They have the best banana matcha i had in Fremont. Usually i go to SJ or SF but loved that i can now get it in Fremont. The cafe looks gorgeous too, nice place to hangout. The service was decent. It took them 8-10 mins to give me my banana matcha on a weekday afternoon. Overall I'd recommend this place. I'm excited to try their coffee next time.
This is the second time I've visited. Every single time, our drinks were really good. Service - staff is always so friendly. And the ambiance stays clean and spacious. Conveniently on a corner too, but parking could improve. I don't think they have much control of the parking situation though.
As someone who doesn't like long lines, I'll happily wait in one for coffee from Pour Decisions Craft. We had our first "pour" experience this past weekend and despite the line and long wait for our order, we'd gladly come back any time. We had their seasonal drinks and my daughter had some macarons. Even in the morning, you can tell this is the place to be. With the natural light coming in through the windows, it made the limited amount of space so much more welcoming. Can't wait to come back for a coffee or a beer.
Certainly good customer service and spacious inside & outside here. Modern and clean social cafe/beer lounge with public restroom onsite. Not bad at all. Parking isn't always the best around here, especially on streets, but there are other spots/lots nearby good walking distance. First thing I noticed were very comfortable seating options and the patios area was super. Not cheap and prices are high. Customers and staffs are professionals. Quiet mornings here. Friendly environment. I had a very strong tasting traditional iced coffee with a very fulfilling banana bread. Pretty decent, but just note that prices are higher than other places. I wish they would have more pastries or baked goods here. Overall, legit spot and convenient. Great place to chill, take a break, or hangout.

My friend and I visited Pour decisions with our kiddos today for our matcha fix and this place didn't disappoint us. We got the fan favourites Mango matcha and Banana matcha. I am a matcha lover and it was an interesting mix of banana and matcha mixed together. It's very dog friendly. Almost everyone came with their dog. The drinks are yummy, they look aesthetic, the interiors are clean and bright. Loved the vibe. Would like to try their craft beer to sometime with my husband.
Love this coffee place! My current favorite in town. I've ordered off Doordash a couple of times but finally made it to the actual site today. Very friendly service, they also have 15 min parking right in front. I ordered my favorite peanut butter latte ( I've never seen this anyway before!) And I got their Longganisa ( my favorite and a must try), a breakfast burrito and a breakfast croissant. I waited about 5 mins for my order. The place is also very dog friendly which I love! The breakfast burrito was okay, the breakfast croissant was one of the best I've ever had because it was packed, but still my favorite is the Longganisa.
Pour Decisions lives up to its name by making it hard to decide what to order--everything on the menu sounded so good! If you're looking for creative coffee beyond the usual latte lineup, this is definitely a spot worth checking out. I tried the Ube Coffee and the Hawaiian Latte, and both were delicious for different reasons. The Ube Coffee was the standout. The vibrant purple ube cream was smooth, creamy, and lightly sweet with an earthy, subtly nutty flavor that paired surprisingly well with the bold espresso. It wasn't overly sweet and looked just as good as it tasted. The Hawaiian Latte was equally enjoyable, featuring macadamia and coconut flavors that blended seamlessly with the espresso. It truly tasted like Hawaii in a cup--rich, nutty, tropical, and lightly sweet without overpowering the coffee. It instantly reminded me of sipping a latte on the islands and struck the perfect balance between comforting and refreshing. What really completed the experience was the amazing service. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and happy to answer questions about the menu. Their warm hospitality made the visit even more enjoyable and created the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to come back. The drinks were beautifully presented, and the café's modern aesthetic with the "Coffee + Beer + Community" wall made for a fun and inviting space to relax, catch up with friends, or get some work done. I'll definitely be back to explore more of their specialty drinks. If it's your first visit, I highly recommend trying both the Ube Coffee and the Hawaiian Latte--you really can't go wrong with either.
I always love Pour Decisions! I'd get something from there whenever I'm nearby! Love their matcha! Love their signature Phin Coffees!!! My oersonal fave is the Ube cream!! Hands down sooo good!!! They have great service and their atmosphere is always a vibe! Always a great time!!!!

