I can see why this place is just ok. In fact, I am a little tempted to just give it 2 stars. I came here with a lot of hope and expectations, and it was pretty much a complete let down. They definitely had cheap stuff. They had shorts and bras for $24-29 on special but most of their stuff was still on the pricey side like $49-59. That's pretty much a normal Lululemon store on sale. The difference here is that for some reason when a normal Lululemon store goes on sale, you can still find the styles in the sizes you want. Here, everything is 10, 12, 14? I don't even know if they have 14, but large. They do have some good selections of sweaters and jackets, etc. but again ... not a discount really on the normal sale. You're almost better off buying online. Overall meh. Not worth a visit. read more

This store is pretty much We Made Too Much in real life. Everything is final sale, and I was pleasantly surprised at the array of sizes, styles and wearable colors (there's even some plain black items). Examples of what I saw today Nice asana jacket, plain black, $79 Running shorts, mostly $29-$39 lots of tanks (including power y) $29-$39 Some funny colored scuba sweatshirts, $79+ Still pants, $49+ This store makes lulu almost reasonably priced. There were a few men's shirts and shorts but about 80% of the store was women's. If you're a size 6, 8, 10, 12, there's a lot more for you than if you're a 2 or 4. I really need to give kudos to the wonderful and helpful staff. I felt so comfortable and welcomed here. I've only been to this specific Lululemon once and I would definitely come back to this store not only because they have amazing prices for their cloths but the customer service is 100/10. On top of their retail articles of clothing they have a ton of discounts and on sale articles of clothing as well. We arrived at 10am on Sunday morning and it got PACKED with people very very fast. So the dressing rooms get filled quickly during their busiest hours. Even so, the waits are never that long because they have a ton of rooms. read more

I love lululemon. I love discounted prices at lululemon. I tried to call and make an appointment on Sunday afternoon, my only day off that I could possibly make it down. My maps said that I would arrive at 5:37pm. I told the lululemon employee that I was driving down and would arrive at that time. She said I can only be 5 min late no more. Why does it matter to her if I'm late? That would just cut into my own shopping time? I'm sad I can't spend money but I'm happy I won't give them my money. Writing mostly because of a complaint. While I do appreciate Lululemon caring about their customer safety during this time and limiting the amount of guests inside their store- I do NOT appreciate how they handled their line and customers. We got in line on a Sunday around 4:00 PM with the store closing at 6:00 PM. We waited in line for 1.5 hours and then at 5:30 PM the person managing the line said "Sorry, are only letting in the first 2 people and everyone else we are not letting in." Dont you think this could've been handled better? They should've cut off the line letting customers know that they probably would not get in by closing or at least given a warning so people were not waiting for NO REASON AT ALL. For this reason- I will NOT be returning and cannot recommend this to any of my family or friends. read more

I was excited for my first visit to this store on the way back from a client meeting. My excitement was met with disappointment as most of the clothing are ugly, non-flattering, bright colors and patterns. I didn't realize how popular black was until I noticed the lack of black workout clothes in this store. Also, if you are a size 4 or 6, your options are limited. There were plenty of size 2 and size 10 and up. I ended up getting a bright hot pink workout tank and black hiking shorts. Everything else was pastel or neon colors. Even the accessories were disappointing - they had one type overnight/workout bag in a turquoise blue color, ugly black and pastel green neck warmers and beanies, etc. but they did have black socks. =T Most of the items are final sale. The service was nice and efficient. One of the girls warned me the back corner items were "irregular" items and final sale. Another started a room for me and the one in the fitting room offered to switch sizes and asked how I was doing within minutes. If you are a size 2 or size 10 and up and love bright, unflattering workout clothes, this place is for you. read more

