Even during the week of Thansgiving, my order was ready in 48 hours! I did place another order & they called me to tell me their poster printer broke so they had to send my order out for printing. My lead time is about a week for that, no big deal. I could have chosen pickup at a different location whose poster printer was working, & I likely would already have been able to get it. They have choices to upload your own design, or use their designs & upload pics. They all came out so cute!! I'm going to do this every year!

I ordered USM media console in June 2021 and had to wait three months to get the product shipped, which was very understandable because of COVID and everything. When the console finally got delievered in September 2021, I was very excited only to find out that one of the panels came damaged. The installation technician and Michelle, one of the associates, assured me that I will be able to get a replacement soon probably in November 2021 but it has been more than a year now and I still have not recieved the replacement. I emailed them multiple times asking for an update but never got any replies. They ignored all of my emails. I rather shop at dwr, dds, etc. because they don't ignore customers.

I like shopping in early morning and I was there right after they opened at 8.30 a.m. They don't bug you while you try out the various chairs, and I wandered around the large space sitting in different chairs. They have all kinds of office furniture -- tables, desks, bookcases, file cabinets, etc., and they also rent the stuff. Lots of businesses and award shows get stuff from their showroom. They have ergonomic chairs which are pretty expensive, but I didn't find them as comfortable as some of the padded chairs. Didn't want to spend a bundle, but didn't want something uncomfortable either. Had decided on a padded chair with a net back, when I found a much better black padded chair with white stitching. It was $200, which is pretty good for a comfortable office chair. At this point, Nikea came over to help me. She wasn't sure they could sell the floor sample so she asked Luis, who was sitting in a glassed in office. I waved to him, smiled, and he waved back to Nikea that it was okay to sell me the chair. Score! I sat down at Nikea's desk while she printed out the invoice and took payment. A very easy process. Shopping and buying Dozar is so much easier and more convenient that trying to snag a clerk at Office Depot or Staples. Nikea called one of the guys and he carried the chair out to my car. I'm sitting in it now, and am glad to have made the purchase.

You can tell he cares about the craft and about keeping these machines alive. The whole place is full of typewriters and I can't wait to add a cursive one to my collection at some point. My Olivetti typewriter came back working beautifully, and the turnaround was quicker than I expected. Super friendly, trustworthy, and worth every penny! Highly recommend if you've got a typewriter that needs some love.

Nightmarish experience with Mr. Schultz and Rees Electronics. I brought in my 1940's Smith Corona…read morefor a tune up and ribbon change. The case was flawless. When I came back to pick it up, I was shocked to see it lying on its side on the floor in front of his counter. When he gave it back onto me, there were several scratches on the case! This beautiful machine had somehow made it nearly 80 years without a scratch-- that is, until I had the misfortune of trusting Mr. Schultz with it. To make matters worse, he denied he had caused the scratches, even when I showed him photos that I had taken of the typewriter before I brought it in for servicing. He ultimately bought the type from me, but not before screaming vulgarities at me. What a surreal and hellish experience it was dealing with this guy.
