I always like to stop at the Gilroy Outlets when we drive up to visit the family in Half Moon Bay. The selection of stores is excellent, and the variety is amazing. It is a great way to stretch our legs, and use the clean bathrooms. This time I decided to check out the Lululemon. I do yoga several times a week, and the crew there has always raved about the quality of the gear. The store was clean and bright and well stocked. It is about 70% women's wear as I expected. Still, the selection for men was good. I was very impressed with the discounts reflected in the prices. I had a hard time resisting the temptation to indulge. The quality of the yoga pants was amazing! The high end fabrics came in a variety of colors and styles! I can't recommend this store enough! The quality of the clothing is off the charts and the prices are more than fair. The service was friendly and efficient. The parking is plentiful and free! read more

UMM- My daughter and I LOVE this Lululemon Outlet store!! We have had to travel up to Stanford for medical appointments and every time we are headed that way, we stop in Gilroy at Lululemon. It's kind of fun because the sales are different every day so it's a surprise but almost every time we go the sales are awesome! Monica is the sales associate that is usually there and has helped us every time. If you do not want to buy a bunch of cute clothes, don't talk to Monica. she is so helpful and if you find a cute top, she will find you the matching bottoms. She makes her mission to make you happy and help you out! Makes you want to shop more and feel relaxed while shopping when the sales people are warm and inviting! My tip is don't go looking for anything specific. You have to just show up and see what amazing item is available in your size. The savings that we have had at the store have been crazy good! I've visited this spot quite a few times over the last few years and I can honestly say that I've had positive experiences shopping at this store. They changed the location to a bigger spot and I can definitely say it was an improvement. I think that each time we shopped, it was during a change in the seasons, meaning a good sale with plenty of items. Each time we have gone for a visit was mostly on Saturdays. The one time we visited on a Sunday still yielded some pretty good results. It seems as if the prices have gone up a little throughout the years, but the discounted prices were not bad. If you happen to have plenty of time and can go through all of the sale or regularly priced racks, they happen to have the items organized according to size--tights, shorts, shirts, outerwear, dressy items (dresses/jumpers/rompers/slacks), skirts, undergarments, sandals, etc. Closer to the checkout area are where they have accessories--hair ties, socks, sandals, bags, wallets, keychains, etc. The store is somewhat split between men and women sections. However, the majority of the products are women's clothing/accessories. If you have the time, I highly recommend that you visit this place and devote some time to finding some deals. You may want to check them out on a Saturday, but early enough to where the items won't be picked through too much. Price - Expensive, well less expensive at the outlet locations. But WORTH it. It pays to have good quality. I still have my first two Lululemons from over 15+ years; and they are both still in GREAT quality and shape, the elastics and everything. I went shopping here about a week or two ago with my daughter and I overheard a very unprofessional conversation between 2 workers which they could have easily had in the back where there are no customers. I used managed multiple retail stores in Utah and if this was one of my employees, I would have fired her on the spot. Please have your employees in check, I believe her name was erus or eyrus. She was being completely unprofessional towards another employee. We made the trek out to this outlet location during unboxing weekend and I was disappointed with the stock. Maybe I had unrealistic expectations, but it felt exactly like rummaging through overstock (not average sizing, one or two pieces of each style, unpopular colors). I was hoping with boxing sales, this outlet would get some decent inventory but the price and selection were worse than what you'd find online for the end of the year sales. At this location, all the men's pants were clearly overstock with unpopular sizing and colors. Also all most of what we saw were "tall" versions of all the joggers and pants. For the female side, I couldn't find any jackets (general outerwear, scubas, etc) other than one, and everything else was mainly shirts, shorts and leggings. It was like browsing an unorganized rack of random items and you'd just have to get lucky and find a style you like in your size (for the one or two pieces they have). For belt bags, they had one which was a bright lime green color. Unfortunately, no one from our group was able to find anything we wanted and we were so ready for a haul. read more

I love shopping at the outlet! It's super convenient for me since it's the closest store near where I live, and I recently found out they have a small section of the black aligns so I'm happy I can restock on a pair without having to drive too far. Employees are always really friendly when I go in. I last visited during a crazy weekend (I'm assuming back to school shopping?) and could tell they weren't prepared for how many people were shopping since they seemed understaffed but they all still had a smile on their face and treated me kindly. Extremely happy with the experience I had when I went shopping yesterday!! No respect to customer - We were in store and saw some long-sleeve T-shirts on sale at the store entrance. The price on tag was $49.99 with a big sale sign of $29.99. I checked with two store staffs to confirm the price is $29.99 before check out. However the price on the check out machine shows $49.99. The check out lady told me it's $49.99 not $29.99. So I went back to check the price and asked a male staff. He checked the system and mumbled that they need to manually change the price for customers to $29.99 in system for whatever reason. I then asked him if I can skip the check out line to have him or the check out lady help me check out. He just told me I have to line up again. No apology to customers for their system problem, but punish customers to spend extra time for store problems. I just walked away without arguing with him. read more

