Bad customer service. One skinny white guy ask me if I need help. I asked him if they have a size of the shoe that I like. He checked his PDA. He said they have the size. I was waiting for a while and saw him talking. I asked him did you find the shoe? He replied we can't find it. What a lie. They didn't look for it and made me wait. Last time I'm going there. The customer service is good when you can grab someone. But, when you check out, the wait is longer than the time you spend shopping. As I expressed the checkout wait time concern to the manager on duty, Mike, he claimed that there is only one cashier as five people lined up to checkout. The one holding us up had a complicated transaction, who needed a translator. You think that the manager, standing there, would call for additional assistance, but you would be wrong. Still, no assistance was sent, there was no sense of urgency, and 3 other people lined up as Mike walked away. There were 4 other people, plus himself and another associate, whom he was speaking with, in the store at the time. Either they need to change their operational tactics or install self checkout stands. I spend less time in a Ross checkout than this place. Poor attention to operational needs and addressing customers. The very small act of expressing gratitude could have done it, but with ONE cashier and 5 people waiting in line is ridiculous. read more

Located in Gilroy, Ca premium outlets, this is the store to visit if you are a fan of all things Adidas. I must say the store has a pretty decent collection of clothing however their shoe selection is a bit underwhelming. Although an ample selection of running and athletic shoes. The staff here is very helpful and nice enough given how packed the store was. They only had three registers open but I patiently waited, because I work in the customer service field to and know how it can be when busy. That being said i took Full advantage of the ADDITIONAL 50% off they were having and purchased bunch of athletic clothing, gym bag and socks. Most items were already marked down. Overall; a good experience to grab yourself a good selection of Adidas branded items at a decent price, I just wish the men's shoes here were a bit more lucrative and the reason why I'm giving them 4 stars. Adidas is one of the really great outlet stores in my opinion. I also think that Adidas's styles have gotten cuter and cuter over the past several years... I recently bought some work-out pants that I love from this outlet in a awesome seafoam green color. Adidas also makes my favorite shoes to run in and I love to pick out new running shoes here since the prices are so great! My most recently pair have some cute pink details on them :) read more

Sales are great here but the customer service is terrible. Cashiers here only care about signing people up for their rewards program or being the one to help you out on your purchase so they can earn "points" for whatever incentives their manager provides them with. I've been here multiple times when they ask me for my email without telling me what it's for (even though I'm already a member) and they count it as a tally towards the number of people they sign up. Someone should really audit the number of people each cashier actually signs up. read more

The manager Mike was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They changed the system and we were struggling to pull up our code for our discount. The cashier wasn't sure how to assist us so she called over mike to help us and instead he just said follow the prompt which just gave us a site. As he watched us struggle to load the site we mentioned that we're not from around here and he straight up said go shopping there they have store there. Obviously not that's why we drove two hours. When it comes to workout brands, I frequent only 3: Nike, Adidas and Under Armour. With that being said, you know I had to walk into the Adidas store. The date: August 12. Soccer pants are life, without a doubt the comfiest thing on planet earth. Second to yoga pants, but you'll never catch guys in those. My favorite gym bag also happens to be the Adidas brand, so one would say that I'm favoring this store. But I'm not. 3/5. This store is probably the most disorganized, crammed and poorly labeled store I've ever step foot in. I could not tell the difference between the women's and kid's section as things seemed to be just thrown around in there. While everything is on their designated racks, there's always going to be the articles of clothing that were casually just slipped into the rack, by customers -so I can't really blame the workers here for that. Nevertheless, labeling is a huge deal when it comes to stores that sell both men's, women's and kids clothing. All of the 'cropped' pants make it difficult to shop here. It's not really worth the headache of grabbing things you want, trying them on and realizing you're shopping in the kid's section. I know what you're thinking -why not ask the workers. I would if I could find any that were actually working. I came across 2 male workers here, who were talking to their 'friends' who were visiting them at the store. I only know this because they were talking about the same party and weekend plans. I ended up just walking out of the store. If you go on a weekend make a reservation to visit the store! Use their app or go online. Today there were about 50 people in line. However with a reservation you can play VIP and skip it by showing your QR code to the greeter at the door. I cannot believe that at my time slot no one else had reservation. This is an outlet so don't be fooled by thinking you're getting an awesome deal just because it's "40% off" which based on the marketing emails I get seems to be the standard discount. However this weekend it was 50% off plus an additional 20% off with an email coupon. I got two pairs of shoes for about what I'd pay for one pair elsewhere. read more

