Within SECONDS of submitting a request, I got a message back with a quote (actually a few) and then I was on the phone scheduling the tow for the next morning. Geremy was right on time, I think even a few minutes early. Super nice and professional. It was a flatbed tow truck and we were able to drive it right onto the bed. We were able to pay via tap / card and he put in all the necessary information so we could send the receipt to our insurance and get reimbursed. He took it to the car repair center, and gave us updates once the car was dropped off. Once it was on the truck, we didn't have to deal with it at all.

I needed service outside of the 9-5 window when mechanics are usually open. Anykine Assistance was responsive, professional, and very reasonable. Called Anykine Assistance around 6 pm and they replied and arrived within an hour. The car worked after jumpstarting and he assured me the battery wasn't drained and wouldn't need replacing after it had been om I had already paid when Kaleo noticed my front bumper; it looked as if someone punched it, forcing the panel to jut out. He kindly offered to help fix it's appearance in a jiffy, without me mentioning it! He was able to pop the dent out and used some of his tips and tricks to make it look half decent again. It would've cost an arm and leg to replace the bumper, if he hadn't kindly offered to help make it look normal again. Kaleo went above and beyond to provide exceptional service and you can tell he cares about his customers. Highly recommended, and thank you so much!