Last time I was here, there was a sale for Align leggings. They were only $20! I bought 4 hahah. They are so worth it! Deals can't be beat if you're a Lululemon fan! Don't expect their bestsellers, like the belt bags, to be available here. I've always found a good variety of Align and Wunder Under leggings in my size. I noticed the assortment for these 2 leggings are quite vast, even across different sizes. Outside of leggings, their assortment for women is hit or miss. My husband noted that the men's section is much more limited, and quite hit or miss as well. Weekends are always quite busy, but line for the fitting room moves pretty quickly. Staff I've encountered are always friendly, even when the store is packed. Been to the outlet store a couple of times and the customer service was pretty good. Some GECs were friendly and always follow up with me if I have any questions or need any help. Most of the items here are from we made too much section but they tend to be cheaper compare to Lululemon's website. It's very hard to get black leggings and jackets but you can easily find other colorful items here. Also, you can find a lot of good stuff in size 0. I'm usually in either size 2 or 4 and it's hard to find good stuff for this size. You can always give them a call before visiting to inquire about items or any ongoing discounts in the store. Currently, you don't have to book an appointment and can just walk into the store to shop. read more

Made the drive out to Gilroy to visit the Lululemon outlet. Walked around a bit and the lady wanted to try on a few things. I had nicely asked the fitting room associate if jt was okay to go into the same room. She said "yes, go right in." A few minutes later, someone bangs on the wall (the fitting rooms were curtains) and said "you aren't allowed in there, you need to get out." I walk out and point out the associate who said it was okay to be in the same room. The person who kicked me out of the room said oh it's okay. Then, what it looks like to be the "store manager" (she had a clipboard and was acting super "official") came and said "No, it's not okay!" then laughs. There is a reason why this is the outlet and not a full line lululemon store. I am a customer wanting to spend money in their store and management is blaming customers for the lack of training with their staff. I am a business owner myself and I would never have the audacity to speak to a customer that way. As a customer, I shouldn't have to apologize to another associate for a miscommunication on their part, then be disrespected by a "manager." Low prices and low standards. read more

I visit this store when I do road trips from the Bay Area to socal. They have a wide variety of stock for women and men and a ton of sports bras at a great price. For other types of clothes it's a hit or a miss for sizes 4-6. Sometimes I find really great things but other times I find nothing. The stock in store has things that match the WMTM section online but also many other pieces on sale, but again size 4-6 is really limited. I'll definitely come back again in the future! We went in at 12pm the store is semi crowded but the layout is spacious and provide space to move around the people to maintain 6 ft apart. Everything was organized and easy to locate. If you can't find it there is an associate who is willing to help you. Regarding customer service, the associate on the floor Haley was friendly and helpful. I was looking for a crossbody to carry my phone in. She shows me that this cross body pouch can also be used as a fanny pack ( see picture below where she hook the bag around her torso. Regarding the product which I purchased, the "easy access course body" ( color:pink ) , I am very satisfied with my purchase. And turn off the size and structure it small and fit perfectly for my phone. Also, the material it repel water and easy to clean perfect for when i am hiking or traveling. Original price of the easy access crossbody is $39. But here the final sale price is $19. It is good deal. Overall, this was first time here and the experience was great. The only negative part was that they do not have my size on items which caught my eyes. read more

