to a employee and he told me he could help me find a shirt. He asked me the material I like the fit and logo. He showed me a shirt and it was exactly something I wanted. I worked out in it and it was amazing, the material the look and how it hugged my body was amazing. The manager even said they were closed as he was closing out a register. They still let us in but then maybe they should change their hours online. I'm always hesitant on entering here because I know the sales are going to be good. This Adidas is one of the few stores that always have killer sales. I always find myself walking in there with one thing in mind and then find myself in the dressing rooms trying on something else. Love! I walked in and was love struck. First of all large store with lots of lightning. Clothing not cramped together. Large selection of everything. Decent prices and on top of that 50% off second item. Lots of clearance too. I found a light running jacket I was in search of. Went to two other stores and one store did not have any and the other was way over priced. I had also been in search of a white running hat. I had not been able to find one. What do I see here?? A whole end cap of hats. Several different colors and on sale too. I can't believe I have not been to this store before. I will come here more often and of course tell everyone about this store. Coming to this particular store was a complete waste of time. Granted it's a couple days before Christmas so I will overlook the utter disorganized mess that this Adidas store was. However, I found a decent pair that I thought the person I'm getting the gift for may like. $80 bucks. Not bad at all. However, on the ADIDAS website, the same exact shoe was $10 less. Not a different website, not another style, but the SAME SHOE people!!! Same color and everything. The girl at the counter, who was nice, asked the (probably) "lead" who had an attitude for no reason and had no customer service whatsoever. So the "lead" girl says, "we don't do price matches." And scoffs. I said, "What do you mean, it's the Adidas website, and it's the exact same shoe." She looked at me with her dismissive rude expression and said, "We don't do it." She then called her manager on the walky-talky thingamajig, and the manager confirmed. Cool. Y'all can miss my $80, for the $10 you weren't smart enough to leave on the table. Apparently the ADIDAS company valued the shoe at $70, so you would not have been cheating the company in any way NOR was I being an annoying haggler trying to get a "discount". PSA... in today's world where products are everywhere and CUSTOMER SERVICE is becoming more rare than ever...companies, be smart enough to know when and how to choose your battles wisely! Adidas at the Camarillo Outlet apparently isn't smart enough to know how to do that. Oh, I'm sure my little $80 won't put you out of business. I was at this store Sunday July 7.... there were 3 useless cashier just there 2 talking to each other the other just pretending to be "working" finally one of the 2 that were just talking walk to help me, then asked the other person to take over. You are gonna have to take this review with a grain of salt because we came here a couple days before Black Friday and they were already having its sale so it was nuts! Lets start with the good! Unlike other places in the outlets, the Black Friday sale was started early here and the prices were pretty good on some items.... that's it for the good... Now the bad... although the prices were good the selection of sizes was terrible! I was looking for shorts any shorts and the prices were good but there was literally 1 extra large pair of shorts in the store! So I grabbed them and went to stand in line. The line was ridiculous, it was wrapped around that side of the store and there was chains for isles but nobody was in them. The employees started to make us get in the chains but they couldn't figure out how to make it flow right... So the line was a disaster and there were only 2 people working the many registers. We waited a long time and finally got fed up and left our items in the line and left. I expect Black Friday madness but I expect the store to try and be prepared for it, but they were not... maybe they figured it out by Black Friday and when I went was part of the learning curve, but for me it was no good. read more

Poor management( Twice had bad experience((( Cashier and manager were rude. They change price tag in front of my husband for bigger price, when we asked why , they told us don't worry at the register they will give old (lower) price. But at the register girl give us "the look" and try to make us liars at first when we explaining her what happen and when we find the guy in the store, who did that, them + manager had weird conversation. At the end of it manager told my husband that it was a wrong price before and the only thing they can do is give us 1$ discount. Is that joke? They have a table full of clearance stuff with bins underneath full of merchandise but you aren't allowed to go through those bins because it's a "safety hazard" so why are they on the floor then.