My go to orders are usually the horchata matcha or the thai green tea + ube cream. The drinks here are visually pleasing as well as delicious. The drinks are too sweet and are perfectly balanced, adding any cream is usually the cherry on top for me. My favorite foods to order are the banh mi and the korean cheese bagel. Banh mi 5/5, if you know duc huong, its as amazing as can be. They heat it well that the bread is perfect. I usually get it unwarmed but its still nice crunch. Korean cheese bagel is a 5/5, so much cheese its oozing out and the garlic just makes everything better. Parking is a little hard directly in front of the cafe but you can always park in the lots nearby and cross the street. The workers are all very nice and the atmosphere seems like it would be a great place to casually watch sports events like the world cup.

Cool spot with Vietnamse coffee as well as beer and bites. Their coffee is definitely on the sweeter side of Vietnamese coffee, so note that. They have cool options that I haven't seen before, such as a PB&J latte or horchata with Vietnamse influences. A bit too sweet for me though.

Delicious, excellent quality coffee. Been here 3 times already and love it! Their Hawaiian Iced Latte was delicious and not too sweet. With hints of coconut and whipped cream, it took me back to Hawaii. I also enjoyed their Blueberry latte (seasonal). I can taste the freshness of the blueberries and it wasn't too sweet. I also had their Ube Phinn Coffee. Very strong for my liking, but the ube cream actually tasted like ube and the quality is there. Clean environment and excellent service. Would go back again. I wish they had locations out in Monterey! read more
Everyone have told me to go here so here I am. The easy to convince person who loves coffee. lol This is in the new "downtown" area in Fremont. Street parking, sometimes its tough depending on the day and time. I have gone here a couple times and its usually busy with a little bit of wait time. So far my favorite is the black sesame and peanut butter coffee. Its like a Vietnamese coffee with a cream top. Sweet and strong. A great way to wake up. Staff is nice and the dining room is clean and pretty with high ceilings. read more

What a cool third space that serves a plethora of beers on tap AND specialty lattes! I really wanted to get one of each but was limited on time and ended up getting a 12 oz draft of the Beak & Skiff Apple Orchards 1911 Pineapple Mango Cider. Wow, was it amazing!! Tasted like juice. My fiancé tried a pint of the Alvarado Street Double Dank Shake Hazy Double Milkshake IPA and I was thoroughly impressed by that one as well! I would reorder both. But I also need to try their specialty lattes. [Pour] decisions, decisions.. It's also dog-friendly which I love. There are a few tables inside and lots of patio seating out front, considering it's on a corner lot. At a certain time though, the sun is shining right inside and out front and it got pretty warm. I feel like they would benefit from some window shades or outdoor patio umbrellas or awning of some sort. Nonetheless, I'll definitely be back! read more

This place always seems lively on the weekends and has a very modern design so I was curious to try it out. I ended up going during a very calm and empty time, and the outside seating was pretty peaceful. I ordered the pandan cream latte with no ice online. They charged an extra dollar for no ice because it is supposedly a full cup of coffee, but after receiving the drink, it just seemed very cream heavy. They could have added more coffee but it seemed like they just filled the space with extra of the cold foam. The coffee flavor was decent but it was very subtle under the overpowering pandan flavor, which was way too sweet and artificial. Both the coffee and the cream had an over the top amount of sweetness, with barely enough of the coffee strength to balance it out, making it taste more like melted ice cream. The cup itself seemed a bit excessive as it was a very thick and hard to use lid with a third added pink attachment onto the lid; seems quite wasteful. read more