LIVID is the most generous adjective I can use at the moment. Amidst the pandemic, as a healthcare provider, I absolutely respect and appreciate the precautions that Lululemon has implemented. Upon discovering Lululemon's personal shopping appointments, I followed their user friend prompts from the their website and secured my appointment for a party of 2. A confirmation email was received as well as a reminder text the day of my scheduled appointment. Fast forward to the day of my appointment, 1.5 hour drive and 80 mile commute (1 way), my husband waited by the door to check in. Waiting patiently for 15 minutes, seeing 4-5 employees chatting inside the store, not a single acknowledgement. At that point, I attempted to call the store 2x to check in with an associate for our confirmed scheduled shopping appointment; No answer. At 7:05pm, I stood outside the store with my husband and approximately 10 minutes later, a manager came to the door and asked us if we needed assistance. I informed her that we were checking in for our CONFIRMED SCHEDULED personal shopping appointment. We were told that the registers were closed and that the associates were completing their end of day process. The manager commented we should not have been able to secure an appointment, due to their 6pm Sunday closing time (which per the manager, has been in place for months) and that appointments are only granted M-F. Furthermore, she went on to say she simply could not grant us shopping time. Let's recap - As a customer, following Lululemon's COVID friendly personal shopping appointment: - I had a confirmation email to confirm our appointment. - A confirmation text to confirm our appointment the day of. - Met with no assistance when my husband attempted to check in. - No answer by phone after 2 attempts to reach the members working in the store (4-5 employees were actively present in the store during my call) - 1.5 hours + 80 mile commute (1 way) The immediate inconvenience this caused is absolutely unacceptable. The manager continued to inform us that this should not have occurred, claiming a system glitch. One can allude to the lack of communication between corporate and each store. The manager apologized and stated that she would do her best to get us in any day of the week, but at this point, we lost 3 hours of our time, gas, toll and double confirmed scheduled appointment that was NOT honored. I hope that this never happens to another customer. This was a HUGE disappointment and not to mention, the customer service was severely lacking. To know that you have supported a brand for so long, to then be turned away based on a system glitch is an experience that not only errodes my trust, but shows that their customers time and loyalty is not valued. Lululemon, please do better to adhere to your mission statement "to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness" and your core value of "personal responsibility" as it clearly was not at the forefront this evening. read more

This Lululemon store is an outlet store located in the city of Gilroy. It's closer to the side where you can see In N Out at and the parking lot is super huge. You will have tons of parking spaces to choose from. Overall the experience during COVID time is interesting, to say the least. First, you can call in to make an appointment you have to get to the store, and then there will be a kiosk in front where you put your name, amount of people with you, and your phone number. Once you do that it tells you how many people are actually in front of you and for us we came pretty early before noon and still had to wait for 16 more people. The outlet doesn't have that many stores so we just sat on the beach and just hanged out while we get a text message. The inside of the store has men and women's wear. I did buy one leggings but overall I didn't really like the style that they have right now. Plenty of people were buying items though so we also had to wait to pay for out items which took about 30 minutes. If you have time to kill this is a good place to do it at for sure. read more

First off, the new store is across the street from the old store. If I'm working in the area, I try to stop by here for my lunch hour before heading home. I tried to stop by here today, but COVID-19 made it impossible. First off, you need to check in and scan the code to sign up for your place in line, you also include the number in your party and your information. I went on a Monday and it was an HOUR LONG WAIT at 11:50 am! I hung out for 15 minutes but had to leave since I was 21st in line, not worth it and some of us do have to work. From looking from the outside in, this is a much bigger space. Women's on the left, Men's on the right. This store attracts a LOT of visitor's and COVID is making the wait time much longer. Have patience if you plan to tough it out. Online ordering is much easier and it's the same policy as the outlet - all sales are final, no returns! read more

I understand that it was busy but regardless you should be nice to your customers and treat them with respect. That was not the case. One of the workers, Sara, was incredibly rude. I asked her a question and she was snarky with me. She berated me and made me feel incompetent for asking simple questions. She was incredibly rude and I noticed she was like that with other customers. If you can't handle how busy a place can get, DONT WORK! She should be fired. If you don't want to be at your job that's fine, but to disrespect customers and make them feel horrible for shopping is not right. Do not come here. Great selections of high quality sportswear and accessories in much discounted prices. What I like the most is that they will check in their back storage the exact item and size upon request. They have more bags available in different prints and colors compared to a regular lululemon store. The sales associates were all helpful and always has a smile on their faces. I'm really glad that this outlet is in Gilroy far away far away from me because if it was any closer I would practically live there and I'd be in a lot of trouble with hubby. They usually have really good deals for both men and women. Their sizing isn't too bad either but I do find the larger bras and swim tops tend to be more scarce (I know this because I'm a Sz 12 in there bras). If you ℒℴℯ the brand hate the price this outlet is much better then the we made too much page on the lulu site and when they hold a storewide sale it's like Christmas for me all over again. Staff is friendly there and if your looking for the killer deal just ask them what they are. I got a retail sweater for $129 for $49 and studio pants normally go for $110 I got them for $49, underwear normally $18 got them for $5. How could you not love a Lululemon outlet? They're far and few between so definitely worth a stop. They are very size-inclusive carrying a large array of sizes past the typical 0-12 you find in their regular mall stores. Prices are also insanely good compared to prices in small stores. read more

Drove 5 hours one way to get to this store on 08/21/24, only come to find out the store is closed due to power outage. All other stores in this outlet were open. They just had a handwritten note on the front of the door that they were closed. Perhaps notifying customers that they are closed through google maps would be helpful in the future! read more