I was extremely disappointed. I schlepped all the way down there to not find what I was looking for. The soccer training pants I sought were hard to describe by phone. When I showed up in person, it took forever to find a salesperson to help me. When I finally cornered the manager, he told me "no, we don't have it" without stopping or even looking at me on his way to the back room. While there, I thought I would be able to find some soccer jerseys from some of my favorite European or even MLS teams that they sponsor. I'll keep this one brief because I actually didn't end up buying anything here. I like that this store is not a mad house like the Nike Outlet. That place was packed and just crazy. This store had far fewer people and from that came much more personal attention from the staff. The prices here also seemed slightly lower than the Nike store ($30 nike shirt vs $25 here). So since this store isn't overpriced and isn't a mad house I will likely come back. I just didn't need athletic clothes this last trip. I was just popping my head in the store real quick. read more

This establishment is, without a doubt, the finest I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The store was clean and organized, and the employees were polite and helpful. One employee, however, stood out in particular to me. His name was Kevin, and he helped me find all of my clothes, AND. new duffel bag, which I hadn't even intended on buying. He helped me find excellent deals, and was friendly throughout the process. I recommend visiting this Adidas store, even if only to get help from this employee. I am so happy I gave this store a chance. After a disappointing experience at a similar store nearby, I walked in here looking for quality workout gear for the right price. I was happy to find that training clothes were already marked down but they had an additional 30% off. I took home an outdoor running jacket that was originally $50 for only $14....score!!!! The store was filled with amazing sales that were similar. The best part was the store was well organized and clean because the staff are constantly cleaning and organizing. My only complaint is the store is packed and tight with merchandise so people with babies, such as myself, can't maneuver easily. Overall, good experience. read more

My boyfriend & I came into the Adidas store the other day and truly had the best shopping experience. One of the associates, Arturo, was so helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Gilroy outlets can be hit or miss but the Adidas store definitely had great deals and lots of styles and sizes to choose from (not just the styles and sizes no one wears). One of the main reasons I come to the Gilroy outlets is to stop by here. Adidas is really stepping their game up in terms of designs in both their clothing and footwear. Their clothes are reasonably priced if they aren't on sale but the ones that are marked down are super cheap. As for shoes they have a wide range to choose from, as well as lots of sizes. Every time I come in the staff is really helpful, always asking if I need help and gladly going to the back to check if there are more sizes/items in stock. I wish they had more fitting rooms because there's only one so you could get stuck in line for it if you come on a busy day. read more

Decent service and fair sized supply. Its your typical outlet store where the employees wear the brand. Its got a wide selection for kids, women, and men ranging from soccer to basketball to the casual weekend athlete. It can get kind of busy and crowded on the weekends, but it can be a great place to get a good deal on shoes or workout gear. read more

Horrible customer service. I have been (had been) a customer for many years, spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars over the years. For the first time I bring back a pair of shoes (within the 30 day return period) because they were too tight and just did not fit right. Tried to explain this to the manager. I wasn't even looking for a total refund, but some type of consideration or partial refund so I could get another pair of adidas shoes that actually fit, but no. Nothing. Sorry we can't help you. To bad because I normally buy 4-5 pairs of running shoes every year, all at the adidas outlet. Went across the street to the Nike outlet and got a new pair. I was disappointed in the service. It was a cold day, I dropped in to buy something warm. I perused for about twenty minutes. The three salespeople in the store were not helping anyone, including me. The person at the register watched me try and find something. Luckily, I found something I was willing to pay for. The selection was lackluster at best. As I walked past two salespeople merchandising the walls on the way to the cashier, I was asked by the cashier if anyone was helping me out that day. I wanted to say, "I don't know, you were watching me walk around for 20 minutes, did you see anyone help me?" Then they asked me if I knew about the buy one get the second at half off special. NO! There was no signadge in the store stating this and if I just told you that no one helped me, and you saw that no one was helping me, then you know damn well that I was not told about any specials. Went in there looking to see what they had in stock, right away I was greeted by at least 4 employees. These greets were real not robotic, so it gave the place a good vibe and made the shopping experience better. Found a couple of shoes that I wanted to tryout, one of the employees was courteous and let me know if I needed anything else. Again pretty consistent behavior, to finish off I ended up by 3 pairs, one for me and the others for the Fam. went into this spot and came out without any shoes which saddened me. i was hoping to add to my collection. the selection of shoes wasn't bad. i just couldn't find my size in a particular pair that had caught my eye. they have a huge selection of clothing on sale and if you have the patience to sift through it, you will find some great deals. the only thing that i hate about this store is that they sell more performance stuff than originals. as a collector, i prefer adidas originals (things with the trefoil design). read more
