The staff is AMAZING and very helpful. I have been coming to this location for a couple years now and I recently had a mishap with my two necklaces. They were so tangled together in the biggest knot you can imagine. The chains on the necklaces are very small and after working on them for two hours, I couldn't take it anymore. I brought them in for some help and Simin and Veronica were so patient and kind; they worked diligently and they finally unraveled my two necklaces and I couldn't be any happier!! I purchased my wedding ring at Jared's almost four years ago. Even though I try to take good care of it the little diamonds keep falling off. I brought my ring again for the third time for repair and I was told for the first time that I had to bring it in every six months for an inspection otherwise I had to pay to replace the diamonds regardless if I had purchased the warranty. DO NOT SHOP HERE OR BUY ANYTHING HERE!!!!! SOS! Read ENTIRE post please! Okay so this is going to be a long one, and after the first thing that had happened to us, I wasn't going to write a review I was just gonna move on and go on with it, BUT after learning what this place and its staff did to my boyfriend/ soon to be future fiancé, NEVER WILL WE STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE!!! Okay so rewind to sometime beginning in Aug, my boy friend and I went in "just looking" to this store and we were just trying to get a fill for our taste on an engagement ring since we still haven't at that time found something we BOTH liked. The sales lady JULIE helped us. Yes she was very nice and she took our time told us to sit down and stuff. Before my boy friend sat down, as I was already being shown a style by Julie, he said and painted to a ring and told Julie to show him that one. So she did and he walked over and showed it to me and that moment was the moment I knew I was looking at the ring that was going to be on my finger for life. We BOTH loved it. So JULIE sat us down showing us different sized diamonds to complete the ring since it was just the bands. We explain we only liked princess cut so she was showing us loose diamonds that ALL were on sale and clearance, that day is was whatever the diamond was on sale for plus they were running 10% off that mind you. So be my witness and I would love for the staff to bring up their surveillance cameras of this visit and the next one I will explain further on, anywho she was showing us princess cut loose diamonds starting at 1.5 carats, a 1.73 and even up to 2 CARAT. Placing the diamond in the bands telling us ALL of those sizes would work and she gave us prices of everything with the sale price and extra discount. Still was high but, Anywho we were "just looking" he made a wish list and he took some pics and we left. On aug 30th we went back to this horrible store because my boyfriend found out that this place price matches and on their website was band set we had looked at before on even more discount and he found out this location only had two sets left in CA. So he was like I HAVE to get them. We went back, showed JULIE once again the online pic of the sale she said she had to make some calls which was weird because they said they price match guarantee and it was from their very own website but whatever so finally she said yes she will sale us the bands at the price. Mind it was 1500 off. So then my boy friend had seen due to the weekend the clearance sale went from the 10% off it was last time to now 15% because of Labor Day and he was like alright now since I have the discount off the bands and now it's 15% walk me though the diamonds again. So JULIE once again walked him through the 1.5 carat, 1.73 and even the 2 carat prices but something wasn't adding up everything was still about the same proce as last time about $200-300 off when there should have been at least $1500 off the entire price since the discount off the bands. We had also noticed that clearance price stickers were removed off the same diamonds we looked at last time and things were not adding up we tried to explain that to JULIE but she was saying no no this is what it is and we felt like she was just pulling our chain and trying to screw us over. So my boyfriend was about to lose his shit so he got up and was like just give let me buy the bands and I'm walking. So we did that. Mind you after that I wasn't going to say anything or write a review until what we just recently discovered..... WE WERE LIED TO JULIE!!!!! She said and feel free to look back and any of the cameras or better yet our wish list and see what diamond she was putting in my bands up to a 2 CARAT?! My boyfriend waited a few months and went to complete my ring at a diamond show at a very prestigious local jeweler where the jeweler was on site to place and set the diamond and size it, to have it all done in one day once the diamond was picked. However for my poor boyfriend that wasn't the case.... the jeweler, explained for my bands a .70 carat maybe lucky a 1 carat diamond WOULD ONLY FIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What the HELL JULIE?!!!!!!!! So now guess what?! My boy friend and this company had to come up with a new plan and my ring had to be shipped out and COMPLETELY RECONSTRUCTED for whatever size of diamond he picked to fit!!!!!! thanks a lot JULIE!!! JULIE because of either you're incompetence and lack of education in the field of work your in or you're either a BIG FAT ASS LAIR and thirsty for a sale my boy friend didn't get his ring back and didn't get to propose on a trip we went on like he wanted to. So it gets better after I found this out I called your store and asked and figured out who helped us which was JULIE, and I asked OK what's her position there and whoever is reading this you will never believe what her position is!!! First off, Melissa was great. She is very friendly and does seem to know her stuff. She was able to price match an online deal at the store. Unfortunately, the lab experts are not the so called experts they claim. The ring (men wedding band #120289400) was sent off for resizing (from 10 to 11.5). When we received the ring back, the work done to it was horrible, you could see the grooves and where the welding was