There is no sign or person indicating anything about the wait time at any point, and once you get past the entrance, you're trapped in the line with no way to exit for at least an hour. From the entrance, you can't see the whole line or tell how many cars ahead of you are waiting for inspections - no way to guess how long the wait might be if you haven't done it before. The staff person who did my inspection was not very friendly, and when I said "I really wish you'd put up a sign that says it's a 3 hour wait" (without a rude or angry tone, just weary), he ignored me and just told me how much I owed him. No hint of kindness or apology for the insane wait time. I wish I had read the reviews, because this seems to have been an issue here for at least a year. A simple sign to set expectations or even just kind words from the staff could've mitigated the horrible experience.

My 2001 Toyota Camry was having serious brake issues and needed a new master cylinder. Even after replacing it, the problem continued, and it turned out the part was defective. What truly impressed me was how dedicated and determined Dexter was. He took it upon himself to keep troubleshooting, testing different parts, and not giving up until he found another real issue, the ABS module.
