Wow! This place never disappoints. My daughter was having major foot issues & sciatica she's was at her wits end. She had spent so much money on shoes I told her you have tried the rest now try the best. From the moment we walked into Becks Veronica Ortiz helped us she was amazing. She analyzed her step & hot spots, suggested several different insoles & various brands of shoes. We were there for at least a few hours. I came to Beck's for work boots since my work uses Beck's as a vendor. I've never had such detailed, in-depth, knowledgeable assistance buying shoes, wool socks! I ended up getting tennis shoes too. I went back when my daughter complained of foot pain. At first, I hoped the guy who helped me would be the same guy who helped my daughter since he so good (his last name was Beck) but it was a woman named Veronica. She was also awesome! She could even tell where my daughter had a toe injury based on her foot scan. My daughter is picky about shoes since she's a teen but her insoles that Veronica picked absolutely helped and her foot pain is gone. I love going to the Gilroy outlets. We show up and pick 10 stores to hit on Black Friday. We went into Becks just to check it out, and it was buzzing! I was kindly greeted by Fabian and he introduced me to Veronica. They were both very busy and running around with a big smile on their face. Veronica showed me the ropes and works. Yesterday, my wife and I went to the Beck's in Gilroy. An enthusiastic young man name Favian helped us. He was incredibly patient with us and just amazing to work with. He ran the scans, reviewed our doctor's notes and helped us get the perfect shoes for my wife. It's service like this that has made us fans and customers for life.
