It was so hard to keep up with the mess and pet fur especially with a new baby in the house. I was on the fence of getting a cleaner but am so glad I did. I have it scheduled for every two weeks and look forward to the days they come and clean. Shout out to Team Luz for always doing such an amazing job!!

Their service is consistently excellent. They get every crumb, leaf & sticky spot out of every corner of every room in our home. While the service is not cheap it seems to be the going rate in this area, and I have no regrets about paying for the service. The owner has not raised the rates on us since we started a year ago. Timing. The cleaning team is very reliable - they've never canceled on me. There have been times when they've needed to change the time frame on a particular day, but that was communicated to me as soon as the need to adjust was known. We are very satisfied with Progressive Cleaning.

Review from a Pet Owner!!…read more So as someone who has a pet, she's my everything - and I wanted to find a cleaning company that understands what that means to own a pet. Which also meant, they understood what it means to clean a house with a pet and they use non-toxic cleaning chemicals. With this company - they just get it. And I'm finally writing today because of what happened at my home today. The cleaners arrived as normally scheduled, on time, and all that jazz - and I'm at work about 20 minutes away when I get a call from Shawn. He told me that the cleaners were concerned about my cat because she was in the bathtub and seemed very stressed out. She's normally very friendly and calm, so this unusual behavior prompted them to call Shawn (I guess he runs the office) who called me immediately. I told them to ignore her if she didn't look like she was in any danger, and just ignore the tub for now. I left work and drove 20 minutes home, to find her in the bathtub. Apparenlty she got spooked at something, jumped in the tub, and because it was wet from my shower, couldn't get out. They were willing to get her out, but I told them to leave her if she was stressed because I would be home soon - and a stressed cat is not one you want to pick up as a "stranger". I feel most cleaners would have ignored her, and wouldn't have recognized her unusual behavior. Had I not been called, my poor baby would have been sitting in that tub, wet, all day long. SHe was so happy to see me home, she was totally fine, she wasn't in any sort of actual danger - and now she's in my lap dry and happy as a clam :) Now, in terms of the cleaning service itself! they are fantastic. Especially as someone who has some serious cat hair everywhere, they do an amazing job getting it all. Coming home to a cat hair free apartment is a god send. They use green, pet friendly products - everything is spotless, and they really take care of everything. This is a class act service!!!! If you own a pet, stop looking anywhere else - and call these guys up, seriously - from one pet owner to another, you can thank me later :)
