Walked in and was a bit overwhelmed with the amount of hats on the wall and thought I was about to get roped into trying on a million different hats. I wish I had asked for her name but the nice lady working today was super friendly and enthusiastic. She immediately had an idea for me to try and I instantly loved it! I also appreciate she didn't try to put me in a crazy expensive hat. I was willing to spend more than I did but she found a great looking budget friendly hat that fitted all of my needs. 10/10 will come back for future western wear or even shop online if they have that option.

I never felt rushed or like the length of time I was there was too much. The boot color I wanted was not in stock, and like magic UPS delivered them while I was sitting there! Lettie said "your boots are here!" I cannot recommend this place enough. SO nice to shop in a mom and pop business instead of other, larger competitors. I will definitely return.

The associate who helped me, Sarah, instead engaged me with curiosity, patiently listened to my experience with previous shoes, conducted a foot scan, and used her analysis of it all to expertly select top matches for me. I was treated like a fellow running friend of Sarah's, and I was matched with a pair of the Saucony Triumph 24 at a competitive price at my local Fleet Feet Agoura. Aside from my new kicks, I get to continue the relationship and opportunity to learn and grow as a runner through the weekly Wednesday Night Group runs that Fleet Feet Agoura hosts. I already debuted my Triumphs on the fast 5 mile course through the neighborhood! Thank you so much to Sarah and to Fleet Feet Agoura!

The guy seemed bothered by helping me and practically blamed me for being a size 8 since he was out of size 8 in every style I picked. He would have me try on smaller sizes without letting me know he was out of my size, wasting my time. Then he offered me a few dollars break on a pair that fit but I wasn't crazy about, just under $200. I told him I'd like to think about it and if I would be able to get the same deal if I came back. He got an attitude and told me only if I came back the same day. Boy bye. Your inventory wasn't good. I went somewhere else and bought 3 pairs of shoes. I'm done with this place.

But the store was neatly arrange with some cute ensembles, the clerk was friendly and there's plenty of free parking. Recently, I had the chance to go in just before Valentine's Day. They had lots of red and pink items featured, both for adults and for kids. Their displays were colorful and appealing, put together with flair and whimsy. I did find a couple of gift items for a friend's birthday, so that was a score. I love that they carry hats; one of my weaknesses! The cashier and her manager were both very friendly and offered to help me find anything that I hadn't already discovered on my own. I appreciated that going-the-extra-mile spirit. Prices seemed to be fair for the type of items that I checked out. I didn't get to spend a lot of time, as I had a lot of errands to run in a short time. I'll plan to be a more leisurely shopper the next time that I stop in to their cute shop.

For a town that's all about sports, you would expect there to be a solid sports store in town!…read moreUnfortunately this is the only sports store in town and it's not an REI or Dick's in size, variety or quality. The selection is very limited in this store. The store is small in comparison to other sports stores, but packed to the gills in the limited space! For women, I think the store is even more limited in variety. The other disappointing thing at this store is the lack of contact with employees: I wasn't even greeted at the store when entered by the cashiers. Lastly I think the brand quality is poor, for women the shoe selection seems to consist of the cheaper shoes of a given brand. With that said, I appreciate having a sport store in town to get the basics for my sports needs.