done, also it was bent. A manager did not want to take ownership and claimed I should be happy I received a great price on the ring. I was very upset and told her what I paid had nothing to do with the poor quality of their lab. I wanted a quality product which they were not providing. After further discussion, she agreed to send the ring back to the lab. We received it a week later... did the 1.5 hour drive to pick it up (again) only to find out the ring was also resized to 11 (much smaller than what we originally requested). Melissa wanted to send it off to the lab again for resizing; however, this would be the 3rd time sending it off. I requested a refund and Melissa told me to come back the next day, I told her I would not be doing the long drive again, I had previously expressed to her and the manager I would be returning the ring immediately if there was anything wrong with it. At the end of the day, Melissa gave me the refund. I am very disappointed with the quality of the lab they use. I would expect them to take pride of their work and do a thorough job, which as we could tell, that did not happen. I wish I would have taken pictures of how bad the ring looked, but with how upset I was, I did not think about it until after leaving the store. I gave it 2 stars because I think Melissa was great at helping up select the ring, I am just upset the lab could not get their act together to provide a quality service. I usually hate leaving bad reviews, but I'm fed up with this place, yes one of the managers was finally able to find me a matching enhancer to go with my wedding ring and it was a plus that they were able to split the enhancer so it looked like two separate rings, my husband requested that two diamonds be added to my wedding ring so all diamonds would be equal and aligned. I was told to size up with my ring and I was not comfy with the fitting (way too big) so we decided instead of a whole size up just to do a half size up since there would be so much metal on my finger, anyway later that day hubby gets a call to confirm ring size. Two weeks later I go to pick up and the enhancer is not split and has what looks like metal weights or something on the ring, most likely to keep the actual wedding ring from moving, I'm told it's beautiful and when I saw this I was so upset and said this is not even what I picked, I asked for the enhancer to be split into two rings, and this lady literally tried to talk me into keeping it by saying splitting the enhancer would make the rings move and sometimes the diamonds would show, and I said well I don't like it, she begins to say just try it on and maybe you'll change your mind, again I said it was ugly with those weight things and it needed to be sent back, on top of it the added diamonds never got done either and I was charged, I was told I can get refunded for that or pick something worth that value, which I picked something, again she was just trying to rush me to buy and then I decided I didn't want what she was picking and talked to another associate who helped me pick something I loved, anyway she wanted me to take my ring with me and it was huge on me, I told her there was no way I could take this ring home, I would lose it by the end of the day, she said okay we can keep it in the safe. Two weeks later I go back to get my ring only to find out that it is completely huge and does not fit me one bit, it was the wrong size and the girl who helped me goes on to try and say that when I walked away my husband said to make it that size I told her my husband knows me better than that and definitely would not have told you that size,her and the other manager were trying to figure out why it wasn't sized right I was already so frustrated I didn't even bother to start an argument and tell her that she doesn't pay attention to the customer on what they are ordering specifically, she is too much in a rush to make a sale, I ended up going almost to full sizes smaller than what my ring was and I'm hoping that in a couple more days I get back my ring and it looks nice, I feel that my ring is losing value by just being cut and resized cut and resized it's very frustrating. so my advice to the Jared employees listen to the customer on what they're ordering instead of just trying to fidangle a sale, or do things on how you would like it to be done. I've always had a great experience here but, I don't like when people don't pay attention to detail. read more

I previously went to a different one hoping they could fix a pin on my watch and size up another one l had just purchased there, but they were unable to do so. Ok this is my second review for this establishment. We went early this year for some items and was so impressed we decided to come back again. Not only did we again receive such great customer service but the staff even remembered us from almost 6 months ago! They really treated us like long lost friends. In fact I noticed that they treated all their customers with a great deal of respect and appreciation. This place really thrives on great customer service which is why I much rather spend my money here opposed to the other nearby jewelry stores. On top of them being so patient with us they also have the best deals!!! They really work with you. As a side note I like how they don't argue over customers. We started with one guy helping us then another associate assisted us while a third help tie the whole transaction together. You can tell they all enjoy working together and are respectful of each other. Not all places are like this and customers can sense it. It has now become a annual tradition to make the long drive to this location because of how the staff treats us and our over great shopping experience!!!! the WORST customer service!!!!...called looking for a Rolex. Woman answers the phone and says she has rolex from $7K to $11K. I asked her if she could tell me the model numbers since i had guests from Asia wanting to buy a few and she said NO. I had to bring them in. That the watches were in a safe or vault. I asked to speak to the manager who would know the inventory and she said NO. Manager was not available. I asked to speak to the assistant and manager and she said NO, not available. WOW. Really?
