I was really happy with my new running shoes! I am a huge fan of Nike shoes (especially their Revolution line of running shoes), and stumbled upon the Revolution 7 in a nice dusty cactus color. YES!! Dusty cactus, aka their fancy name for turquoise :) Haha. I also tried on a few other pairs but this one had the most cushion & bounce. When I checked out, the cashier was friendly. And of course at this location, parking is right outside the store so very little walking required. Haha. The Gilroy outlets are overall nice, if you happen to be that far south of the Bay Area.

The first thing- I was redy to pay standing right next to her, and she was holding my clothes, but she immediately chose to ring up the white guy who came up after me and told me that I will take him first, then she transferred me to the another guy cashier who is nice to me. The second thing is that I asked for to give or sell me the some extra smallplastic bags (4 or 5) because I am giving out the presents to individuals. At that time she answered and refuesed to gave me because I had only one or two receipts. She still told me that I could get only one more because you got two already. The reason I got two bags because one bag is not enough to put it all in there. She told me that if she gave me or sell extra bags she could be in a big trouble. I know that was not ture because I am doing the customer service job as well. Selling or giving a few bags won't have big troubles that the customer needed. I should have returned everything I bought but I wasted my time to choose the clothes and didn't want to make a problem that she made. But I decided to report at puma management team and telling to other people my experience. The way she treated me was not right and also worry about other Asian people who is going through the same way as I experienced. We waited a few minutes for the order to process, only to realize we had selected the wrong size. Despite their attempts, they couldn't resolve the issue, and it took us about two hours to return and re-purchase the same glasses in a different size, which we eventually decided to keep instead. Later, at another location, they fixed it within ten minutes. This experience highlights the need for better customer support and a clearer understanding of the return process.

When we approached the electronics department, two newer employees were unsure how to assist, so they called over what appeared to be a team lead. Unfortunately, this individual--Elysia, who wore glasses and had tattoos--was extremely rude and unprofessional from the start. She asked us--rudely and with attitude--why we were returning the item. We explained multiple times that there was an issue with the AirPods, and all we wanted to do was return them and purchase a new pair using the same price match we were given the day before. She dismissed us, saying she couldn't price match because it wasn't showing in her system, despite the fact that it had just been honored the previous day. Her tone and demeanor made us feel disrespected and unwelcome, and it was clear she wasn't interested in actually helping us or even trying to understand the situation. What made it even more frustrating was that the employee who helped us the day before was incredibly kind and helpful--there were no issues at all with the price match, and the process was smooth and professional. I have never had an issue with this kind of situation before, but today's experience left a very bad impression--especially coming from a team lead. We even heard the people behind us ask for a price match on a remote controller. If Elysia couldn't help us with a price match, I'm not sure how she would be able to assist anyone else with one. It's clear she doesn't have the proper etiquette or training to do so. She easily could've handed this issue off to someone capable of resolving it, but she chose not to--and her actions made that clear. After this interaction and being treated with attitude, we kindly took our business to San Jose--a whole other town away--and did the return there with better satisfaction and customer service.
