visited Lululemon after our Thanksgiving meal. My cousin wanted to visit and I went out of curiosity. I knew Lululemon leggings were pretty expensive. I didn't own any pair and just wanted to look. When we got there, there was already a huge line in front of the door. They were opening at 12am. We waited an hour for the store to open. The lululemon staff were super friendly and accommodating. They provided waters and hand warmers to people standing in line, making it a little less difficult to wait. Really appreciated the gesture. When door finally opened, we didn't have to wait that long before getting let in! When I got in, I immediately started picking up different sizes. The prices here were so good that I was shook. The leggings ranged between $38-$54. I purchased a pair before for $100 for a friend so I was super ecstatic. The quality was on par to regular Lululemon stores. There were not a lot of black leggings on the floor but if you went to ask the employees, they'd get it for you from the back. Up to this point, since it was an outlet, I thought they would only have bright colors. I don't know her name but a big shoutout to this one girl for going back like 3 times for me to get black leggings in 3 different sizes for me. She was so helpful and surprisingly did not looked pissed off at all. I ended up purchasing 4 pairs of leggings and I can finally say I own a pair of Lulus! They're so comfy and soft. Although I enjoyed the deals and all, the layout and organization of the store could've been a bit better. If you love Lululemon and check on their "We Made Too Much" page weekly or every few days, Gilroy's Lululemon outlet will be your heaven! I'm a size 4-6 and there were plenty of items here around that range. Darker colors are harder to find, but there are brightly colored clothes for selection. I highly suggest coming here at opening time to make sure you have more variety than you would if you were to come later. There's a bunch of items on sale here, tanks are $19-$29 dollars, sports bras at $24, leggings for $49 dollars, and many other items at a great price given the brand. Beware: They don't accept your military discount unless the product is for you. Apparently they recently changed their policy so that you can buy for your spouse but the employees or "educators" as they call themselves do not know this. You're not allowed to buy for someone else and use your discount, so the employees have full power to discriminate against you. So it goes to say that if you're not buying based on your specific gender, you'll be denied. Even though on their website it clearly states that military, veterans, first responders, nurses, etc. get 25% off. I came here from east bay specifically for this outlet and i was pretty impressed, they had a decent selection of clothing and accessories. The store is mostly full of the we made too much on the Lulu site, but they also have tons of the casual wear clothing and older stuff from past seasons. They currently have a huge selection of shorts, cruiser shorts, and bikinis on sale for $19. Leggings are around $59-$79. Bras are still around $30-$40. I picked up two pairs of shorts, a tank top, and a hat. I would have picked up more but am already bidding for more Lulu on eBay. This store is definitely worth checking out of you love Lulu and don't mind getting clothes in brighter colors / crazier patterns. read more

Walked in during Easter weekend looking for a light jacket to wear over my workout gear. I found what I was looking and couldn't decide between two colors. A female worker approached me and ask if I needed help. She helped me find other options and also answered questions about other items. She was really helpful (I didn't get her name) she made an effort to get to know my name and personalized my shopping experience. I picked several items and got in line for the fitting room. Another female worker looked at me annoyed and said the line starts on the red line (so I moved). While I was in line the first female worker found me and suggested I try another similar item so I did. Once it was my turn I walked into a room that was labeled with my name (written on a small whiteboard). The fitting room is co-ed. After I chose my items I walked up to the line that was already very long to purchase my jacket. The line moved very slowly. Once I got up to the cash register another female worker helped me complete the transaction. She was very friendly and completed my purchase quickly. Although I had that rude interaction with that female by the fitting room the rest of my experience was great and it was all thanks to the first female worker who approached me. This location is an outlet but I didn't really find any good deals or walked out with the sense of WOW great value! The store is clean and most of the employees are friendly and process transactions quickly. read more

Shopping at the Lululemon outlet is like browsing their WMTM section...which I have absolutely no problem with. :) If you are looking to find size 4/6/8 Align leggings in black here for 1/3 the price, you will probably leave empty-handed. You will find different sizes in various colors. Grab diff sizes bc everything fits differently (my sizes here range from 2-8). I heard they have daily deals (that change every day), and their other prices are similar to the WMTM section online or at Santana Row. The prices and daily deals are plastered on their windows and also in their fitting room. I drove by during LDW and tried to swing by an hour before close. The employee informed us the virtual waitlist was closed and asked us to try again another day. I made it back down today and braced myself after reading newer reviews, but I was super pleasantly surprised! My only experiences were with the old location YEARS ago, and I had no luck. This new location is like 3-4x bigger. I've been told they restock every day except two (which I can't remember... I think m/tu? But I could be wrong). Everyone was super friendly today, from the guy who helped us get on the virtual waitlist to Molly in the fitting rooms to the girl who checked us out. The employees know their stuff. Everyone I encountered was more than happy to help out and answer questions. They are super patient and worked hard to accommodate despite the pandemic and all the crazy people (*ahem* ME) showing up to the fitting room multiple times. (They have a max of 10 items per time, and I am telling you, the Lululemon gods were shining on me today.) My husband said the men's section is decently stocked too if you aren't picky about colors, just like the women's section. (He likes black running shorts and left empty-handed.) I think the men's section took up about 1/3 of the space, and the women's section takes up the remaining 2/3. Last thing, everything here is final sale. But once you try on those gray, buttery-soft align jogger crops, you will also never want to take them off...so the final sale issue solves itself. read more