Girl outside the store counting people as they went into the store (due to covid) was extremely rude. She was yelling at customers as they waited their turn to go inside. She would extend her arm and yell at customers to stay away from her 6 ft... mind you there was 2 people in line.... however when 3 females (people she probably knew) approached her she was laughing and right on each other's faces talking. Lululemon Outlet! Brandon and I love wearing Lululemon, it's comfy, great quality and comes in some eye popping colors and designs. The price is a higher than average, but depending on what you're looking for it's really worth it. Here at the outlet you'll find the same great clothing at a discounted rate. We have been here MANY times and sometimes we have a great shopping trip, sometimes we walk out with nothing. If you're looking for certain styles or items you can call ahead to see if they have them. Sometimes they have AMAZING sales where $200 items are going for $30, or where you can get the yoga pants at an awesome discount! I've been there a few times where I've seen items at the regular lulu store for full price but here for $20-30 less during the same week. The staff is always really friendly and helpful and we just found out they take R&D at their outlet stores now! If you love Lulu make sure you don't miss this spot! read more

Brand new space at the lululemon outlet! With everything considered, being in a pandemic, limit capacity for health and safety reason just be a smart shopper. You will have to wait in line for a few hours, it has nothing to do with the employees and just is based off how long people take shopping inside. Hours are 11-7 Monday -Saturday and Sunday 12-6. People were getting bad after waiting but come on guys, this is a non essential business and we are in a PANDEMIC if you didn't remember. Don't be entitled. We are all adults and it was your choice to stay in line. If you're going to complain just stay home. Yelling at the employees and calling them rude names isnt going to help. I would do zero stars if possible. I was 45th in the virtual Line at 12 it's now 3pm and I've only moved 15 spots and 30 people are in front of me . At this rate I won't get in before they close. I went to the store and stood there and watched 6 people come out with no one going in to replace the ones coming out. I went in for the first time and man do they like looking at you like a hawk. They did just recently had a big theft here any maybe they are really weary about customers, but Damn do they just eye you down. As soon as I walked in the door with my gf some guy didn't stop looking at me until after I walked past him and realized he was a employee. They make their customers feel very uneasy and uncomfortable. While I was there I only had one person ask me for help and the rest(5 other employees) just liked to stare. Outlet is worth the drive when you find deals for items that are in your size (smaller selection for 2s and 4s). I like that it's clean and well organized by sizes so you don't have to go digging around. For the most part, the staffs are so helpful and friendly. I've gone here a few times and I love Jen! She's the sweetest employee there that will listen and cares so much about customer satisfaction. Please staff more friendly employees and managers. Another thing to note is the location- very convenient since it's not deep inside the plaza and there's plenty of parking available. It's one star short because I hate that they don't ship and return/exchange policy is so rigid. For those that know what they want and don't live close to an outlet, this can be a downside. read more

I can't believe I haven't come here sooner! I can here not expecting much since it is an outlet store, but I was mistaken! I was actually able to accidentally find a jacket I have been wanting. The scuba zip up jacket usually goes for $120 at the regular store and here I found it in most of the sizes for $80. It was such a great deal that I almost bought two different colors. I was looking for some plain black legging but most of the ones they had were multicolored, printed or had some sort of design on them. I found a couple I really liked but not enough to buy. Most of the leggings are prices between $60-90 depending on the style. They did have tons of racks with tees, shirts and other select items on sale racks in the front. They also had multiple sizes of the same products which is great! They were priced very well compared to regular prices. I will be back for future purchases! read more

