Impeccable communication. Answering texts at all hours of the day and night. Clean shop. Affordable pricing. No hard sell, just the honest facts. Timely service. I messaged on Sunday, got me in on Tuesday even though Monday was a holiday. Service was fast; all done in a day. I had a bad alternator that was working on/off. I initially cancelled the appointment when the alternator was working again. "No problem"; they didn't give me a hard time or anything. My car needed to be towed in and they came in extra early to receive it. Can't give them a high enough rating. You guys have gained a loyal customer. We'll be back for sure.

The challenge is that it is intermittent and it's difficult to reproduce. He did his best to try and replicate it, but wasn't able to. Although I took some of his time to look at my car, he didn't charge me anything as diagnostics didn't need to be run due to no engine light appearing. It's missing vinyl film shields on one side, but they left them on the other side so I don't know what happened there. They didn't color match evidence is in the picture there's clearly a line of the two different colors and I can't believe they didn't wash the truck after they finished painting it. The truck also has a weird odor inside. I'm not sure why. When I asked how much it would be to paint the roof it was first $700 then when I agreed to the 3 panels I told him I'd pay for the top on my own dime the price went up over double $1500 for 1 panel. SMH never again. So for 3 panels one being the truck bed it was $1900 then to paint 1 more panel the roof was an extra $1500 just doesn't add up

The diagnostic revealed Crash Zone Faults still stored on board. Mr. Niki's explanation was thorough, understandable to this elderly veteran, Mr. Niki recommended I contact Insurance Adjuster explain the situation. Instead of we can fix it, Mr. Niki's recommendation was the wisest. He was not deterred about losing a future customer in explaining that what we needed is a little beyond the their capabilities, given the dealership would have the Vehicle specific diagnostic tools and the ability to factory reset the electronics. We will be having our XC60 veicle serviced by Neue Auto LLC in the future. The Neue Auto provided the service at no cost to me, as explained, we were not able to correct/repair the problem.

They're so good at explaining what happened and I've never felt ripped off. The reception area is nice with AC, water, and a TV, plus a huge perk is that they pay for your one way ride share from the shop after you drop your car off.

Dealers recommend wheel alignment every six months. Much cheaper to get regular wheel alignment than to replace tires. Plus you get a better driving experience. Chung's is located on Dillingham Blvd (makai side) across Honolulu Community College. Don't let the current rail road construction deter you from getting here. Best to call and to make an appointment. Wheel alignment takes about an hour. Waiting area is limited. Wear your Hokas or comfortable walking shoes to venture about. Additionally, as requested they looked over all the systems and told me about issues they found. I was given an estimate and the work was authorized. The work could not be completed because a part had to be brought in from the mainland. After the second drop off, my vehicle repairs were completed. The final cost was almost $500 more than the original price. I informed them I would be coming shortly to pick up my vehicle. When I arrived their lot was empty and my vehicle was not insite. I was informed that they had parked it off property, about a block away. I took issue with my vehicle having been parked off site on a public street. Street parking is for the public to use, not for businesses to store the vehicles they are intrusted with. Additionally, Chik's has a large parking area that was completely empty. How are they able to insure the safety of the vehicles if said vehicles are parked where they can not monitor them? Would Chik's still he liable for any loss or damage to the vehicles? I dropped the vehicle off at their lot and when I went to pick ot up I had to march down the street to retrieve it. Would this be acceptable to them if I had left the vehicle a block away and excepted them to fetch it to make the repairs. The employee gave some attitude about my dismay. I left very disappointed in the customer service. On my way home Chik's called. They stated that the messed up in the billing and neglected to deduct the deposit I had put down on the special order parts. They asked if I would come back so the could give me back the deposit. I was already half way home and told them I had taken off two days, so the repairs could be done. I asked them to mail me the deposit and it took another week before I received it. I'm satisfied with the work that was done but the customer service was less than ideal. I don't think I will be returning to Chik's in the future. The impression I got is that they didn't care about the customer.