This review is directed at the management of this store. While it was my choice to wait in the 2 hour line (I was told 1 hour but that was just an estimate), things definitely could have been executed in a safer, smarter way. While I commend them for trying to make safe social distancing practices, their plan was horrible. The store moved to a larger location at the gilroy outlets, however, they were only letting 15 people in the store. Wouldn't have been terrible if there weren't 50 people in the line outside. Let's be frank, 50 people standing under the overhang to avoid the sun is not going to result in safe social distancing. To make matters worse, of the 15 people in the store, 10 were waiting in line. I wish I had taken pictures to show how moronic this was. Simple solution...increase the headcount at the register and have the customers on the outside register stand on the sides as to maintain a safe distance. There's no need to have customers wait 2 hours outside. On a positive note, the staff was helpful and seemed to be in good spirits. Shame on your managers for putting you in such a difficult situation. Just don't joke "You're almost inside" after waiting for 2 hours....not funny! read more

Been wanting to check this place out for the longest time. On our drive from SoCal to NorCal it was the perfect pit stop. The only Lululemon Outlet in NorCal. I love lulu and been a fan since I've had my first pair years ago. Can't beat the quality and comfort. But it is a lil on the pricier side so when I do shop I tend to just scrimmage thru their sale rack. Imagine the store's sale rack but converted to the entire store! Everything here was on sale!!! They have daily specials so make sure to ask one of the associates. For example their sport bras were all marked different prices but all their selection was $29! I got the on the go Jacket for also $29. And some pants from $50-$80!! Pro tip this place can get packed, we were fortunate to be there about 40min prior to opening and line was already starting. Since the pandemic they only allow 10-12 ppl at a time but they don't have a time limit so imagine those take your time shoppers can be there for hours. I'm so happy we were first in line totally worth waiting the 40min prior to opening or else from what I heard from others in line the wait time can be up to 3hours!!! Huge kudos to Briana! I came by the Sunday after Christmas around 10:15am, as I was reading the signs in the window , another customer flagged down an associate. Briana not only came to the door, she brought the sign in sheet to make an appointment for when they opened almost 2 hours later. Briana was extremely patient and courteous while answering questions and as I was walking away even overheard her answering the lady's questions about current sizing for her exchange. We had appt to come in Lulu Lemon Out let Gilroy store at 10am today 12/14/2020. We came in and shop and trying the clothes. The cashier did not explain to us that we have 30 mintues shopping and payment. Then only 10 minutes we had been in the store the cashier came to us she said "you only has 10 minute" and "the fitting will be close in 10 minutes" Then again she said you have 7 minutes And again she said 5 minutes. I pay attention she only said that to me and my friends while the other customers came same time with us we did not hear she say anything to those customers. Then she forgot to return the money to us when we paying at cashier. I am a regular customer of Lulu at santana row the service is always excellent. However, I was so disappointing at the Outlet gilroy Lulu. I hope the manager here train these cashiers to serve customer better. read more

This is my first time in Gilroy outlet. Thought I'd stop by lululemon. This turned out to be the most horrific decision Ive made. I will never ever step foot in this outlet again! Thanks to this store! Horrible customer service, poor communication between staff and to their customers. The acting manager on (Sunday, June 28, 2020) who instead of being a leader to her team and being a real manager to customers had a break down in front of all her team and frustrated customers then left without any explanations and resolutions. Waiting system to get into the store is LAME! Came to the Gilroy store at 1:15pm and was told to sign up onto the waiting list. I was #45 to start with. It is now 5pm. I am #21. The lady at the door said that 24 parties went in during the 3.75 hours! Ridiculous! She said that there is no time limit for how long someone can spend inside of the store! Some people have spent over an hour inside. Do not understand why they are not limiting time, so they can allow more customers through. Disappointed! read more