After finding this outlet store on the way to San Fransisco I will Most def try getting my attire @ outlet store. Lulu outlet is last seasons clothes basically NOT current. Customer service by the guys rock here! Came on 5/19 evening around 730pm/8pm. The guys totally helped me assisted me to the fitting room. Thanks thanks! The guy with the hat & rung me up, kuddos ! I got there around 4ish on a Friday afternoon and it relatively busy compared to all the other stores, with a constant line of people waiting to pay, but wasn't horrendously packed. This is a true outlet store, in the sense that the items were last season's items or products that didn't sell well in actual stores. Unlike stores like Banana Republic Factory where they have a special inferior line specifically for outlets. On this day, all of their tank tops (any sleeveless tops, even the fancier ones w built in bras) were only $19! I tried on a bunch, but many were ill-fitting or not in my size. If you are 8 and above, then this place is heaven for you. I'm more size 4-6 and I couldn't find any thing left in those sizes that I like. I ended up buying two tanks in size 8 as they were in a looser style and can pull it off. Although I am still extremely pleased with my purchase. The reason I am giving it 3 stars is because this store would be a complete hit or miss. I stop by again the next day (Saturday) as I was on my way back north, thinking I should give it one more look and it was a totally different experience. First off, all the tanks were now $29! Ok, so it's still a good deal for lululemon tanks but that's 50% increase in less than a day for the same products! If they put out new stock, then I would understand but it was all the same as the first day I went. Lastly, other than the $19 tank deal I got on the first day, all of the other items like bags, hats, socks, and crops etc. were on the "we've made too much" page for the exact same price. read more

Person at front of store screens you for entry. Tells you something about taking your number, scanning your phone then they call you. Not exactly sure since she was talking a mile a minute. Then she says it will be about a 2 1/2 hour wait and you can wait outside. It was 100 degrees out. We look inside the store & there were only 2 people inside. What the the hell is going on here? I guess they have enough business so they can just turn people away like that. We actually laughed out loud. 2 1/2 hour wait to go here? That was so damn funny. This outlet is just plain heaven. There's only a few shops that I go to when I'm at the gilroy outlets. I prefer Livermore outlets though I mainly come here because of the Lulu outlet. Anyways, minus a star because they left a sensor tag on my jacket and thankfully, I live near the Santana Row one. So I will have to show them my reciept and get the sensor tag off. It's a hassle and so I just want to tell you all , CHECK YOUR SHIT TO MAKE SURE THERES NO SENSOR. I would be embarrassed if someone stopped me and thought I didn't pay for the jacket. Even though I did pay for it and it's on my AMEX statement. I hope the Lulu staff are more attentive next time..... read more

2014 YELP 365 CHALLENGE - 359/365 Came to this Lululemon Athletica Outlet yesterday. It was my first time at a Lululemon Outlet which was awesome because their stuff is NOT CHEAP! This store is located in the smallest building at the Gilroy Outlets (I THINK the B building). It's really close to the freeway on the left. The store was decent sized, but felt very disorganized for some reason. I saw sales associates actively organizing the clothing, but I felt like I still had a hard time trying to find stuff that I was looking for. It kind of felt like thrift store shopping where there's only 1 of each thing...like 1 cropped yoga pant in size 2 with the pink/white striped accents. So tricky to find something you REALLY like or are looking for! I did see a shirt that was on sale that I unfortunately paid full price for a few months ago, which made me a little disappointed. I could have saved money! Overall...I wasn't really impressed and the disorganization was getting to me. Would return again to give it a second try. read more

This store is basically full of racks of the same thing that didn't sell in the regular stores that is only slightly discounted. I came here in hopes to buy a non slip towel to cover my yoga mat for bikram, but they didn't have any. The whole store is full of about 10 different kinds of items, but racks and racks of the same thing. I really don't understand the idea of trying to sell things that obviously didn't sell in the store for only a slight discount. I'm talking like 10% off items that are priced well over $100. Don't get me wrong, I will shell out money for expensive things if they are worth their price. However, I think the purpose of having an outlet store is to get rid of the inventory build up which typically means that you should probably sell those inventories at somewhat a decent discount to get them off the shelf. 10% off doesn't even pay for my gas to and from Gilroy! Just opened on Friday. The prices aren't outlet prices. Maybe $10-$20 off normal prices. Lots of styles, but limited sizes in each style. For example, there was an in stride jacket, but every single one was the same size. Same deal with shorts. Lots of size 2 and 10. No 4 or 6 though. Overall it's a must stop if you're in Gilroy, but I wouldn't drive out just for this store. All sales final. read more

