My daughter finally found some thing that she liked and wanted to try on. When we went to the dressing room they told us the dressing room is only open on the weekends. I just wanted to say how very inconvenience this is that I have to buy some thing first so I can try it on at home and then make another long trip back over if something doesn't fit properly. It's in the evening and there's literally nobody else in the store. I would've thought they could've made an exception for my daughter to try on one pair of pants. I will not be returning to the store again.

I was surprised at the sales associates at this store. When I walked in, there were 4 associates…read moreall at the register talking about ponytails. One turned and looked at me. The others continued talking and ignored me completely. From when I walked in to when I walked out, no one said anything. Not even a hello and I was there for about 10 mins. I was the only customer in the store. It wasn't even like they were stocking shelves or working. In fact, there were a bunch of cardboard boxes half empty that were just left open towards the back door which was unsightly and unsafe. Compared to other stores, even the outlet one in Livermore, this one is failing hard on service. I came in with the intent of purchasing a few bags and a wallet but decided to take my business elsewhere. I expect differently from a brand such as Marc Jacobs.