New matcha spot in Fremont next to Palmetto! Came here on a Saturday early afternoon and was pleased to see how many options they had. Definitely different from other tea spots as they also serve alcohol and cater to a drink lounge concept with a decent amount of sitting at the bar / tables. Besides Vietnamese coffee and tea, they also have craft beer (ciders, sours, and IPAs) on tap. There were fruity sours from my favorite brewery in Monterey called Alvarado Street! There was a bit of a line, but it went by quick. Judging the menu, you can add any of their flavored cream tops for $1. Options included vanilla, pandan, banana, etc. I opted for the matcha latte with vanilla cold foam and my boyfriend got a green Thai tea. Pricey though. 3 drinks were $27... The green Thai tea was sweet & creamy! Love the pandan and subtle mint notes. It did get watery towards the end, so I'd recommend adjusting the ice level. My friend got the Japanese fruit sour and it was really different from what I usually order. Super light and refreshing with a hint of fruit. More on the bubbly side. Maybe I made a pour decision on my drink, but I will say I was disappointed in how milky my matcha was. It didn't look as strong as some of the pictures I saw on their Instagram / here on Yelp. had the worst and weirdest banh mi of my life (don't get food here) and i wish i tried a drink but i didnt. my friend got some kind of fruit tea and said it was standard. the banh mi wasn't BAD but I would never get it again. it comprised of three "mystery meats" and i think pate and a sprinkling of veggies. honestly all together it was tolerable flavor-wise, and there was plenty of "meat" but i mainly wished there were more carrots and radish to balance it out. the interior is really nice and everyone is really nice. the trash cans are by the front door and the wifi password is not on display. it's not the most ideal for doing work if you need charging outlets, since the ports are all in a spot without desks. read more
First time here. Definitely different, not a Boba shop or a regular coffee place either. More like a matcha shop/ the place is very clean and open and plenty of seating inside and out. I'm not much of a macho fan, but I decided to have the banana Matcha. It was tasty, but loses some of his sweetness once it stirred. My wife got the mango Matcha and she loved it. First time here! I got the horchata latte with vanilla cream and my husband got the peanut butter latte. I'm glad I got vanilla cream because I felt like there wasn't much horchata flavoring to the coffee. Also a little expensive for the size of it but it was something different to try. The inside is super nice and they do have breakfast food which is nice to know cuz I didn't see anything online about that. Okayyyy Pour Decisions, you got me. As a Mexican, anytime I see horchata latte on a menu, I HAVE to try it. It's basically a requirement at this point. But horchata coffee can be VERY hit or miss... and they absolutely NAILED it. Hands down my favorite horchata latte I've had. And unfortunately for my wallet, I keep coming back and trying more things. The Vietnamese coffee is AMAZING, the lemonades are so refreshing, and now I've tried the teas too and yep... those are good too. At this point I'm running out of things to complain about. Cute place, great drinks, good vibes, and apparently I live here now. 10/10 -- make the pour decision. read more
This place is fairly new. Everyone I know has raves about it so I gave it a try. It's located on a corner street so it's either street parking or the medical plaza across the street which isn't a problem. We were promptly greeted by the staff and even though there's quite a bit of people, they knocked out the orders fairly quickly I tried the ube Vietnamese coffee and it was so good. The ube cream does not taste processed- rather it tastes like magnolia ube ice cream. Very well balanced, not too sweet and just the perfect size. Don't skip the longanisa sausage roll- it's so yummy! This place is worth the hype for sure read more

I'm so happy I found this place. Pour decisions is a combination of matcha drinks and beer and trust me I went and tried both lol. The cafe itself I think is laid out really good. One side is the bar and the other side is more a chill sit down cafe vibe. They have a whole wall of tap beer as well as canned beer. Then they have a whole menu for just their regular drinks like matcha and teas and lattes. I ordered the strawberry matcha and honestly I appreciate that they make it fresh. Their matcha was really good and not overly tasty. The hint of strawberry was just enough and not overwhelming. I also tried their sausage sandwich or holes and they were sweet and has a good taste to it. One order I think is about $13 and it comes in 4. Good shareable snack. Since I was hanging out there for a bit, I ordered a cider. I got the 5oz pineapple and mango cider, nice blend to it I think it's a perfect combination and would have it again. I also like that 5oz is $5 and 10oz is $10. You can tell that they're still learning and trying to stay organized. Their cashiers and folks behind the counter are pretty good and great customer service. One thing I noticed and didn't like is the micromanaging of people. There was a female cashier and it seems like they were just commenting at everything she was doing. She was at the cashier and took and order then got the beer and one of the supervisor or whoever he was, was telling her to go back to the cashier. Idk maybe they have a system but there was nobody else with her so she poured the beer herself. He just kept on correcting her despite how busy the cashier was cause their line didn't end. I'm glad the other Asian female lead or supervisor talked to the guy cause he was doing too much. Please don't scold your employees infront of people. I understand everyone is still learning but when you keep on hammering your employee and nit picking what they do they will shut down and I saw that on her face. Despite this, I actually enjoyed this place. They can get busy just keep that in mind. They have a patio as well which will be a nice hang out spot during summer. read more
6 person line was a ~15 minute wait before I could place an order. Drink and food were another 10 minutes. The bartenders and baristas were busy with in-person and online orders, and the cashier often had to step away to help with orders. Fortunately as of April 2026, there are no parking time limits for street parking or the neighboring garage at The Beacon apartment complex (there are about ~8 parking spots open for retail). I ordered the Korean garlic bread and ube coffee. The Korean garlic bread was warmed up. It had plenty of cheese with a layer of garlic and herbs on top. You could pull apart the different pieces, which was fun, but the flavor wasn't particularly memorable, more cream cheese than garlic, which may work for others. Plenty of folks here waiting for drinks had grabbed an açai bowl from neighboring Palmetto Superfoods. The ube coffee was very bitter before mixing, and still pretty bitter after mixing too. I couldn't taste the ube flavor past the bitterness. I would have just ordered the traditional viet coffee next time if I return. Given the amount of foot traffic (40-60 people) it was pretty noisy inside. Outside is quieter, and there are plenty of seats that should be covered by the shade of the building (depending on time of day). There are also a lot of kids here, which is fine for a coffee shop but may not be what you're looking for at a bar. Overall, the coffee was very dark, so you may be better served ordering simpler flavors or paying for extra cream (+$1). Seating and parking options are good, but the place can get pretty busy and orders can take a bit of time. read more

