This location is pretty large (some Francesca's can be extremely small), and has a lot to offer. Every time I come here, there's always a buy one get one 50% off sale off of the full price items. They also have a larger than normal sale section along the back walls. I strolled into the store on a whim, and I found two pairs of jeans, each costing only $5!!!!! This is a super great deal since their jeans are normally priced around $50. Other sales items were priced at $15-$30, which I think is a great price for a well made Francesca's top or dress. Overall, I love this location and I will definitely be coming back. This location is part of the GIlroy Premium Outlets, although I'm unsure if this is an actual outlet location.

They picked out many dresses for me to try and were very knowledgeable about their products and were attentive to my needs. While checking out, the cashier informed me that one of the pants I was purchasing was final sale and asked if I had tried it on. When I said no, he actually recommended that I do so before completing the purchase. I went back to the fitting room at 8:40 PM, and the store doesn't close until 9:00 PM. Two male employees were standing there talking, and when I asked if I could try something on, they told me the fitting rooms were already closed. I explained that it would be a quick try-on and that the item was final sale, but they still refused to open the fitting room. Closing the fitting rooms 20 minutes before the store closes--especially when customers are still actively checking out--is poor customer service. Don't call yourself Nordstrom Rack if you can't provide that level of service.
