smoked brisket, coleslaw (extra), mango lassi, regular burger. dude said fries & burger were great.

Unfortunately the negative reviews are right; it's a very cute spot, rustic and clean, but with simply okay food. Brisket was basically flavorless, like 0 salt, and instead of bbq sauce, comes with gravy and ketchup. Comes with 2 sides; collards were decent, mac was completely flavorless, once again like 0 salt, and not cheesy beyond the broiled top. They charge extra for coleslaw; but it was a nice home recipe, if a bit mayo heavy. Mango lassi was decent; theirs is frozen, and had a nice mango syrup around the glass. Overall...I wouldn't go back, but wouldn't refund anything either. Nice service as well.

Halal!!! Honestly I think the owner started to listen to what the customer wants. I really enjoyed my time here. The food was amazing. Loved the wings, the briskets, the Mac and cheese, the burger. The wait time wasn't bad either. The food came out within 20mims compared to 1 hr or more before. Please give this place a try again. great job to the team and chef.

Great service and great food. Best of all for me it's halal! Everything I ordered came out in a timely fashion. The only reason I'm giving this 4 and not 5 stars is the distance. If this place was closer it would be one of my go-to places. Thank you for a wonderful dinner. Bonus they had World Cup games playing.

FINALLY made it to this very viral BBQ spot! We were greeted with popcorn and that was cute. Different than your average chips or bread. Our order started off with the Sweet Potato Corn Bread (VERY sweet), Chicken Quesadilla (super cheesy and I like the crunch of the tortilla) and the Onion Rings (solid, traditional, and yummy). Then we the a Mini Meat Platter. We weren't allowed to sub the Mac & Cheese (was ok... needed more sharp cheddar so it wasn't so flat) so we ordered a side Collard Greens (ALMOST as good as mine lol). All the meats were fall apart yummy with just a hint of smoke. The Burnt Ends were good and not oversauced, the Brisket was slightly, and I mean SLIGHTLY dry, the Beef Rib was fantastic, and the Oxtail left us both speechless. That Oxtail was TOP TIER!! The regular Corn Bread was significantly better than the Sweet Potato Corn Bread. And the cole slaw was a bust. The servers were nice, the place was clean. The prices are average for BBQ. I love that you can make reservations. My ONLY gripe was that it took FOREVER to get our food. Like, I know that meat is already smoked, what's taking so long??

The staff is very friendly. The establishment is clean with a good amount of seating for dine in. The food was good. I had the jerk BBQ chicken with collards and candied yams. The yams are mashed but very caramelized and delicious, the collard greens are ok a little more smoky tasting which I didn't care for. Just my preference I like collards more savory with smoked turkey meat in it. My friend had the Halal beef bacon cheeseburger with aoli sauce combo which came with fries and a drink. She also ordered a side of sweet potato cornbread. She said everything was good and she was happy with your choice. The chef came out and spoke to us he wanted to make sure we enjoyed and everything came out ok. I would definitely check them out again.

Great customer service, and the food is cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. I drove all the way from Queens, New York, just to visit this location, and it was well worth the trip. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal!

Not like they used to be. The bbq ribs are no longer tender and the Mac and cheese is too soupy.

One of the Best BBQ Experiences I've Had in a While This place truly impressed me from start to finish. The décor is inviting and hip--modern yet warm, making it a great spot to sit back and enjoy a meal. You're seated at a table and order from there, which adds a relaxed, full-service feel. A fun surprise was the complimentary popcorn brought to the table--not your typical BBQ starter. While it was a unique touch, I'm still on the fence about how well it pairs with smoked meats. The food came out fast and piping hot, which is always a plus. My son ordered the burnt end sandwich and declared it the best he's ever had. I stole a bite and had to agree--smoky, tender, and packed with flavor. I went with the chicken sandwich, and wow--my taste buds were having a party. It was bursting with flavor, juicy, and perfectly cooked. And I can't forget to mention the pickles--tangy, crisp, and a perfect complement to the rich BBQ. This spot is a hidden gem. I highly recommend it to anyone craving top-tier BBQ with a cool atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

Can here for lunch with the family after Eid. Place was packed and we had to wait well over an hour for our food. I wasn't aware that their menu is so limited now so we had to order some other things. For me I felt like the sauces were just too overpowering the meat. All I could smell for days was that bbq sauce.

