Review from a Pet Owner!!…read more So as someone who has a pet, she's my everything - and I wanted to find a cleaning company that understands what that means to own a pet. Which also meant, they understood what it means to clean a house with a pet and they use non-toxic cleaning chemicals. With this company - they just get it. And I'm finally writing today because of what happened at my home today. The cleaners arrived as normally scheduled, on time, and all that jazz - and I'm at work about 20 minutes away when I get a call from Shawn. He told me that the cleaners were concerned about my cat because she was in the bathtub and seemed very stressed out. She's normally very friendly and calm, so this unusual behavior prompted them to call Shawn (I guess he runs the office) who called me immediately. I told them to ignore her if she didn't look like she was in any danger, and just ignore the tub for now. I left work and drove 20 minutes home, to find her in the bathtub. Apparenlty she got spooked at something, jumped in the tub, and because it was wet from my shower, couldn't get out. They were willing to get her out, but I told them to leave her if she was stressed because I would be home soon - and a stressed cat is not one you want to pick up as a "stranger". I feel most cleaners would have ignored her, and wouldn't have recognized her unusual behavior. Had I not been called, my poor baby would have been sitting in that tub, wet, all day long. SHe was so happy to see me home, she was totally fine, she wasn't in any sort of actual danger - and now she's in my lap dry and happy as a clam :) Now, in terms of the cleaning service itself! they are fantastic. Especially as someone who has some serious cat hair everywhere, they do an amazing job getting it all. Coming home to a cat hair free apartment is a god send. They use green, pet friendly products - everything is spotless, and they really take care of everything. This is a class act service!!!! If you own a pet, stop looking anywhere else - and call these guys up, seriously - from one pet owner to another, you can thank me later :)

Kenia was very responsive, flexible with scheduling, and very fairly priced for the Arlington area. Our full move-out clean for a 2 bedroom apartment was $250, with an additional $32 for four window sills/tracks. Considering the amount of work involved, we thought the pricing was extremely reasonable. The cleaning itself was excellent. For our move-out clean we had a detailed checklist that included inside the oven, refrigerator/freezer, cabinets and drawers, degreasing the kitchen, deep bathroom cleaning, vents, baseboards, floors, and pet hair cleanup, and everything was handled thoroughly. Our landlord appreciated how we left the place thanks to Kenia! We really appreciated how accommodating and easy to work with Kenia was throughout a stressful moving process. It's clear she works hard and cares about the quality of the service she provides. We would absolutely hire her again and highly recommend Kenia Cleaning to anyone looking for reliable, detailed cleaning services.
