Even though we arrived early, before it got busy, Candido didn't even acknowledge us at all. We sat at his desk for nearly an hour with no communication while he walked in and out. Other customers were also left waiting. After nearly three hours since we got there, we left. This was the worst dealership experience I've had, and I won't be returning. Such a waste of my time. Before having these "sales events" they have to make sure they actually prepare with sales people for people who actually want to buy cars!!! Wouldn't recommend this place. Didn't tell me there was a problem with the steering, just waited to see if I figured it out on my own, which I almost didn't, my girlfriend caught it. When I brought it up he said, "oh yeah, I felt that too." So he knew there was a problem and didn't disclose it. Turns out a connection was loose on the shaft and came out when I turned the wheel in the parking lot rendering the truck unable to steer. Good thing it didn't happen in the middle of a corner, I could have crashed and died. When I brought that up he got belligerently mad, which is what people do when they're caught red handed, they try to shift the blame to the person calling them out.

Seems like there are several things that need to be fixed... fine but then they quoted me $7,500 which was more than I bought the car for... so I said no, how much to just take it home. Jim said $750... then later calls my wife and says he misquoted me and it would be $1,500... So I go to pick up the car and they forgot to give me back the whole key. When I tried to call someone about this, service sent me to voicemail several times and then said to try coming by tomorrow morning, because people are off work at 5pm, I called them at 4:25pm... . Update 2/11/23 Showed up to see if they can find my key. James said "check the center console, we may have put it in there..." checked and nope... checked the possible spots, nothing... they have my key and I want it back. I was told if they can't find it they will cut me another one. I get better responses in person. They were able to make a replacement key from my other key. It only took a few hours out of my Saturday morning. I don't like to dis on local businesses, but don't treat me in a way where I have to warn other customers. Buyers beware! Leaving 2 stars, but should really only be one.
