Hamlet helped my wife and I select a chair that is just perfect for my height and works well with my wife's frame too. He spent a long time going over every feature of the chair and took great care cleaning the chair we ended up selecting and carefully placing it in our small sedan to ensure that there will be no scratches by adding bubble wrap and boxes to keep the chair in place. He offered to take apart the chair we were returning, even offering to drive to our place to take the gas cylinder apart. We obviously did not want him to go through all the trouble so we drove to Sun Valley to him at his word and he disassembled our gas cylinder from a defective chair from another business free of charge! He is a man of his word and has a heart of gold! Put simply, their selection of chairs is great and the prices are even better

Don't waste your time!…read more I always go to FedEx to get my prints done but they are closed today due to Memorial Day. So, after some research I discovered Staples offers the same service and it's open. Great! What wasn't great is that I have to wait an hour for 3 pages. Regular 8x11 paper prints and I had no choice. Our appointment was already in the system, they recognized us right when we arrived, and we were taken in right away. The gentleman handling the TSA PreCheck was outstanding. My mother‑in‑law has circulatory issues that make fingerprinting tricky, but he knew exactly what to do. He used lotion, had her warm and rub her hands, and tried different techniques until her prints showed up clearly. He was patient, kind, and clearly experienced. It made a big difference. While we were there, they also had a great sale going on. I was able to pick up crayons, markers, and other Crayola products at a super low price. Michael at the counter helped me out and even added a 20 percent discount, which was a nice surprise. Overall, fast service, friendly people, and a genuinely helpful team. The artwork had been cut off due to what seemed like an issue with the online ordering system, and she handled it quickly and professionally. Honestly, reading through the reviews here is surprising because they're overwhelmingly negative. Office Depot feels like one of those almost necessary companies that people rely on more than they realize, especially for printing, office supplies, and last-minute needs. It deserves a little more credit, and employees like Alondra are a big reason why. Great customer service when it mattered.

My fiance then proceeded to ask a worker for help and asked the basic questions on whether we sent the documents correctly, we did. Then they just said, "yeah we can't help you there". Do they not get basic printer fixing training? Are they paid to just be running the registers? Mind you, there was no customers in line, there were 2-3 around the register just chatting away and get told to just send it thru online. It's no wonder Office Depot is losing business. They charged me $45 to look at it. When I got it back, they charged $95 for labor. What did they do? They ordered new ink, and wiped down the inside. Overall I paid $130+ for him to buy new ink, wipe down the back, and put it in. An honest local, repair business (I had one nearby when I lived in Woodland Hills), wouldn't bilk you for every penny. They'd tell you what the problem was, and do the right thing when charging for the actual labor/effort so that you'd want to go back. This business did the exact opposite. They also promised me an invoice which was never presented to me or sent to me. They knew exactly what they were doing, which is why it felt so awkward when I went to pick it up. I know times are tough. And they were never rude to me. But this is no way to run a business. I live nearby but I will never do business with them. I am a teacher, who immediately got an office job for the summer, lacking in time and money (operating hours are tough here too) and they were laughing their way to the bank with me. Literally. The guy laughed on the phone when I told him I'd come in to pick it up. They kept suggesting "send the old ink back" as if to suggest this could offset the EXTREMELY HIGH LABOR COSTS they were charging me. Again, not a way to treat customers (nor could I sent it back, it's literally open ink cartridges from weeks ago). Very dishonest. DO NOT go here.

I work at huge business that constantly is in need of copies on a weekly basis. Because of the high volume of customers that walk in to fill out forms, we sometimes run out of the packets. When this happens I immediately call Leo's office to place a rushed order and within an hour the staff at Ecotech has my order of 500 packets with 7 pages each ready in less than 1 hour. Nowhere else can you can find such a dedicated staff to make sure that orders are done in a timely manner. Additionally, I purchased my printer from Eccotech based on Leo's recommendation and is one of the best purchases we have made for our business. We did, however, experience some technical difficulties with our Brother printer when one of our employees messed it up, so while we waited for a tech from Brother to repair it, Leo lent us one of his own office printers while we waited for our printer to be fixed which took a total of 2 weeks. For those 2 weeks, Leo patiently and generously permitted us to use the printer. Such act of kindness and caring is unheard of nowadays!! Every company like Kinkos, Staples, or fed ex will make sure to charge the customer for every single service that they rudely provide. At Ecotech, they will do their outmost best to make the customer is not only happy but extremely satisfied.
