So, when I inquired, the nice store clerk showed me some white dresses and then some short black dresses. Neither would do, so no luck. But the store was neatly arrange with some cute ensembles, the clerk was friendly and there's plenty of free parking. Recently, I had the chance to go in just before Valentine's Day. They had lots of red and pink items featured, both for adults and for kids. Their displays were colorful and appealing, put together with flair and whimsy. I did find a couple of gift items for a friend's birthday, so that was a score. I love that they carry hats; one of my weaknesses! The cashier and her manager were both very friendly and offered to help me find anything that I hadn't already discovered on my own. I appreciated that going-the-extra-mile spirit. Prices seemed to be fair for the type of items that I checked out. I didn't get to spend a lot of time, as I had a lot of errands to run in a short time. I'll plan to be a more leisurely shopper the next time that I stop in to their cute shop.

Walked in and was a bit overwhelmed with the amount of hats on the wall and thought I was about to get roped into trying on a million different hats. I wish I had asked for her name but the nice lady working today was super friendly and enthusiastic. She immediately had an idea for me to try and I instantly loved it! I also appreciate she didn't try to put me in a crazy expensive hat. I was willing to spend more than I did but she found a great looking budget friendly hat that fitted all of my needs. 10/10 will come back for future western wear or even shop online if they have that option.

What bothered me most was how he treated my grandma during checkout. She was trying to make friendly conversation, but he was very short with her and didn't smile once. I understand everyone has bad days, but it was disappointing to see that kind of attitude toward an elderly customer who was simply being kind. We still made our purchase, but the interaction left a bad impression on all of us. I asked for his name after we checked out, so I'm not even sure if he gave me his real name.
