Storefront employee is very eager to help. I just sat on a couch in the front. It was like 5 star concierge service. Told them I needed something to offset the feedneck on my marker so I could put a site rail on. within a couple of minutes they had the back bring up a few different items so I could pick out my best option. A bunch of computers up front so you can browse the website to see all their inventory. They have a HUGE selection of paintball goods and everything else from what I can tell. Will have to go back when I get more moneys. They finally added a feature on the website so you can place an order to pick up in the store. Some dude just walked in showed his I.D. and was out the door. I'll def be back. I'm using these guys to get all my gear. read more

What can I say they have it ALL!!! Clothes, bikes, snowboards, skateboards, paintball gear, what more can you ask for? oh SALES? Yea they got that covered too. The place itself is very clean and open spaced just right. The staff is always pleasant, organized, and ready to help. The last time I went there was to return or trade a loader upgrade for my paintball gun. The staff was very helpful in trying to get what I wanted, instead of just giving me a gift card and sending me on my way, they actually called the manufacturer to see what options I had. Which the result was that I would be able to trade what I needed, which was exactly what I hoped for. And service like that is precisely the reason why I keep coming back. read more

Purchased a marker gun a few months ago. Item is on backorder. I call every week to see what the status is and keep getting a run around. I called the company that makes the gun and I find that Action Village is not paying their bills so they are not going to send out any more stock until the bill is paid. Took forever to even ship my products cause they sold me skate trucks that were out of stock. Wasted my time saying I could exchange but when I showed them trucks I wanted to swap they were all "sold out". When I received my package the deck was a size 7.75 billy marks deck when I ordered a 8.125 josh harmony deck. The deck is just way to small. I ordered an item through their Ebay store. The item description said: "New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store, unless the item is handmade or was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag." Unfortunately, when I received the item, the original packaging was damaged, making the particular item unusable for my purposes. When I requested a refund, they said the packaging damage is not their problem and that I should contact the manufacturer of the item to complain about the packaging. This is not acceptable, as it wasn't the manufacturer who placed the Ebay listing. Action Village listed the item and misrepresented it as 'New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable).
