    UMM- My daughter and I LOVE this Lululemon Outlet store!! We have had to travel up to Stanford for medical appointments and every time we are headed that way, we stop in Gilroy at Lululemon. It's kind of fun because the sales are different every day so it's a surprise but almost every time we go the sales are awesome! Monica is the sales associate that is usually there and has helped us every time. If you do not want to buy a bunch of cute clothes, don't talk to Monica. she is so helpful and if you find a cute top, she will find you the matching bottoms. She makes her mission to make you happy and help you out! Makes you want to shop more and feel relaxed while shopping when the sales people are warm and inviting! My tip is don't go looking for anything specific. You have to just show up and see what amazing item is available in your size. The savings that we have had at the store have been crazy good! Last time we got probably $600 worth of stuff for just over $200. GO SHOPPING!!

    Don't come out here as often as we like. Quality/Quantity - One of my favorite brands (but do NOT buy when out of the country; I am not happy with my Australian Lululemons). Got a few more shirts and I really do NOT need any more. My mind tricks me into thinking what a great deal, and I won't be back for a long time, so just get them ALL... Current running joke is my daughter and I are now in competition with who can own more with this brand. She is winning, LOL. Atmosphere - Good size location. More importantly, a good size men's section. Plenty of mall parking. Service - Good. Except no return or exchange policy. Again, it's not like we will be back here anytime soon. Price - Expensive, well less expensive at the outlet locations. But WORTH it. It pays to have good quality. I still have my first two Lululemons from over 15+ years; and they are both still in GREAT quality and shape, the elastics and everything. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 1998 by founder Chip Wilson. 491 stores with 25,000 employees and growing around the world. 2007 IPO.

    I had a very disappointing experience at the True Religion store in Gilroy, CA. While shopping, an…read moreemployee (man in picture, old picture off YELP) approached me and told me pets aren't allowed in the store. I calmly explained that my dog is a service animal, and she was in a stroller and very well-behaved. I had already walked past two other employees and made it halfway through the store without any issue, so this felt inconsistent and targeted. The employee then demanded "proof" or an ID for my service dog. I informed him that under the ADA, businesses are not allowed to request documentation for a service animal. Despite this, he dismissed what I said and still told me to leave. This situation was not only frustrating but also concerning, as it shows a lack of basic understanding of ADA regulations and how to properly interact with customers who rely on service animals. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope management takes the time to properly train their staff on ADA laws and respectful customer interaction, so others don't have to go through a similar experience.

Seems like they dont really care. went to return an online purchase. the employee and manager said they dont do returns for online purchases. i mentioned that i had done so about a month back at the livermore outlet, these guys didnt care. i pulled up the company return policy on the phone. the manager had one look at it and rudely said he still wont do it. he added he is done doing business with me and that i should leave. totally rude and unprofessional. went to the great mall outlet and did the return.

    DO NOT WORK WITH THE SHADY VENDOR!!! I don't often write reviews, I am writing this to save others…read morefrom my terrible experience. If I could give them less stars I would. So many things wrong with this shady business that I will have to number them. Expensive, terrible quality and shady business practices. I worked with Deen who seemed to be responsive and above board until there were difficulties with my order 1. First, they are not in San Jose, when I finally received my package it was in a dinged up box from Pakistan. I thought I was buying locally, but when I asked to come into the store I was given the run around that it was no longer in San Jose, but somewhere in Burlingame and I was strongly discouraged to come into the shop. That should have been my first clue. 2. I paid $2000 for 32 baseball jerseys which I was purchasing for my son's Marine platoon. I was required to pay upfront and when I asked what if something was wrong, I was assured that they would rectify anything that wasn't perfect. My bad for believing them, don't ever pay in full upfront. 3. Worst of all was the quality of the shirts. I had purchased one for myself, by husband and my other son as well and, thank goodness, I washed them before I sent the rest to Japan. There was white crud all over the shirts because the backing on the decals had not been removed. When I sent pictures I was told they had used a new vendor to make them and would remake them with the new vendor. Wanting my son's team to get the shirts by the time they arrived back in Okinawa from deployment, I spent 20 minutes per shirt painstakingly removing the backing, not perfect, but better than nothing. There were other issues as well: Poorly made button holes, loose threads everywhere, glue where it shouldn't be. 4. After sending a lot of pictures of the poor quality I was told they would remake the order with the new "better vendor". I have been calling every week for the last 3 months and they have been telling me they were waiting for the decals, or they had to change vendors again, etc. I opened my email this morning to an email from them saying that they are unable to remake my order because they cannot make it any better. In conclusion, if I had it to do over again I would absolutely not purchase from NBN Sports. They do terrible work and are completely shady.

He promised delivery dates, and while the first shipment came on time, it was completely wrong. He offered to fix it, but that's when everything went downhill. Shipments kept coming incorrect, double orders were sent, items were missing, and the product was still not what I had ordered. After months of back-and-forth -- with our basketball season already in its final weeks -- we finally received everything. In the meantime, I had to spend thousands of dollars just to give my team something to wear for tournaments because NBN failed to deliver. I lost a lot of money and NBN did nothing to make it right. Despite all this, my rep tried his best and eventually got the first order finished. Then he called and said, "Let me show you we can make it right." Against my better judgment, I gave them another chance. This time I ordered branded clothing and custom-designed shorts. I received samples (not perfect, but close enough), so I placed another large order in June -- spending thousands of dollars again. Since then, I have received nothing. No product, no refund, no communication. Deen has since left the company, likely because of how poorly management operates. Before he left he assured me the refund would happen but given management he was ignored as well. Guy Irmy has refused to pay me back. I've been told he was instructed not to communicate with me and to simply ignore me until I went away. Meanwhile, NBN keeps the money. At this point, I've had to get a lawyer involved and would welcome anyone else who has been scammed by them to join in legal action. They also run under different business names, which I'll add here later. Do not do business with NBN Sports. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and exploit their customers.
