We have been coming to Zales In Gilroy for 15 years and in all those years we have been treated very well by the Manager Lloyd who unfortunately passed away and Yarley who took over, and the sales team. We went yesterday 9/30/2026 to pick up my rings that were getting serviced. We were greeted by Alejandro a very sweet person who attended us. He made sure that all our needs were met and went above and beyond with what we asked. He carried a smile throughout the time he was attending us and he was very conversational. He admired my bracelets and I told him I love bracelets. He found one for me and I thought it was so pretty, so my husband bought it for me. I recommend Zales Outlet In Gilroy to those looking for beautiful jewelry and great customer service like Alejandro gave us. read more

Zales Outlet - Jewelry Near Me - Gilroy, California

Beware: they're weasels about pricing Bought a small pair of earrings for my daughter recently. The price was $160, displayed prominently on the little card they were on. I said I'd take them. The sales associate tried to charge me $200. When I protested, she smiled smugly, turned the holder over and showed me a higher price on the back of it. I told her they had to give me the lower displayed price. Then she said, oh, let me see if I can give you a discount. She did something with the computer system and suddenly the price dropped below $160! So the item was on sale, she lied about it, and tried to charge me a bogus price. I won't be going back. read more

The zales associate that helped us was Yahir ( sorry if I'm writing your name wrong) he was wonderful, showed us everything we wanted, listened to my likes and dislikes. The other zales associate present was wonderful as well very detailed and knowledgeable, unfortunately I did not get his name. Overall I had a great experience and left a satisfied customer. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a wedding band for my wife in March, the turnaround time was supposed to be 8-10 weeks! My wedding was Aug, and guess what, u didn't get my wedding band until AFTER my wedding. My wife's band didn't take 8-10 weeks, it took 5 months!! They were awful with communication throughout the entire process. Again, DO NOT GO HERE! Everyone here has no idea what is going on. Just a terrible experience. read more

I had such a great experience with Tina. I have been coming here for years. Bought both my sons engraved graduation rings, pieces for myself and my upgraded wedding rings after 15 years of marriage. I have always worked with Yarely and she is amazing. It was so nice to work with Tina as well. She was so helpful and welcoming. She helped me with my ring inspection and cleaning and also gave me great advice on taking care of jewelry. She also sized my hubby's pinky and ring finger because his birthday is coming. Both of these ladies give the best customer service and super knowledgeable! read more

If I could give a zero I would. The girls here are extremely rude and unprofessional. Their store hours said they opened at 10 but while I was standing at the door waiting to be let in they stood in the back and talked and could clearly see I was there. 20 minutes later they snootily walked over to the door and flicked the lock open and walked back to what they were doing. When I came in they were giving major attitude that I wanted to return a ring and upgrade it for something else. They would give zero credit even though I bought the ring there. These girls should be fired. read more

Zales has for the most part been my go to for my jewelry needs. We used to work with Jesse the manager at Valley Fair then livermore. He always was super attentive and welcoming. He's a veteran just like us and always acknowledged our military service. Since he is no longer with Zales we decided to try this one here in Gilroy. We were definitely disappointed with the service. When we walked in there was not even one customer and we received 1/2 of a welcome. The young gal that helped us was clearly new. So we extended alot of patience since we've all been new at some point in time. But the process went as slow as molasses! I had her do a ring inspection for the ring I previously bought there and wanted to look into purchasing another. It took her at least 25 minutes for this when historically it takes about 5 minutes. When we asked about the differences in diamond types, she did not know. When we asked about prices she had a common response, "welllllllll, I'm not sure" and "I think". We came in motivated to make a large purchase and left disappointed because we could not make an informed decision with the lack of service and knowledge we were offered. The manager was present but did not seem too interested in stepping in the make sure that the new girl was giving accurate information, help her make a sale or much less make sure the customer was happy. I don't think I will return to this location. I would certainly not encourage anybody i known to go there either. read more

Amazing experience everything! Yareli is an exceptional salesperson she is your go to girl forsure!

This store was our 1st stop in our search for an engagement ring, and our experience was horrible, We waited for over 20 min for a representative to assist us and nothing. When they saw us walking out, after waiting for so long, I believe an apologize w for the wait. Don't go there ! read more

I have been to this location several times, and I must say that is definitely worth going the distance for. I have had a bad experience at Zales Valley Fair, so bad that I have to go to other Zales stores to have my rings serviced. This location the staff are super friendly and they take care of their customers. All my rings were inspected thoroughly, and came out of the bath as shiny as the day I purchased them. This store truly goes beyond to ensure that you get a great price on any of their jewelry. I know at this location I am in good hands. read more

Taylor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Although we didn't buy that day we came back and bought the one from Taylor! Price was great, warranty wasn't oversold and we appreciate that! read more