Totally a fan! I wish there was a closer one to San Francisco. But hey, I guess if I'm in the area or passing by, I'd definitely stop by again. Love the service. All the girls were so eager to help. I also found a pretty good selection of stuff that were from a few seasons ago - score! There aren't a lot of choices in the neutral colors (i.e. black astro or groove pants do not exist here). But if you're look for a nice splash of color, you'll be pleasantly surprised. I bought 2 pairs of boogie shorts, a run: swiftly tech long sleeve, and a pair of fast track shorts for about $170. Definitely saved a bunch! Obviously, sizes are limited. I found a lot of stuff that were 2 and below, or 8 and above. But look hard! Size 4 and 6s do exist! read more

If you're near (30 minutes away), like I found myself recently, this store is worth a visit. My phone call to their location prior to a visit yielded some useful information from Nikki. She told me what things they had in store that I said I was looking for. However, once I showed up, Nikki didn't help me further with picking out anything. This was fine as I'm an adept shopper. Maggie was helpful in the fitting room. She was honest about what fit, what looked great, not great and got me different sizes. Thanks Maggie! The prices are similar to the sales at the regular stores, but there were some "super deals" as well. Half those super deals racks were clothing nobody with any self respect should wear. The other half was actually pretty good. Some items they had which were worth purchasing: -cropped tapered pants. These were normally $78, but priced at $59. -Jacket normally $128, priced at $64. -some tshirts priced at $39. - Men's shirts at $29 and $39 which are nice for the men in your life. -bra/shirt combos (forgot the jargon) which were super cute. Things to skip out on: Flared/straight leg cropped workout pants. Don't do it. Just don't. Short tanks. Unless you have a circus worthy short torso, skip them. Quilted shorts. I recall these looking hideous at the regular store and simply insulting here. Lulu HQ: fire that designer. Baseball caps. Really? Some shoppers seemed ecstatic at finding these at bargain prices. I've never seen them at the regular store. These might be outlet only manufacturing. My suggestion: call ahead and see if they have what you're looking for. If you're size 10+, there's lots of stuff. If you're 4-6 (like me), there's limited selection. If you're a dude, try them out too. Enough with the grungy workout clothes. read more

Just stopped in this morning and ended up with a top and shorts for under $100. The savings inspired me to throw in something for Hubs, too. I was a little bummed by the limited selection in smaller sizes, but even so, I think I'll be able to find the basics whenever I go in. The sales team was so friendly and I didn't get that "commission-y" vibe I get from the regular stores. Also, they were really sweet with my almost 2 year old and were fine with him carrying water bottles around the store and putting yoga mats on the shelf. The items themselves are not hugely discounted, but it is because Lulu doesn't have a separate outlet line. All the clothes you see are store-quality and may just be colors or styles that did not sell particularly well. It's like the sales rack is the whole store. NEWS FLASH - this is an OUTLET STORE. Do not expect the size, style and color selection of a flagship store. These are the special buys, overruns, last season styles and slow moving items. The prices are 20-30% lower than when new season merchandise. So if you are looking for basic black or an odd color, this is a good place to stock up. Periodically they do get some cool colors, but do not expect the selection of a flagship store at outlet prices. Inventory is always changing, so if you are a Lulu fan then you need to stop in frequently to take advantage of fresh arrivals. GET REAL PEOPLE - it's an outlet store, you cannot expect the same service & selection and discount prices! Lulu clothing is expensive, but my wife loves the durability and I love the fit! read more

I have always looked forward to coming to this Lulu outlet. I wear Lulu almost everyday. I was sorely disappointed. They have a lot of stuff, but the stuff isn't really that great or that cheap, as a matter of fact, compared to the retail stores. A lot of the older patterns & styles that didn't sell. Worse than the "We Made Too Much" online. You can actually get some pretty good deals from there, actually. You have to go through all of the racks and MAYBE there's a diamond in the rough...like at Marshall's. I left with nothing for myself. Got a cute black tank in a size 2 for one daughter and cropped Ivivva pants for my other daughter. At the time, there was a lot of cute bra tops in Ivivva size 6. read more