Cute new coffee/beer bar in Fremont. Located on a corner, parking can be sparse but just park across the street and walk on over. Friendly service and the wait was not long at all. First time here, tried two lattes. Peanut butter iced latte 9/10 Horchata iced latte 8.75/10 Peanut butter iced lattes were so good we came back twice in one day to get some to go for my family members to try as well. I'm not a coffee person so this is strictly just for the banana matcha. Decided to give it a try with oat milk and less sweet. I'd give it a 3/5. The banana foam is good but the matcha tasted a bit watered to me. Similar to Starbucks matcha, it's not as strong in flavor. Not my cup of tea tbh. I'll probably give the coffee a chance next time with the hubz. However, the ambience is beautiful with natural light coming through and plenty of seating. We came on a Sunday after opening day, and it was very cozy and clean. They had the 2000s r and b playing which was a nice touch. Very spacious and lots of tables if you want to come and study. Also dog friendly and patio outside (prob better for when it's not raining). We got two drinks: banana matcha latte and the Hawaiian latte. Banana matcha latte was okay, I expected more latte and less cream top. It's on the sweeter side and I would get it again but potentially ask for more matcha. It was milky and sweet and I prefer more of a umami matcha latte. The Hawaiian latte is so good, and their em roast smells divine. Honestly I wish I had gotten coffee instead!! They have a bunch of flavors to try so we will be back :) The staff is friendly and helpful, and the cashier kindly told me they don't have soy milk but they do have almond and oat alternative. Super excited for this new spot in Fremont! Street parking is limited though so you might have to park in the plaza across the street. read more

Came here an hour before grand opening ceremony. The line was very long and I'm lucky that I didn't arrive when the line was like that. During the grand opening, they were lion dancing and that there were food trucks that come in certain times of the day. Some happen to be from San Jose though. As any other grand opening, there's a DJ playing songs I love listening to. It's very crowded and hectic especially when the place is small. Many people were waiting for their foods and drinks. We were told that if we're one of the first 50 people in line, we get a free tote and I happened to be one of them! They are also free giveaways, which is why they hand out raffle tickets. However, it seems that some people did not stay for the raffle most likely because of other plans they have especially a huge crowd inside a small place and on top of that, very rainy weather. Grand Opening experience would be a lot better if it's sunny outside. Also, they have write out phone numbers to the raffle tickets. Hopefully, that's used for those who left early so they can call winners and have them claim their prizes when they come back. The drinks are very good though. Horchata Latte really has a good kick in it especially the flavor. I got hungry too and decided to get a Turkey Sausage Sandwich. Forgot to mention that this place serves crafted beer and coffee, which is a very rare combo. I highly recommend coming here if you're into beer or coffee as well as socializing and hanging out here. Really gives a good vibe. read more

Ordered a strawberry lychee lemonade & a matcha latte with ube cream...not much matcha flavor as I had expected, although the ube cream was good! Service was quick. This place had a good amount of seatings both inside and outside and is great to meet up with friends. read more