I was so thrilled with my experiences at the Zales Outlet. The first time I went in, I went to have my wedding band sized that was bought online. Due tot he design it couldn't be sized, so i exchanged it for a ring instead that at the time I really liked for the money I wanted to spend. The more I looked at it over a few weeks, it really wasn't my WOW , gonna wear for the rest of my life wedding ring. I went back in and looked and looked and torn between price and what I really wanted. TRISH was the best!! So helpful and honest. SHe showed me no pressure, just was supportive and informative. She told me what would be your MUST HAVE ring if you can have any of the rings, I chose it and due to the outlet being 60-70% off retail already, then with the daily special of 15% off, and another discount- the ring of my dreams was only a hundred dollars more than one I was JUST OKAY with. TRISH and HER MOM were the best!!!!! read more

The old man sold me a diamond ring with a big crack in the middle. Not too visible with the naked eye, but very visible with a magnifier. I don't know much about diamonds, this was my first purchase of the sort and he took advantage of my naiveté. Yelpers do your homework and bring a magnifier of your own, so you can look at exactly what you are buying. And to the old geezer. Thanks old man, I hope you are able to sleep at night. read more

Jesus did an amazing job!! He was super helpful and kept in our budget. He made it work when I feel in love with a ring above the budget. It was online but he called and brought it in. He made sure we liked it first before we even purchased it. Amazing customer service. read more

Went in yesterday 10/18 and there was a long wait. I waited patiently as busy as they were. In the end Christian helped me, as picky as I am he found the right earrings for me which I'm so happy with. After I also got a ring after going back and fourth on my decisions. In the end I was a very happy customer and got everything I wanted, read more

Exceptional service. Yesterday my now-fiancé (he has proposed 2 days prior without a ring) and I visited this store to browse and figured we very much likely want to walk out with a ring before closing. I had nothing in particular in mind other than my love for yellow gold and halo so we showed out a bit before 6PM. An associate there named Anthony didn't hesitate to help us as soon as we arrived. He was very accommodating and patient as it took me an hour to make a decision on which I actually like. He was very friendly and informative too and was willing allow me to try on as many rings as I wanted before I decide about "the one". Despite of my pickiness and stubborn nature he was like I mentioned, very patient. The final ring (yellow gold, composite bridal set) I picked out was exactly what I dreamt of and bought it. He was also able to place a temporary sizer on the bottom of the band as I my left ring finger is 0.25 size smaller than the one in stock. The biggest news was when he said it was cheaper than he thought and I was even more happy. The rings went from $1700+ down to $1027 including discounts, tax and their Lifetime warranty. Weird sounding I know that my dreamt to obtain my engagement ring from a Zales outlet as I try to be as thrifty as possible and not put too much financial burden on my guy but I was happy I found something very nice. In the end I paid as my BF had just gotten hired for a new job and I offered to pay in the meantime until he starts his new job. TMI I know, haha. Overall, amazing experience. Thanks Anthony for your good service and hospitality. read more

My son in law to be had purchased an engagement ring from Zales a couple of years ago. The ring was never used or worn and he wanted to bring it back to do a store credit towards a new upgraded ring so that he could finally propose. First of all the store wasn't open and had a handwritten note on it saying that they would be opening at a certain time. It was past that time. There were two girls in the store who were completely ignoring the customers standing outside. They finally came and opened the door 15 minutes past the noted time, and didn't say a word, like welcome', or sorry we were running behind', or even hello. They just walked away. So rude. Then when we asked if we could please get some kind of a store credit for an upgrade we were told no. Such rude girls. We will never do business with them again. Went to The Jewel Box in Morgan Hill and the did a store credit and upgrade no problem. The original ring wasn't even purchased there! read more

The most terrible customer service EVER. I went to the Gilroy Outlets last night, and had a holiday promotion coupon I planned to use at Zales. I arrived at 7:58pm, and there was another customer and at least two employees in the store. For some reason, they locked the door, and when I knocked on the door, they looked at me, didn't greet me in any way, and proceeded to ignore me as if I disappeared. I won't ever come back. read more

My husband and i went in there after a terrible experience at Kay jewelers and we could not have been more impressed with the hospitality and care they showed in that store. It was Sue that first helped us but then Lloyd came over and he and my husband (thats in the Army) got talking away about the military. After hearing some funny stories we got to the ring shopping, Lloyd was extremely helpful, patient and had a great sense of humor and knowledge about all the rings, the best buys, the good stuff, the stuff that was not good and over priced haha everything! At first i was trying to match rings with the band my husband bought me (backwards i know haha) but then i tried a set on and realized i liked that better. I fell in love with a beautiful ring and the service we had. The men talked finances and Sue and i talked about the ring. I felt bad because we made them all stay after hours helping us out but they assured us not to feel bad at all because they just wanted us to be happy. And we were, we are happy with them. Thank you so much for not being like Kay! read more

