Went here over the weekend and the woman who went with us on a couple of test drives, although just okay (she didn't show me ANYTHING on the cars at all...got the feeling she wasn't as knowledgeable), was not the one who was actually doing the sale. Once the test drives were done, she passed us to Mark who was incredibly pushy. I told him numerous times that I was only there to test drive and was willing to hear out ROUGH numbers only, but he kept insisting that I give all of my information to them to get accurate numbers and the best deal. I'm not at that stage yet, and he didn't listen to me once when I mentioned that. After telling us to "hold on" multiple times, he then brings over his incredibly eccentric and sleazy supervisor (maybe?), who also couldn't take "no" or "I'm only here for test drives" as an answer. On top of that, I'm the one buying the vehicle, yet they both kept looking over at and directing "questions" to the guy who was with me. It was very misogynistic, and it got to the point where I was feeling harassed because they didn't like the word "no", no matter how I said it or how many times I said it. They could give me the best deal out of any dealership in town and I still wouldn't go with them. Incredibly unprofessional and I honestly don't know what kinds of slimy fees they'd tack on without me knowing. These dealerships have gone downhill so much since I purchased a car from Kia back in 2012 or so. BE WARNED!

The same service that said it was up to the office. Was told I would receive a call before my lunch break is over and did I get a call? No! This is my worst experience with a car place I have gotten a great experience from A+ motors the man's name was Ali. I wish I had went to him this time. I can tell you no one in my family will ever go back to this place and if any of my customers ask me about a car place I will tell them all about Auto Resources and how they don't care for their customers. Good thing I work in the customer service field and will be sure that I inform my customers of this experience. For reference the vehicle I purchased was at the end of February and issues started before 30 days and they reset my screens on my car assuring me they did service it. Not even 2 weeks later oil lights and engine lights are on. Don't even have the registration and haven't even had the first payment due!! You make your own conclusions on the company from that. Ali at A plus motors went above and beyond for me when I got my last vehicle years ago and if I or my family ever need one again that will be where we stay

They blame it on my tires since I'm all terrain tires then I had to go somewhere else to get a diagnose and they only replaced one coil pack out of six I've been having nothing but issues ever since I bought this car check engine light all the lights on the dash they are a scam and they're worthless. I would never do business with these people ever again

    My husband and I were very impressed with the service department staff at the Merced Chevrolet…read moredealership. We were driving our 2015 Chevy Silverado truck up to a wedding in Tahoe. Unfortunately a exhaust fluid warning light came on telling us to get it serviced and it stated how our maximum speed would gradually decrease to 4 mph. It was a Friday morning and we were desperate to get to Truckee by 4pm for the rehearsal dinner. We had already disconnected our travel trailer and left it at a Los Banos RV dealer. After several phone calls to other Chevy dealers, they all told us they would "try" to get our truck in on Monday. Then we called Tom(the service manager) at Merced Chevrolet and he said they would look at it today, but couldn't guarantee it would be fixed today if they needed to get parts. So off we went to Merced, thinking we would have to rent a car, rent a house or hotel room...if we could find one! We arrived at the Merced Chevy service Dept where we were greeted by a very kind service advisor. He actually was sympathetic about our situation. Got our truck up on a lift immediately and suggested we wait 1-2 hours "in case" they could fix it by then. We never dreamed they would make US a priority!! So off we went to eat some breakfast while we waited. We were back in an hour and it felt like a miracle, as we walked up to the service bay our truck was there facing the street and it was ready to go! They had found the problem with a faulty heat sensor that tripped the EF service warning which was slowly shutting down the truck's speed. Merced Chevrolet Service Department truly saved our trip. Headed back to pickup our airstream trailer and we arrived in time for the rehearsal dinner after all. Thank you to all of the service department for caring about us and our truck. A special thank you to Tom, the service manager and to Mark the service advisor.

After completing my oil change and replacing my key fob, I submitted my receipt to the dealership for reimbursement. I was told by Efren that a reimbursement check would be mailed within 5-10 business days. After that timeframe passed, I still hadn't received anything. Every time I followed up, I was told he would "check with his rep" and get back to me, but nothing was ever resolved. After weeks of getting nowhere, I asked to speak with the finance manager, Mike McKay. I explained that the customer service after the sale has been extremely disappointing. Before you buy a vehicle, they make you feel like their top priority. Once the paperwork is signed, getting help is another story. Instead of trying to resolve my concern, Mike hung up on me. When I called back, he continued arguing with me and repeatedly reminded me that the call was being recorded rather than addressing the actual issue. The most frustrating part isn't even the reimbursement--it's the complete lack of follow-through, communication, and professionalism after the sale. If you're considering buying a vehicle here, keep in mind that the experience may be very different once you've already made your purchase. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this dealership.

I had been to many dealerships some that were a few hours away and spoke with several salesmen whom would tell me one price over the phone then I get there and it was $6000 more. I was then referred to Autoland by my credit union, I spoke with Lupe that same day and within a week I had my car. It was delivered to my home, no more hours at the dealership. I doc sighed most papers, a rep came to my house and she walked me through everything she even showed me the features in the car and was willing to help set up car play. I wish I would have gone this route from the get go however, it made me appreciate them even more so. I highly recommend having Autoland look for you next car. They also bet all the other dealers as far as price goes. One last thing, the car was delivered on a flatbed tow truck the gentlemen was also very friendship. My car on had 4 miles, less than all dealers I had been to
