He had a design that we liked, and I worked with him to pick out colors that would work for our room. It was so much fun to be able to get a design that I really liked and to work with Joshua to select colors for each part of the rug. It was fabulous to go to his shop while he was making the rug to see exactly how he works. He uses only high quality New Zealand wool. It was a great experience from start to finish and I highly recommend him.

This Korean lady Ms. Choi helped us out and she was very knowledgeable. She made sure we get all the discounts available in the store and was very patient with the purchase process. Not only that, we even loved the delivery process. The delivery men handled the furniture very well and knew what they were doing! It was so fast and efficient. We had this sofa for 2 months now and we still love it to this day. I think the pricing is reasonable for the quality as well. It was a happy coincidence that we stopped by the store and ended up spending $$$ to get a sofa in the middle of Sunday.

I'm sitting on COMFY GORGEOUS DOWN-FILLED COUCH CUSHIONS as I write this for the same price as a sofa with a thin piece of latex cushion from Article. -- Great, expert advice so you get colors, materials and construction that actually makes sense for your life, not just whatever is cool on Instagram Cons: This is actually more of an FYI. They work with a lot wholesale-only furniture brands that only sell through decorators/retail, and anything custom will take a few months(!!!) especially because of COVID. Disappointing experience…read more Not a good experience Purchased an expensive wool and viscose area rug that was recommended by one of their designers. They neglected to inform me the material the rug is made of cannot be professionally cleaned. If it is cleaned it will never look as good as it did when it was new, and the overall quality will deteriorate much faster compared to a wool or synthetic rug. Evidently the viscose shrinks and the rug can shrivel. I found this out today when I scheduled professional carpet cleaners to come out to clean it. They refused to clean the rug. I have pets and the designer knew this. If I had known this I would have NEVER purchased the rug. I have also experienced issues with communication. I purchased a painting that ended up not working for me and asked if they had recommendations on where I could resell it. I never got a reply.

The extra benefit is you get to actually check out the display models to evaluate the quality yourself before pulling the trigger. As for delivery, they suggest Lugg and setting that up is hassle free and straightforward as they frequently work with Lugg. A part of my purchase had to be ordered in (which only took a couple days), so when everything was available, I got a call from Poor Honey's letting me know everything was ready to go. All I had to do was take a photo of my invoice when booking the Lugg and I didn't have to go back in to coordinate the pickup - they took care of all that. I'll 100% be back as there were a couple other pieces that caught my eye when I was shopping for the dinette set that I ended up purchasing. And--we can confidently say, now that we've had our first for almost two years--these rugs are also very durable! They hide dirt amazingly well, disguise spills, and so far we don't see any wear on our first rug despite it being in a high traffic area. I'm sure these rugs will show their age over time, but that will only add to their appeal. We also love the rug pads Noor and Sons use. They have just the right amount of give underfoot and do not slide at all on our wood, and now linoleum, floors. The custom cut rug pads alone lend so much value to shopping with Noor and Sons. The quality of the first rug has made us confident to go for a second, this time for the kitchen. We tried out nine different rugs at home in a variety of sizes and colors. Noor helped us pick out the rug we ultimately choose and kept us within budget. The rug lends a lot of warmth to our otherwise no-frills apartment kitchen.
