Went in here to get jeans and the clerk directed me specifically to the kind that happens to not be on sale. I tried them on and liked them but they were a little too big so she brought a smaller size and shorter length for me to the dressing area and was helpful in that regard but when I went to ring it up to pay they were full price, and happened be the only kind in the store not at outlet price. How convenient. And lame. Whatever, they're nice, but kind of shady they also happened to be full price surrounded by 40% off signs. Defeats the purpose of being in an outlet store. Not typical outlet pricing. You have to buy more than one (more than $100 pair of jeans) to get a discount. Check out Nordstrom Rack for better deals. While I like outlet stores for certain deals, I won't return the this store as I can get better deals elsewhere. Three stars cause the customer service at this location was really good. read more

Seriously, what?! A 7FAM outlet?? This place is legit!!! This store carries a good selection of 7FAM denim with most sizes available. I was shocked that prices hovered around $99 per pair. During promotional weekends, you can get additional discounts off of that. I was able to score a pair of Dojos for only $85 -- the same pair of jeans are still being sold at designer department store at retail price. What. The sales associates here are also really nice and helpful -- I was looking for petite jeans and the gal was able to point me to all the available ones with my size. She also knew which would run big or small and which would shrink or stretch. The return policy is flexible (not final sale or exchange only) and the store also carries men's jeans. Women's wear included some tops and outerwear. A 7FAM fan but not so much of their retail prices?? Check this place out!! read more

Service is on point even 20 mins before close. The guy working here is really nice and friendly. I didn't really get much interaction from the other girl but NBD he took care of me and Momo E. just fine. As for the store definitely plenty of stock for all different sizes. The store is split in half women's on the right men's on the left. And who can really complain about getting a $200 pair of quality brand name jeans for $40-$50 bucks. I would give 2 stars for the good service only. The store had a big sign at the front door for "40% off entire store" but when I walked in, there are not everything 40% off. There are several items on the rack claimed to be the last 7 items for $69 each. They are not included in the 40% off sale. I talked to the manger and the cashier in the store and they said that it was the store manager's idea. In my opinion, it would be misleading if you are claim to have 40% off the entire store but decided upon yourself to exclude certain items. How would the customers trust you if you are not clear in your signages?? They should have put down "40% off on selected items only". I was very disappointed at this store. read more

Definitely the best place to shop for jeans! I love these pants that the prices are ridiculously good compared to going to valley fair! About $200 less I love my good jeans! When I needed help there was only one girl which was at the register doing an online order. No one else was on the floor, which whatever help I needed took longer to get Staff is nice. read more

I've been coming here for several years and service is usually really good. I bought four pairs of jeans for my daughter several months ago and two of them ended up with broken zippers. She called to see whether she could exchange them since they were defective, but was told exchanges had to be done within 14 days. I can understand exchanges if you don't like the item, but would think you could at least get a store credit for fairly recently purchased items that didn't last past the 14 day window. They may be cheaper than department stores but they are still ~$100 clothing items. read more

Good sales. Prices are sometimes lower than marked, a pleasant suprise at the register. I was set to pay around $70 but ended up paying $40! Plenty of stock, and they keep the newer styles on hand but not at much of a discount. I was here on a weekday and only one person was working by himself, so he didn't really help me much. Good selection and extremely well organized. The jeans are stacked and ordered according to size. This is the best organized clothing store. This shows the store and the staff put great attention to details. Prices are the same as you can get at amazon or Nordstrom rack but the availability of styles and sizes are so much better. read more

I was greeted upon entering the store by someone named Calvin, if I heard correctly, and he helped me look for a pair of jeans for my mom almost instantly. Told me what fits would be best for her and even helped me with the different washes. Too bad not many people were in the store. read more
