They offer you to sit down and provide coffee or water free of charge while you wait. I love feeling like a valued customer/client and that's what this location provides. Came in for a battery change on 9/22/25 and couldn't be happier with the service! Everyone that helped me was friendly and professional, but I really gotta shine light on the technician Kahi. He let me know that my battery had pretty bad corrosion, and went above and beyond a simple battery change to prevent it from happening again. Cleaned out my whole terminal system, and even brought up that I had a car seat in the back so he wanted to make sure everything was good. Would give them 10 stars if I could. I've been taking my car here for oil changes for years now, and always appreciate the fast service, care, and prices. Since the pandemic, you can choose to wait in your car while it's getting serviced or you can wait in their lounge, so it's nice to have options. For each oil change, they fill your tires with air, top off your fluids, and check everything. They'll make recommendations or tell you if they notice something off or wrong that needs your attention. But they also don't try to upsell or pressure you to get things fixed. I appreciate their honesty and professional opinion, and if you do decide to get something done, they'll take care of your car and check it, and will always discuss what they'll do and the quote first to make sure it's something you want to do. Yes they do Landrovers! I've received the same great service every time. Today I was serviced by Tate, Nel, Clarence, and Jeanetta(sp?). Everyone provided same consistent, friendly, professional service. Nel provided me tips on frequency of oil change for my specific vehicle which I found it to be helpful. I accidentally left my gym bag in the lobby and their technician. Clarence contacted me and waited for me after hours to pick it up. I really appreciated his kind gesture.
