There's a lot of boots made of all sorts of genuine leather -- I personally don't know if I love that (I'm an animal lover!) but it's usually also better than "vegan leather" which just ends up contributing to the overwhelming amount of plastic contributing to our environment so eh! Up to you on how you feel about it, it overall looked pretty authentic and sturdy and a lot of the boots mentioned they were hand-made. The store is clean, smells like leather (which I like lol but not everyone may) and overall is organized well. Parking is a bit odd but when we went on a Sunday midday, it was easy to find parking. There's also a huge selection of jeans of varying colors as well as shirts and belts that all tie together well. If you're looking for a Western look, this is the place to shop!

I am leaving a 2-star rating because the store is scheduled to open at 10 am, but it did not. Me and another customer was standing outside the store at the time of the opening. At approximately 10:04am a staff member came to the door, found that the door was locked and called someone who was already inside to inform her that she was outside. I confirmed the opening time with the young lady and she stated that 10:00am was indeed the time for the store opening. Finally at 10:08am, a young lady came and opened the store, and she never acknowledged any of us or the fact that she was opening late. At the very least the young lady could have offered an apology for her lateness, very poor look for this store!!

I got burned out on Coach bags about 10 years ago and told myself I'd never buy another one. That…read morechanged a month ago when I bought a tiny bag at the outlet in Carmel, but I thought it was a one off. I was greeted and asked if I needed help right away. A second salesperson steered me toward the new small wallets they just got in, which were very cute. I was interested in looking at a certain brown suede bag that's quite popular right now, but they didn't have it in stock. A third salesperson tried to steer me toward the same style in regular leather, but I knew I wasn't interested. In the end I bought a small chenille handbag I fell in love with and a black glazed card case with a tiny cherries charm on it that sort of matches the bag. Their bags have changed a lot in the last 10 years and I admit I really like them again. I only gave the shop three stars because it bothered me having so many salespeople trying to help me and the third one was sort of aggressive. They would do better having one customer = one salesperson.

I politely explained that three customers had exited and that three customers should therefore be allowed in. Instead of paying attention to the customers leaving, she questioned my statement and said she had not seen anyone exit. It was apparent that she simply was not monitoring the flow closely. The interaction and her attitude did not sit well with me. I shared this with my 4 friends who were already in the store to make purchases. The experience left all of us disappointed and walked out empty handed. Because of this interaction, it will likely be quite a while before I choose to return to your store. The first thing- I was redy to pay standing right next to her, and she was holding my clothes, but she immediately chose to ring up the white guy who came up after me and told me that I will take him first, then she transferred me to the another guy cashier who is nice to me. The second thing is that I asked for to give or sell me the some extra smallplastic bags (4 or 5) because I am giving out the presents to individuals. At that time she answered and refuesed to gave me because I had only one or two receipts. She still told me that I could get only one more because you got two already. The reason I got two bags because one bag is not enough to put it all in there. She told me that if she gave me or sell extra bags she could be in a big trouble. I know that was not ture because I am doing the customer service job as well. Selling or giving a few bags won't have big troubles that the customer needed. I should have returned everything I bought but I wasted my time to choose the clothes and didn't want to make a problem that she made. But I decided to report at puma management team and telling to other people my experience. The way she treated me was not right and also worry about other Asian people who is going through the same way as I experienced. I would like to know how the management team take actions of this act.