Zales Outlet - My ring :) - Jewelry Near Me - Gilroy, California

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! Jewelery sales people are like car sales men, the push, they hover, they sell. I have a few cards to a few stores but for some reason I am always back at this one. I love Lloyd and Jennifer to death. They are like family, when I come in they ask me about things I have mentioned to them. They don't have to remember things going on in my life that I mention but they do. My husband bought my engagement ring a year before asking me. When we came in to get the band, that had been discontinued the day prior thanks to my husbands procrastination) Jennifer asked, you finally asked huh? (Wow, she remembered him and welcomed me like family) Jenn got on the phone and talked to Lloyd and together they found a store with my wrap I wanted even though the sku number had changed and they got it to the store almost over night. WOW!!! So we went back for his ring, They didn't try to sell me anything ultra fancy, they didn't hover, they didn't offer anything that was not even close to my style I was looking at, they offered similar items above and below what I was already looking at. So of course after buying his band I bought his groom gift and myself too. I bought 2 pairs of 1/2 karat diamond earrings nice quality both for $600 with insurance. I see them as having repeat customers than having the one customer that comes in once for a big purchase. So guess what? I brought my dad :) He walked out saying he felt like family and he had never been there before. Did I mention that I LOVE this place? read more

I've been eyeing a watch there, but the manager is such a biatch! Every time I go there and ask questions, she gives you this attitude that if you don't intend to buy anything, then don't even bother coming in! The watch I had my sights on had a dead battery in it and she said that she'll only replace it if I was going to buy it, otherwise, it made no sense replacing the battery. I told her that dead batteries in watches should be replaced immediately, because it may leak into the watch's components. She said she's never had that happen before. Is she stupid or what?! She works in a jewelry store, not a watch repair shop, so what does she know?! read more

whats not to like? last year around christmas my bf & i walked in after he asked if he can look at some jewelry. we met lloyd. awesome gentleman with southern hospitality that warmed my heart. he was very patient and gave us all the options he could offer as well as top most discounts from daily sale, manager discount, holiday discount and even the "my best regards for your future discount"... it was absolutely charming and he gave us 24 hours to use it to our advantage... we did not purchase anything because it didnt feel right at the moment... but his enthusiasm for us was not forgotten... we returned yesterday with a list of other rings and pictures we have accumulated from other jewelers... sadly lloyd was not there but marie aided us with supreme patience... i love options and honestly, it took me nearly 2 hours to make decision on the rings... i kept circling in the store from one display to another... she didnt even wince... i love her!! then when i decided on 4 rings... i gave her comparisons from other stores and she gave me her best offers... Walked out with 3 rings that can be picked up in less than a week!! phenomenal!! why the four stars instead of 5? frankly, its because i want to see if they can deliver the final product with correct size, cleaned and polished!! read more

Great Service, Great Prices, fun experience. Big thanks to owner/Operator Lloyd and Sue who helped us last night.

The options and variety of the selection is definitely better at this location, which is why I made a trip to the outlets. However, it was the service, and attention-to-detail expertise of the Assistant Manager, Jesus, is what made the visit great! He was very knowledgeable and resourceful. This is exactly what I needed to make my selection! read more

I was looking for about a month to find the perfect promise ring to give my girlfriend, I went to 3 outlet jewelry stores and probably around 6 or 7 retail jewelry stores. I was at a dead end and I couldn't find anything In my price range. After having a good first experience with the Zales outlet I decided to back. And with only one day before I had planned to give my girlfriend the ring, I wasn't feeling too optimistic about what I would end up with. The salesman man and his associate there had found me the the perfect ring in under 30 minuets! And I was set up with a financing plan which was really helpful for me. I have to say I really appreciate the professional and enjoyable customer service here! Thank you Zales, I think she's gonna love it! read more

This location's outstanding associate Yarley has prompted me to write this review! My now husband and I first went to Shane Co. (where he got my engagement ring) to look at wedding bands. They were of course beautiful, but pricey. I suggested we check out the Zales outlet, and it did not disappoint! We were greeted right away by Yarley who instantly made us feel comfortable and excited about the process of finding the perfect wedding bands. We both found bands we liked that day but our sizes were not available and there was the possibility of them not getting resized in time for our wedding. Yarley, who is incredibly friendly and professional, assured us that she would do everything in her power to make sure we get our rings in time - and she stayed true to her word! We picked up our rings the week of our wedding (Yarley remembered me and was just as excited as I was!) and they both fit perfectly. Not to mention, they got them both at 50% off already low prices but they look identical to rings you could find at Shane Co. If you're looking for a gorgeous ring at a price that won't make you go broke, I highly recommend this outlet - and ask for Yarley! read more

The people at the zales outlet were absolutely the best. We needed a wedding band and wanted to spend about $100. We left with a titanium band for $108 out the door. Not only did we get 40% off but also another 10% because the sale was to begin the following week. Also they GAVE us a free earring cleaning and screw backs for earrings we did not purchase there. This was customer service at its best. read more