Now I understand why people say, "Don't go out of your way for this place." I'm glad I didn't. Stopped off at this outlet location on my way to Santa Barbara and I was SO excited to come here. I've wanted to come here for months because my favorite store is Lulu. The store itself is rather large so that made me happy. The selection was disappointing. It basically was all of the stuff you wouldn't even buy at half price, let alone full price. All the loud, obnoxious colors that I personally would never wear. And it's not just that they are bright colors, because don't get me wrong, I am ALL about neon colors but these are odd variations of bright colors. They just seemed off. I could tell that the clothes were from at least 3 or 4 previous seasons. Nothing really recent. They had some items in the front that were full price, like newer items, but the tags looked like they had the discount price taken off. Like maybe they were discounted at the stores, didn't sell and then brought to the outlet to try and sell at full price. They were darker colors so they were definitely newer items. They offer a decent selection of men's items which is nice. They also have their kids line, Avvivo? Which I have never heard of but it was cute for little girls. The size distribution is pretty decent (but only because I am now a 6-8). If I was a size 12, I would say that the selection was small unfortunately. The discounts weren't any less than those of the discounts at the actual store. Not even a few dollars less. Not even additional discounts off the outlet discounts, like most of the other outlet stores. As much as I love Lulu, their discount store was very disappointing. I didn't see anything that I had to have right then and there. The discount selection at their individual locations, although sparse, is much better. I wouldn't go out of my way for this place but if you are driving past it and need to get a decent gift for someone, this place will definitely be worth the trip. Great for Christmas gifts and as you are well aware, Christmas is in t-minus 9 days. read more

Not worth a drive out here specifically just because Gilroy doesn't really have many other stores worth going to, but definitely a stop if you are passing by. As others mentioned, majority of the store isn't much lower than regular Lulu stores on sale. The nice thing about this outlet is that unlike other brands, the clothes here are from the retail store and not made specifically for the outlet (which usually involves poorer material). I saw a pretty wide range of sizing here, but more leaning towards larger sizes. The items that were mostly larger sizes were all popular items from the past seasons (e.g. Post Practice cardigan in last year's salmon color), and sold out of smaller sizes in store before it was shipped to the outlet. A lot of great selection for workout gear, including current designs like No Limits tank (being discontinued, FYI), Wunder Under crops/full length, and Free To Be bras. Regular clothing (e.g. hoodies) selections were fewer, and most were reminiscent of Juicy sweatshirts with corny sayings. Prices were around $15-20 off of retail, but there are few imperfect (usually things like colors that can bleed, or stripes don't completely line up) designs that were around 50% or so off of retail. Lulu also has 'cupcakes' available for any tops that do not come with insertable cups, and is available at both the outlet and retail stores; even if you purchased anything previously and did not ask, they will gladly give you a few if you ask. Yesterday , I called to make an appointment as I was coming back from Paso Robles and I wanted to shop there . The lady who answered the phone told me that they don't take Appointment anymore and that everything was back to normal with a 40 people capacity but she ensured me that there was not going to be any wait as there were not busy . After Two hours driving I finally arrived to the store and Two ladies had a table by the door stopping everyone telling them that there was a waiting list and it was about 2 hour wait . I was in shocked and mad because even after I explained what they told me on the phone And how they lied to me they didn't care and told me to put my name . I was very pissed as the lady was rude to me . After waiting 10 minutes outside we left and I received a text letting me know it was my turn after 10 minutes . I was even more upset that the ladies lied to me about the Two hour wait . It is unacceptable and disrespectful. I will never shop there again . They don't deserve my money . !! read more

A friend of mine had warned me not to expect much of Lululemon outlets, but I had a gift certificate burning a hole in my pocket, so I decided to check it out. Even having been warned, this store was an extreme disappointment. As others have mentioned, their stock is extremely limited and prices are hardly worth it. I tried on a few pieces but found myself saying, "meh, I'd buy this if it was $20," but nothing was even close to that. Two stars for the friendly staff, but that's about it. Check out the "we made too much" section of the Lululemon site, you'll probably find more there. Seriously. read more
