While checking out, the cashier informed me that one of the pants I was purchasing was final sale and asked if I had tried it on. When I said no, he actually recommended that I do so before completing the purchase. I went back to the fitting room at 8:40 PM, and the store doesn't close until 9:00 PM. Two male employees were standing there talking, and when I asked if I could try something on, they told me the fitting rooms were already closed. I explained that it would be a quick try-on and that the item was final sale, but they still refused to open the fitting room. Closing the fitting rooms 20 minutes before the store closes--especially when customers are still actively checking out--is poor customer service. Don't call yourself Nordstrom Rack if you can't provide that level of service.

This location is pretty large (some Francesca's can be extremely small), and has a lot to offer. Every time I come here, there's always a buy one get one 50% off sale off of the full price items. They also have a larger than normal sale section along the back walls. I strolled into the store on a whim, and I found two pairs of jeans, each costing only $5!!!!! This is a super great deal since their jeans are normally priced around $50. Other sales items were priced at $15-$30, which I think is a great price for a well made Francesca's top or dress. Overall, I love this location and I will definitely be coming back. This location is part of the GIlroy Premium Outlets, although I'm unsure if this is an actual outlet location.

Instead, I sped over to the nearest Ulta beauty and was met with real professionals that know how to cater their customers and atleast look somewhat pleasant. When I tried to redeem the Kohls cash (that expired the previous day) at time of purchase, I was met with hostility. After the associates clarified the new policy, the associate snatched the coupon from my hand and stated per "policy" they HAD to dispose of it. I did not appreciate this response, so I asked for it back but they were adamant about tossing it out. I asked why it mattered whether they or I threw it out and was met with silence and handed back the coupon. This experience was so ridiculous that I had to call customer service and report (which is something I NEVER do). Hopefully this odd behavior isn't a usual occurrence for others.
