He said I needed a prism lens since I had a "lazy eye" issue as a kid (55 years ago mind you!) and those eye muscles turned my eye a slightly different way causing blurriness. He was 100% right. Incredibly knowledgeable and wonderful personality to boot. His team is great too - very attentive to every detail. I will be a customer for life. I didn't have the printed warranty claim from rayban and the store could not print it due to privacy issues. Jaason still processed my claim and said he would help me get it printed out and submit it right away ! I thought that was amazing as these days most would tell me to come back (understandable). The screw was ordered and still hasn't arrived. I spent over $1,000 for these frames and extra $ for protection. A waste of $ for sure! They fixed my frames in 5 minutes for free! What a huge difference a few miles makes!!