I definitely couldn't wait to try this halal bbq! When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I walked in and was greeted! I was served by a nice young man. I ordered: Passionfruit Boba Chicken Mishkaki Collard greens/beef bacon mac and cheese Short Rib Sandwich Spicy Wings Masala Fries Chicken tikka mac and cheese I loved the wings the most with the chicken tikka mac a close second. All in all had a really good experience!

Addy's BBQ was so good. The food was super tender and the service was great. The owner (pretty sure it was the owner) actually came out and greeted people, which I really loved. And let's be realistic... this isn't McDonald's. The food is made to order, so it takes a little longer, but that's because they're making it right. Also, I'm not usually a saucy person with my food, but the sauces were actually really good. Totally worth the wait.

It wasn't crowded at all when we came at 1pm. We had a party of 6 and the booth fit us comfortably. On a holiday, each person was $31.95. If you wanted to upgrade to the premium which had the waygu and more it was an additional $20 and that means each person would need to pay the same price so we opted out of the premium and it was a great choice since everything was delicious. So you get to select 4 meats at a time and then your sides. And of course the complimentary items like Kimchi, Radish, their own style of Mashed Potaotes. My favorites: - Pork belly (all different flavors) - for the plain pork belly dip it in the sesame sauce and salt so yum - Bulgogi - Shrimp with the heads Sides: - Japchae - Corn Cheese - make sure to heat it up on the grill before eating - don't make my mistake lol - I love steamed egg and they didn't have it so that's why they didn't get 5 stars from me - Of course white rice Dessert was the Hotteok - really good! Note: You cook your meats (not like Cast Iron which I prefer who cook it for you) and each time our 4 meats are done they would give us a new pan to grill. Be careful with the carbs... you easily can get full. Enjoy your meal ours was yummy and hit the spot.

Ordering was easy, we got the boss family combo and a half pound of the pastrami (my favorite). The food was out quick, the service was great and they checked on us multiple times to make sure everything was good. The food was great, not too Smokey (like liquid smoke), and the different BBQ side options were excellent. The Mac n Cheese was some of the best I've ever had out. My kids enjoyed the meat and sides alike. I would recommend this to anyone who wants high quality BBQ right here in NJ. The seafood is extremely fresh, the broths are rich and flavorful, and the selection of small dishes is huge. There are tons of options for sides, appetizers, and even BBQ items before the meal. The dessert selection is also impressive. One thing I hope they can improve is the ice jelly (冰粉). The current red version tastes a bit like Jell-O, which feels a little off compared to authentic Chongqing ice jelly -- would love to see a more traditional texture and flavor in the future. My personal must-haves here are the lobster, crayfish, beef tripe, and pork aorta (黄喉) -- always fresh, always delicious. Overall, amazing quality, super fresh seafood, and great variety. There is such a large selection of seafood to choose from, for the price of $63.99 per person, it is not bad especially considering how much seafood and meat costs. Ordering is easy as each table has their own tablet to place orders but my only gripe was that staff need to enter a code before you can submit to the kitchen. Drinks are self service and you can get as many as you like, from sodas, water, soy milk, green tea. There is also a sauce bar that is kept very clean. Decor is amazing as staff informed me that the paintings on the walls were hand painted by an artist from China. For every 2 people, you get an option of a lobster or another type of seafood. Seafood options range from mussels to class and even razor clams. Plenty of meat and veggie options as well. Although this is supposed to be a hotpot and bbq restaurant, hotpot is the only thing available as the restaurant does not have the proper ventilation installed for the bbq grills, although the grills are right next to the hotpot. That's unfortunate as I was looking forward to grilling some of the seafood. For dessert, they had durian which I tried for the first time. It was super creamy and sweet! I've been missing out this whole time! Overall, our entire experience was great and I would definitely return.

The Kailua pork was a little too salty for me, it comes mixed with like cabbage or lettuce, and overall very mushy which I didn't mind.
