The quality is similar to Aldo, lower end mid tier shoes. I stopped at the outlets looking for a certain style of boot and Steve Madden was the only place I could find what I was looking for with the right colors. They are an outlet so they may not have the size you are looking for but if they do have your size you should get a pretty good price. I liked the customer service on my visit and they had all the sizes I was looking for. It was quick and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. It's tucked away in the corner of the outlet.

I was really happy with my new running shoes! I am a huge fan of Nike shoes (especially their Revolution line of running shoes), and stumbled upon the Revolution 7 in a nice dusty cactus color. YES!! Dusty cactus, aka their fancy name for turquoise :) Haha. I also tried on a few other pairs but this one had the most cushion & bounce. When I checked out, the cashier was friendly. And of course at this location, parking is right outside the store so very little walking required. Haha. The Gilroy outlets are overall nice, if you happen to be that far south of the Bay Area.

I was always tempted to buy them online, but never did out of fear that I wouldn't like it if I couldn't touch them. Happened to stop buy about a week ago and as I walked in it was paradise! although they did not have the glasses I was looking for, one of the cashiers Scott (who I assume was the store manager) was very helpful after I tried on almost every pair, was able to customize a pair of suntro's. They arrived in the mail today and I am very satisfied with my purchase and the customer service that I received. Up to you on how you feel about it, it overall looked pretty authentic and sturdy and a lot of the boots mentioned they were hand-made.