It's just like the WMTM section, but cheaper! For the most part, you can ignore the "final sale" tags from the regular store and look at their charts/signs around the store (e.g. bras cost X, tanks cost Y, etc. and special sales for certain items). I saw things currently in the WMTM section and things that weren't in WMTM anymore. Size 4/6 is picked over more so than other sizes, but I still have to control myself from wanting to buy the whole store. I went during COVID, an hour before closing on a Friday night and I walked right in! They said they're able to allow more people in as the county opens up and it's been helping get people in. I would agree with some of the other reviewers -- this store is likely hit or miss depending on their inventory and sizing availability, as well as the weekly promotion. I went the Monday after New Years and the store had definitely been picked through, likely from the Xmas sales -- there were only a few items in my size range (very little in size 2-6), with most of the stuff only available in larger sizes (10+). The in-store promotion was for sports bras and shorts, and I would agree with the reviews that if you're looking for deeper discounts than what you can find in normal stores or online via "we made too much", you'll need to look for the racks with the special pricing. Regardless, the customer service here was amazing! Very friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone knows that Lululemon's are very expensive no matter what kind of product you buy, but are worth the price because of the quality of their products; but no matter what you feel a little guilty for buying them because they are a lot. However this outlet has so many different lulu products for cheaper! Bras from 24, to shorts for 39, it is a cheaper way to shop! The workers are very friendly and the store is usually very neat depending on how busy it is. I came here for the first time after a sales associate at the lulus in valley fair told me about this place! I was a bit nervous to go because based on the reviews I've seen, I heard something about an online waitlist. So I came early before opening in case this was a thing. Luckily it wasn't! A worker told me that the online waitlist isn't there anymore, it was more used in the beginning when they were reopening during covid. All the workers were super welcoming and nice, when they saw me holding a few items they asked to start a fitting room! Super pleased with their customer service! As for the items I'm just going to say I got lucky, however majority of the stuff they have are either meh (lots of ugly patterns or colors) or they won't have what you want in your size (usually have better selections if you're a size zero or above a size 10). read more

Just imagine a whole store of Lululemon clearance racks and this is that store! There are even sometimes deals on top of the sale price, such as $20 off jackets, $10 off tanks/shorts, and $19 bras. The sales vary week to week. The store can be very hit or miss, as it is an outlet. Classic black colors are rare, but you can sometimes find some here. If they have an item and you don't see your size, you can always ask a worker if they have it in the back. The store has women's, men's, and girl's (Iviva - Lulu's little girl's line) clothes. We spoke to a worker and they said they get stock everyday except Sundays and Mondays. They recommended the best days to visit are Thursday, Friday, and Saturday mornings for the most styles, colors, and sizes. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area! It is a part of the Gilroy Premium Outlets, but is in a smaller plaza closer to the freeway. Parking is in a lot and it isn't too difficult to find even on the busiest days. read more

Yes , they were busy (people come in waves), but they had tons of staff on the floor checking in with you and helping you find things. Also, the racks were all still well organized by category and by size. Inventory is hit or miss for styles / sizes / colors. Not surprisingly, sizes 2-6 are harder to come by. They had some additional $10-20 off sale, so I was able to walk away with some tank tops for $19. I came by on a Tuesday about 4pm, I was surprisingly able to walk right in. After reading the reviews, I was expecting a long wait and was already prepping to walk away to shop elsewhere. There's a price list at the door and a few around the store. There are price signs everywhere for the category items. There wasn't that many people shopping in the front of the store but the back of the store was packed. The front of the store was very open while the back of the store was packed with tons of clothing racks in close proximity. A lot of clothing that are size 8 and up and limited smaller sizes. There is a decent men's section and be try small kids section. Prices are similar to their online WMTM section. Employees are helpful and follow the COVID guidelines but the shoppers there don't. They get close to you (definitely in your personal space and not 6ft apart) just to check themselves out in the mirror/ check items on the rack. If you want the in store WMTM experience, come on in and shop. If you prefer to stay home, safe and away from shoppers who get way to close to you- shop online. read more

Once I did, I was so excited to check out. Hello my name is Pierre, I am addicted to Lululemon... Given my addiction, I had to check out the lululemon outlet in Gilroy. The drive is not too bad from San Jose, but I usually try to combine it with some other reason for driving down 101 south. I have visited this store a handful of times so far. Basically the prices are great, but the stock is very random. Sometimes I find tons of great stuff and other times I leave with nothing. The more popular sizes like small and medium tend to have less choice. The actual items and prices are very similar to what is on the website under "we made too much," with a few more or less items and maybe an extra $10 off. (Review based on mens clothing) They sometimes have an additional discount on certain types of items, like all shirts will get a larger discount one day and it might be shorts the next weekend. These additional discounts are where the best deals can be found. I would recommend going at the beginning of holiday weekends for the best deals and stock. Regular weekends are ok, weekdays do not have as good of discounts. There is usually not enough turn over and re-stocking to go more than once in a month. Everything is final sale, be sure to try everything on and make sure it is exactly what you want before purchasing it. However, if you do have problems, like the fabric has defects, they should be able to help you out at any lululemon store. The staff are amazingly helpful, especially considering how busy this store can get! read more

Lululemon is the best in women's leggings! They are made well, so stretchy and soft, and fit great!! I love that their is an outlet somewhat close to me, so I don't have to break the bank at their normal retail store in Santana Row. On my last trip to the outlet, I found a great pair of black leggings for only $49 when it is normally priced at $98. Yay! I only have a few gripes about this store. There doesn't seem to be a lot of middle range sizes of 6-10. So you gotta grab what you can when you see them or else they will be all gone. Also, black or darker colors are harder to find as there aren't many of them. However, there are a ton of bright and fun colored leggings in the store. The sports bras were on sale for $25 with a sign in the rack and they charged me full price for two of them. What's even worse they didn't even give a receipt.
