The breaking point: - Pickup kept getting pushed, then switched to "delivery" that never happened - We requested cancellation and a refund; they responded once asking for our order number, then completely ghosted despite multiple follow-ups - They later emailed about temporarily closing and invited cancellations - we replied again, no response - Then they shut down entirely We paid for 12 meals and only received 5, over a span of time where we should have finished the subscription. Plus, we're now left SOL without any resolution. If you're in the same situation and think you're outside the chargeback window, still try your bank. Ours opened a dispute given the documentation and recent business closure.
